Lexi looked around a bit herself. "Oh we don't make reservations we just wait for a waiter or waitress to come over I think, someone should be along shortly" Lexi said switching back to English hoping it would help Genevieve learn the language a bit more. "So what is it like it France?" Lexi asked trying to get a conversation going.

Genevieve turned to Lexi, to continue the conversation. “Very cool. Very bright lights in the streets. I grew up in Marseille where my grandpa wrestled in.”

"He would be proud of you and how you made it to LAW and how much you are improving" Lexi replied with a warm smile to Genevieve. "So did you ever meet someone back in France?" Lexi asked as they were still waiting for the waitress to come over to them and give them there menu's

Genevieve shook her head as she looked down. "J'étais seul en France." (“I was alone back in France.”) She would then look at Lexi with a sadness to her. "Quand mon-" (“When my-“) Genevieve would then be interrupted by the server, telling the two that their table is ready.

Genevieve would stand up and look at Lexi. "Oh. Je suppose que nous sommes assis maintenant. (“Oh. I guess we're being seated now.”) She shifted her mood before following the waiter and then being sat in a booth.

Lexi followed the waiter to there table and sat down. The waiter set two menu's down on the table and asked what they would like to drink Lexi ordered a black coffee before he asked Genevieve what she wanted to drink as well.

After the waiter walked away Lexi would try to comfort Genevieve after noticing her sadness earlier. "Hey, I was alone for a long time after my family disowned me, sure I had a few friends I met through wrestling but they were always moving around. But I eventually met someone special, and then after that I met you" Lexi said trying to comfort Genevieve.

Genevieve smiled at Lexi. She was truly feeling her sympathy as she decided to tell her the rest of the story. She took a big sigh before speaking.

« J'étais seul en France. Quand mon grand-père a été assassiné, je n'ai pas pu le supporter. J'ai dégringolé et je me suis pratiquement isolé de tout le monde. Je n'ai parlé à personne. La famille, les amis, tous ceux qui me connaissaient personnellement et les étrangers n'ont pas entendu un mot de moi. C'est ainsi que j'ai passé mon année à 19 ans. Un ermite qui ne parlait jamais à personne et ne sortait que pour chercher de la nourriture. (“I was alone back in France. When my grandpa was murdered, I couldn’t handle it. I spiraled downwards and pretty much isolated myself from everyone. I didn’t talk to anyone. Family, friends, anyone that knew me on a personal level and strangers didn’t hear a word out of me. This is how I spent my year as a 19 year old. A hermit who never talked to anyone and only came out to get food.”)

Lexi listened closely to Genevieve and sighed. "After my brother died I was pretty fuck up, I still struggle with it... I just..." Lexi stopped herself and rubbed her face with her hands.

Genevieve smiled when Lexi admitted that. She then placed a hand on her cheek and rubbed it as well, continuing her story.

"Mais une fois cette année passée, j'ai lentement accepté son meurtre avec la détermination de retrouver le meurtrier de mon grand-père. Il a fallu un certain temps pour décider de reprendre le flambeau de mon grand-père, mais après avoir reçu l'approbation de mes parents, j'ai pris l'avion pour rejoindre LAW. (“But after that year passed, I slowly accepted his murder with the determination to find my grandpa’s murderer. It took some time to decide to take up my grandpa’s wrestling mantle but after receiving the approval of my parents, I flew here to join LAW.”) Genevieve then leaned back in the booth. "Et bien, ce n'est qu'au destin de décider de ce qui va se passer dans ma carrière." (“And, well, it’s only up to fate for what’s gonna happen in my career.”)

When she finished her story, the waiter would come up and with him seeing what was going on, he asked them if they needed more time. “No. We are ready to order.”

Lexi smiled a bit when she felt Genevieve cup her cheek. Lexi just ordered Bacon and eggs as the waiter brought her coffee over. Lexi then returned her attention back to Genevieve. "I promise you, I'm going to try my hardest to make you the best wrestler I can" the cowgirl said with a smile before taking a sip of her coffee. "Besides, you already have those strong ass kicks" Lexi added with a chuckle.

Genevieve smiled as well as she ordered a “ChazBorger” from the waiter while she sipped some ice tea the waiter brought for her. She continued to smile with Lexi promising her to help her become a sensational wrestler, just like her grandpa.

Genevieve nodded when Lexi complimented her kicking power. “Oui. My grand pa com-compli-,” She took a few seconds trying to say “complimented”, “complimented my kicking power wen I waz litle.” She smiled as she was proud her English was getting better.
