Hard Rock: Dita Ibarra-Espinosa vs. Raven Thompson

Raven sighed hearing how angry Dita was as she watched the woman sit up. Raven saw Dita using the ring apron to get up. Raven then stood up and looked at Dita hearing how angry she was about the sledgehammer strikes to her knees. "It's not even fucking personal. I have nothing against you as a person or outside the ring, hell when your not trying to break my fucking wrist or strangle me with a chain you actually seem liked a decent person unlike me" Raven replied. Raven then got in a fighting stance and waited for Dita to make the first move.

"Of course its not personal, I don't even know you!" Dita replied. As far as she could remember, this match was the first time she'd ever even seen this woman.

"And don't think you're getting any points for admitting that you lack decency, it just makes you more insufferable." She continued.

The redhead had no intention of stumbling bscl on to the offensive, only be countered. If she could get a few moments for the pain in her knwe to numb along with some rest, she'd take it. There was no count out to beat, after all.

Raven sighed. "I wasn't trying to earn points... Look right now I don't want to hurt you anymore than I have to alright?" Raven said pausing for a moment before approaching Dita part of her wanted to just stomp the woman's knee out right then and there possibly shortening her career but Raven hesitated and decided against it, as she said she didn't want to hurt her any more than she had to. Instead Raven approached planning to elbow the woman across the face to stun her. If successful Raven would attempt to send the woman head first into the floor with a DDT.

Dita was to angry to respond to Raven. In fact, she was determined not to say a word to her until she'd set up the larger girl for something that was at least as ruthless and potentially career endangering as the assault on her knee was. She'd soon get at least a chance.

Her foe wpuld be the one, as planned, to close the distance while she got to rest. At first she'd attempt to move out of the way and shove Raven into the ring, but her opponent's elbow managed to catch her upside the head, dazing her for a moment. Before she knew it, Raven had her wrapped up and on the brink of driving her head into the padded concrete.

Rhythm would put a stop to this, however, by slamming a powerful punch into her opponent's side, harnessing her years of boxing to this task. But Dita wasn't about to escape the grapple. She wanted to make it her own. So insteaf, she grabbed Raven and began to lift her as if for a suplex.

But she didn't have a suplex planned, bit something much worse. She'd try to stop for a moment at the perk of the lift. If succesful, she'd then try to bring her foe down towards the ground, while dropping to the floor into the sitout position, aiming to spike her enemy to head first the ground from near shoulder height. A hateful, three letter word that Dita would instantly regret came out of her mouth as she'd attempt this:

Despite what Dita might have thought Raven didn't want to end her career but she certainly needed to hurt Dita enough to win the match and from what it seemed one or both of them definitely was going to be hurt by the end of the match. Raven saw Dita trying to dodge her elbow but she still managed to stun Dita with the hit. With Dita stunned Raven set up for a DDT to send the lightweight into the canvas with a DDT. "I'm sorry, I have to do thi--" Raven was cut off as Dita drove a punch into Raven's side causing her eyes to widen and the air to be driven out of her completely stunning the black haired wrestler allowing her opponent to spike her head first into the thinly padded concrete with Raven's eyes widening in terror hearing Dita telling her to die.

Raven held her head and neck in agony with tears rolling down her face. The concrete did nothing to lesson the impact of the blow as Raven felt agony and unbearable pain as she kicked her legs while she writhed her entire body in pain but it was what Dita said that bothered her. Hearing the hate in her voice from what seemed like a decent person shook Raven and made her feel bad for pushing her to this point and not just because her neck was in sheer agony.

"Sorry, Raven." Dita said as she watched her opponent writhe in pain as she git back up to her feet.

"For telling you to die, not for the piledriver, I hope I fucked up your neck at least as bad as you did my knee" Luckily for rhythm, she'd frontloaded her bad feelings about her comment. Most of what was left was satisfaction with what she'd done to her foe. She'd beat her soon enough and LAW woukd know she could be just as vicous as anyone.

As Raven kicked around in pain, Dita went looking ubder the ring again. As soon as she'd find a folding chair, she'd pull it out, before turning back to her opponent.

"Guess what's next, bitch?"she said, before looking closely at her foe.

"Huh, are those tears?"

Dita really did a number on Raven's neck but Raven was determined not to let it be what costed her the match no matter how much it hurt. "No... problem.... I don't know what you would apologize for a move" Raven replied in pain with tears still running down her face. Raven managed to turn onto her back just to see Dita standing there with a chair groaning upon hearing Dita's threat. Raven then heard Dita's comment about her tears which filled Raven with rage, enough rage to make Raven forget all about her neck pain for that moment. Raven's expression changed to one of agony to one of pure anger, Raven then sent a hard kick to Dita's injured leg hoping to make her fall to the floor. If successful Raven would crawl over and start punching Dita's injured leg to hurt it further. "I'm sorry about this" Raven said as she continued to punch Dita's knee hoping she didn't permanently injure Dita but she knew that she would have to hurt the lightweight a lot in order to win this match.

As was theme at this point, Dita felt conflicted about Raven's tears. It was certainly good that she'd harmed the larger woman enough that she was crying, but she also felta little bad about the paim she'd caused...

"AHHRGHH" the redhead cried out when Raven managed to punch at her leg, causing her to kneel down in pain, even as shr still held on to the steel chair, which she now hrld out in front of her almost like a shield.

The sympathy that Dita felt was gone again. Raven's constant assaults of her knee couldn't be allowed to go on like thus, lest she permanently injure it. This match needed to end, sooner rather than later.

She still had domething in mind for the chair, though, so for that, Dita would shuffle backward from Raven to avoid attack before getting up with the chair and sliding it into the ring. Next, the redhead would roll herself into the ring, while keeping a watch out for Raven following her.

Raven's kick on Dita's injured leg worked bringing the black haired middleweight some relief as Dita hid behind the chair and back away to avoid any further strikes that Raven may have had. Raven took the time Dita spent getting in the thing recovering. Her wrist was swollen and black and blue while her neck was sore but not as much as her wrist. Raven simply sat on the ground looking at Dita who was in the ring feeling the hatred Dita had for her but also could see how she felt at least somewhat remorseful deep down. Raven got up up slowly not taking her eyes off the lightweight inside of the ring. "So uh, is this a bad time to ask you to dinner sometime" Raven half joked trying to lighten the mood and show that she really didn't want to hurt Dita more than she had to. Raven cautiously entered the ring as well sliding and quickly before pacing back and fourth wondering what the lightweight was going to try next.

"It's a good time, because you'll be out cold for awhile soon." Dita said, shuffling the steel chair she'd pushed into the near to one of the corners of the ring as Raven paced and waited for her. When she'd first brought the chair out to use on Raven, she had a very specific use for it in mind. Now, she had the same use in mind, but with a twist to make it that much more impactful. While Raven didn't want to hurt her more than was needed to win, Dita wanted to hurt Raven enough to send a message, which was likely some what beyond what was strictly required to beat her. Regardless, the 'hate' she showed the middleweight was a competitive hatred, not a personal one. It didn't take long to shift the chair into position, now it was time to get Raven just how and where Dita wanted her.


To accomplish that Dita would get need to get closer, she did this under the cover of slow non-threatening approach. "The answer is yes by the way, as long I pick what we eat and you pay for it." Rhythm responded. Raven had been asking her out throughout the match, might as well get a good meal out of it. But aside from that, eating was not what she was interested in right now. What she was interested in, was a quick stomp kick to Raven's gut, followed by her signature punch, the collar bone rock. After that, she'd attempt to grab onto Raven's arm and whip her towards the ring corner nearest to chair, hoping for her to slam hard enough against it to fall to her feet.
