Maxine went up to the bed herself just snarling in response wanting to keep the words to a minimum. When she got pissed off like this, she was setting aside using her lips and using her fists, or in this case, her wrestling moves. The referee gave a brief few seconds to see if both women would start snapping at each other, but Lexi and Maxine were willing to wait until the official gave the command.
