The crowd was now flooding the arena with boos as Skullface dropped Weiss to the mat with a humiliating boobplex. Rolling back to his feet in a smooth motion, he nonchalantly slapped his fingers together as though to dust them off, grinning at the audience's displeasure. For his first match here in LAW, he was making a horrible first impression...which, by heel standards, meant that he was making an excellent one. And he wasn't done yet.
Rolling under the ropes, Skullface would move over to where he had left his cane. Taking a hold of it, he would confidently tap it against his open palm, before rolling back into the ring. At this, the crowd's roars of disapproval turned into screams of disbelief, as the masked feint strode towards the downed Weiss, weapon in hand! The referee immediately got into Ryuji's face, demanding that he drop the weapon; irritated, but still grinning, Skullface tried to shove the ref out of the way, seemingly determined to use the heavy cane on the prone Weiss...

Re: Black Ice: Skullface (D) vs Weiss Schnee
Weiss was taking blow after blow, move after move. Slowly but surely Weiss was losing the fire she had. As with each move landing, Weiss was becoming more and more limp. Something Skullface was probably feeling as he was battering Weiss. Something everyone in attendance was beginning to notice, also noticing Skullface becoming more and more violent. Now with a weapon in hand, it didn’t take a genius to figure out what Skullface had in mind.
Backstage one of Weiss’s good friends Pyrrha Nikos was watching along. Pyrrha herself did not have any matches that night. Still knowing what kind of opponent Weiss was up against. Pyrrha decided to be present in case anything were to go wrong, and as things were going. Weiss was going to need help. Come on Weiss… Pyrrha said worried for her friends safety.
Though as the man played with his weapon and the referee demanding that he drop it. Pyrrha knew that she could not wait any longer. Sprinting from backstage and hoping that she would make it in time to save Weiss from her opponent.
In the ring, the referee could hardly disqualify Skullface. The man had done nothing wrong, yet it was plain as day what was going to happen. Moments before the referee was going to end the match. They were shoved to the side, leaving Weiss to a violent fate.
Suddenly a streak of red would appear from the entrance stage and ramp. It was none other than Pyrrha Nikos who had come out to save her friend. Hardly in any proper wrestling attire, but it didn’t matter. Weiss’s safety was paramount. Making it towards the ring in time, she would waste zero time in aiming to scare Skullface off with a powerful spinning kick aimed at his head. Something he would need to either dodge or block. Either option didn’t matter as it saved Weiss. You will NOT be harming my friend! Pyrrha said loudly as she was now even ready for a brawl.

Re: Black Ice: Skullface (D) vs Weiss Schnee
With a final, vindictive shove, Skullface managed to get the referee out of his way. Now there was nothing standing between him and the prone Weiss, and now, around him, the boos of the audience had reached a deafening crescendo. This was really what Skullface wanted: the hatred of the crowd. He wanted to play the villain, to be the big bad they rooted against. He had no intention of brutalizing Weiss any further, not really...just humiliating her a bit more. As far as he was concerned, the spoiled princess was already beaten: he just wanted to remind her of the fact.
He was about to bring his cane down, when suddenly a boot came whistling in from out of nowhere, slamming against his mask. Colours darted across his vision, and he stumbled back, dazed. Shaking his head, he saw a tall, athletic redhead standing in the ring, angrily interposing herself between him and the downed Weiss.
"Oooh, this was unexpected," Skullface said with a grin, despite his dazed state. He straightened up, propping himself up with his cane. "And who might you be, red?" This newcomer was adding to the drama of the scene, and Skullface absolutely loved it.

Re: Black Ice: Skullface (D) vs Weiss Schnee
Unlike most people in the audience, Pyrrha could tell when this match stopped being a match. Instead it was heading the way of a brutalization of Weiss. A friend she cherished greatly and something she would not watch idly. Weiss may pout and complain later about Pyrrha’s assistance, but at least she was safe. Now onto the matter of Skullface, this was a man Pyrrha was skeptical over. Maybe it was simply a character he was playing. Pyrrha is no stranger to that. Though over the course of this match against Weiss? Pyrrha had no sympathy for the man. What was usually a kind expression on Pyrrha’s face was a much more serious one. Donning her role of protector in this case.
Unexpected? Hardly. This match was Weiss’s yet you sullied that Pyrrha said as her initial response. As for her name, Pyrrha debated on whether or not telling the man. As he did not even deserve to know it. Though they are in the wrestling industry. So there is something to be made out of this. Pyrrha. Pyrrha Nikos, the woman who will have you pay for you actions Pyrrha said as she attended to Weiss. Pyrrha…You didn’t need… Weiss said with baited breath, filled with embarrassment for needed to be saved. Not another word, it was a valiant effort. Allow me to course correct Pyrrha said as she allowed the medical staff to check on Weiss.
Now shifting her attention back to Skullface I suppose preying on people half your size is good for your ego. Why not someone like me then. Unless the idea frightens you Pyrrha said as a novice taunt. Though effective enough as she called out Skullface in a audience. Something that would not do him well to run away from.

Re: Black Ice: Skullface (D) vs Weiss Schnee
The redhead in front of Ryuji was tall and powerfully built: standing this close, Ryuji could now see that she was almost a head taller than him, with a powerfully toned, athletic body to match. She was easily stronger and more powerful than he was, and the simmering rage in her eyes told Ryuji that she really wanted to put that strength to use on him-- a fact that had Ryuji scared and a little aroused at the same time. But in spite of this threat, he absolutely would not break character, even in the face of a possible pummelling.
"Aww, I had no idea this spoiled little princess had a guardian angel!" he jeered back, nonchalantly stretching his arms behind his head. "It's too bad, if you had gotten here sooner you might have spared her some humiliation. Still...if you're so keen to do the noble, and heroic thing and get back at me, then have at it. Hell, I think the fans will love it!"
He took a step closer to Pyrrha to grin into the amazon's face. "But why do it here when we can make it official? You and me, in the ring, on a date of your choosing. Hell, the princess can sit on the sidelines and watch if you want. What do you say: care to back all of those heroic words of yours up in the squared circle?"
Although Ryuji knew it might not be a good idea to tangle with a woman of his size...he lived for drama, and there was nothing more dramatic than what was happening right now.

Re: Black Ice: Skullface (D) vs Weiss Schnee
Pyrrha stood in the ring rather imposing, its hard to not to feel some sort of reverence for her. The woman was a modern Greek spartan standing in this ring. With Spartans being known for the their rage and brutality. Part of Pyrrha wished to enact some of those ideals onto Weiss’s opponent. Pyrrha had not forgiveness for people that would not respect the sanctity of the ring. The people were itching for a brawl to take place, or at least Skullface getting his punishment. More important things were on Pyrrha’s mind, namely Weiss’s health.
Call it what you like. You wouldn’t know but this is what compassion looks like. Pyrrha said calmy, now taking a deep breath reseting the scenario. I suppose it is my fault for not interviewing sooner. I guessed you had some level of decency. Her expression changing from caring to Weiss to a much more serious one.
Skullface would be the one to take this forward some more. Stepping up to Pyrrha and even initiating a challenge to her. The air has already been marred by your wickedness. A different date you say? I will take you on! You are more than deserving of retribution. Of course I will face you, it would do everyone well to see you battered and defeated. Pyrrha said as she stood closer to Skullface. Threatening a beating with just her presence. Yet the allure of it all would have to wait.

Re: Black Ice: Skullface (D) vs Weiss Schnee
Two things occurred to Ryuji as Pyrrha stepped up right in front of him. The first was that the way she was talking was hilarious: he didn't know if it was her or just the persona she had adopted, but every syllable of hers was so overbearingly heroic it was like she came from a really dated comic book, and her word choice was so flowery and over the top he wanted to make a joke about how she clearly just wanted to Shakespeare in the park.
The second thing he noted was how tall she was. It made Ryuji both scared and aroused at the same time. Damn, it was going to be fun to get a match going with her.
Almost mockingly, Ryuji stood up on tippy toes to get his face level with Pyrrha-- an act that caused some members of the audience to chuckle. "Greaaaat!" he beamed. "I mean, I'll be honest, crushing your friend was way, waaaay to easy. You, though? You look like you'll actually be a challenge, which will make humiliating you in front of everyone much, much more fun!" He slowly backed away, never taking his eyes off of Pyrrha. "Just remember, though, you agreed to this! Be sure to remember that when you start having regrets in the ring!"
And with that, Skullface would take up his cane, give a mocking, theatric bow, and slide out of the ring, walking up the ramp to the boos of the audience. In case it hadn't been abundantly clear already, the crowd, really, really hated him.
All in all, Ryuji thought with a smile, he had made a very good impression in his first day at LAW.
