Chantelle’s Naughty Chat Show: Episode 4/Eleanor Gray

This was going to be a big interview this week as returning wrestler and former mayor Eleanor Gray was set to take the hot seat this episode. Chantelle had honestly seen some of the work of Eleanor on her porn ventures and even subscribed to her channels where she could be seen. She didn’t even know Eleanor worked in politics, but all she managed to find was how Eleanor resigned from being Mayor of San Francisco after a major scandal. The City Assembly had limited her power and she just took her ball and went home so the articles go. However, Eleanor has since returned to wrestling after a hiatus and took up a signing with LAW.

Chantelle came out as usual wearing a cherry red bedroom robe blowing kisses to her fans as she sat down at her desk. She stacked her papers neatly and smiled at the fans waving her hands in the air. Chantelle cleared her throat as they settled down from their cheering.

“Welcome back to the naughtiest chat in all of LAW! We are certainly swimming in a sea of plenty of women that have wanted to come on this show and today, we have another hottie up on deck. You may have heard about her coming out of retirement for another run and she’s certainly got the sluttiness for the ring. Please welcome, Eleanor Gray!” Chantelle exclaimed as she stood up and clapped her hands together.

It had been a while since Eleanor had done an interview. Promos, post-match interviews, fan appearances. Those just weren't the same. For one, they were part and parcel of professional wrestling. As entertaining as they were, they were also pretty mundane. More importantly, they weren't laden with traps. Back when she did media appearances of the non-wrestling and non-pornographic variety, it felt like every interview was a tet-a-tet with some reporter out to use her words. For good as often as for evil, sure, but it was a real puppet-and-string game out there. Honestly, it was the kind of thing she was glad she didn't have to bother with anymore.

Though Chantelle's interviews took a decidedly... different approach with its guests, if this show's name, host, set, or past episodes were anything to go by. It really seemed like the type of place where Chantelle would take a genuine interest in her. It was a chance to talk about herself -- her real self, or at least the one she was more comfortable laying out there. The pornstar in her was a far more comfortable persona than the erstwhile mayor. The sex was just a bonus. A really, really great bonus, but a bonus nonetheless.

So when Chantelle's greeting became a cue for her to enter, Eleanor did so with an easy smile. She gave casual waves to the audience before taking her seat across from the interview host. Still, the applause continued. Eleanor was used to it at this point; even among the idols, streamers, businesswomen, and others who made up LAW's diverse roster, her fame as a former mayor of a major city stood out.

Even so. Media Rule #39: Let the spotlight start on the interviewer. They'll handle passing it off when the time is right. Eleanor waved the audience down. "Thank you, thank you." As the applause started to subside, she flashed Chantelle a grateful grin. "And thank you for having me. You really do pack the stands for this show, huh?"

“Some people come for the laughs, some people come for the sexy times. It’s a win-win for me and the ratings are great!” Chantelle replied as she stacked her papers neatly.

Chantelle would then turn to Eleanor and she wanted to touch on the former mayor’s career as a wrestler and why she decided to return to the squared circle. She knew politics was already a messy topic to talk about and she wanted to avoid it until it felt appropriate to bring up. Chantelle would try to be respectful and maybe the sex would be so hot for her to enjoy.

“Now, you are well-known in the realm of sexfighting and wrestling, but I do get new viewers each episode so how about you provide a brief summary of yourself and how you came to wrestling. Letting us understand the background if you will,” Chantelle suggested.

"The background, huh?" Eleanor tapped her chin. Her early love for pro wrestling was still a honeyed memory for her. Practice kicking in, she allowed herself just enough time to bask in the feeling without it becoming an obvious distraction, then turned and smiled at Chantelle.

"Well, it shouldn't be a surprise that I'm a born-and-raised San Franciscan," she chuckled. "Moms were both building their careers, but I was entertainable enough that they were comfortable letting me be a latchkey kid. We didn't have cable back then, only locals, and the most exciting thing on TV was... well, I'm sure you can see where this is going." She gestured to the crowd, both palms up in a concession. "BCLW. Best Coast Ladies' Wrestling. I thought those women were so strong, so talented. And later on, of course, I realized they were really hot, too." Laughter rose across the studio. "I joined as soon as I could."

It was unfortunate, but for the next part of the story, she had to date herself. "Keep in mind, this was right when hentai wrestling was really starting to get big. It look a little longer in the States, but Best Coast is one of the closest promotions to Japan from a geographical standpoint. So it wasn't long until I got asked to sexfight. I didn't mind; as I came into adulthood, my moms were perfectly fine letting me explore sex and sexuality at my own pace. I've always been pretty open, too, about those things, so I figured... why not?"
