An Attempt to overcome a Villainess: Annie Clark Vs. Karolina "Ray" Reinhardt

Annie’s lifeless body lay down on the mat, her face on the canvas, it would be hard to tell if she was even alive at this point, the only way anyone could tell was that she was still breathing. But other then that, she was out cold and completely unaware of Karolina turning her lifeless body over and laying her foot on Annie’s belly.

And the referee counted as the audience watched, begging on their last hopes for some sort of response from Annie.

Sadly, there was no response. Annie’s body still laid lifeless on the mat. The match was over, and Annie was dominated by her redhead opponent.

Sweet finale. It’s a sombre note for the crowd, who had less than a minute to chew on reality. A blink’s worth of hope, then the crash. The sudden, but slow enough to watch, like a guillotine being raised. Then it’s over. The bell sounds and Karolina stares down with a stone face. She rolls back her shoulders and it pops once, sighing.

“Farewell.” And the referee seats the ropes. The Matriarch steps off and goes in-between, dropping down and heading up the ramp.

It took her a couple of minutes, but eventually Annie managed to regain consciousness. Her body still aching all over, Annie slowly raised herself to a seated position, gritting her teeth and holding her head through all the pain she was going through.

Annie stared down at the mat looking disappointed at herself, knowing that she was not able to take down the giant known as Karolina. The audience, trying to cheer her up, gave her applause, causing Annie to let out a small smile as she managed to pull herself up to her feet.

And then she slowly exited the ring, hoping off the apron and heading to the back. Hopefully the next match she is in will go better for her than this. As of right now, she needed to rest and heal up, because her body was banged up after this match.
