A bubbly, talkative girl, Black Swan is much unlike her namesake in personality, being a kind and somewhat spunky female, always looking to impress and tease both her foes and the crowd, though she never means any harm for it. Born in Mexico, just south of the border, Swan was fascinated by wrestling when she was young, particularly by the lucha libre style, and began training at a young age. However, Black Swan was the odd one out when she joined wrestling school, being the only girl in class full of men, all of whom believed that a woman could never be as good as them. And it was because of this perceived inferiority that she was mocked, harassed, and wore a target on her back throughout her youth. However, after training for years, and never letting her positive attitude waver during it, Swan came out of it as the best wrestler from the school, surpassing all of her peers and even some of her trainers. It was because of her experience being ostracized that she chose the name and style of a black swan, somebody different, an outcast, but just as beautiful. And after a bit of touring the independents, she left for Japan, going to join LAW, in order to showcase her skills against all manner of opponent.
