Proving to be the Best! - AIRA vs Beauty Ichigaya

This is it, this is her last qualifier match for Apex. Aira knew this, she had endured matches against opponents who were beyond her skills. Getting losing efforts against Cecilia Lombard, showing that it's not enough to just win without tactics and sometimes you just have to get dirty to win. But then her match against Charlotte Ravel showed that she's not ready for such reaction from that frowned upon action. No, she doesn't need that dirtyness, tactics however... She should at least have it.

And so, to know that her opponent is Beauty Ichigaya. Aira knew for sure that she'd face a larger and more imposing opponent. And the basic strategy she came up with is to try her best to not get h it and then to find a loophole in Ichigaya's offense and utilize it well. But in practice however... That would be a different story. With the strategy in her mind and herself ready in her ring gear. Aira walks out of the locker room when she was told to get ready for her entrance.

Theme

Aira

As her theme played, the crowd started to cheer on! It brings Aira the confidence she needed to feel that she can end her qualifiers with a positive note. Aira emerges out of the entrance with smoke flares in both of her hands. Popping it open as she stood at the center of the entrance stage. Red and White smoke flows out from the flares as she raise her hands up over her head. Gazing around the arena as she saw the enthusiastic crowd welcoming her.

She smiled behind her mask as she then dropped the flares and started to walk down the ramp. Leaning close to the crowd as she spread her hands and giving the front row crowd a passing fivers. Entering the ringside, she wasted no time to hop on the apron. Vaulting over the top rope to enter the ring. She spun around with a raised hand as the ring annnouncer announces her.

"Introducing first, hailing from Jakarta, Indonesia. Hundred sixty seven centimeters tall, weighting in seventy kilos... She is the Explosive Color!!! AIIIIIIIIIII...RRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!"

Aira stood at the center of the ring as she takes off her mask and pointed upwards. Her hand then gestured an explosion as she once again scan around the crowd with a confident smile. Walking over to her corner as her music started to fade out. Putting her mask aside as she then took off her jacket before tossing it over the ropes. Doing her last minute stretches as she awaits her opponent to arrive.

Reika Ichigaya was a woman of the people. Delivering on her promos, delivering on her matches and diligently training. All so that she could mercilessly slam her opponents through the ring put on the absolute best match for the fans. Now of course to put on the best match possible, someone nearly equal impossible to find would have to be Ichigaya’s opponent. Now Reika Ichigaya would assume that management would do right by her and the fans. Delivering an opponent worthy of her and the audience. Tonight the match was billed as AIRA vs Beauty Ichigaya. Already a red flag as how could Ichigaya be second billing. Following that her many assistants would be conducting research on her opponent. Now backstage waiting for her time to make an entrance, she was given a dossier on her opponent.

You must be joking with me correct? To be clear I don’t pay you people to tell jokes. Ichigaya stated as her hair was being taken care of. The assistances would already be scared on how to respond. Until one of them was pushed forward and give an answer Eh, sorry, no Ms.Ichigaya, this is not a joke. That is your for tonight. As you can see we have her information laid out as such. The assistant said with apparent fear in his voice.

Eyes widening in anger Ichigaya was one step away from throwing someone through a door. No no no, this has to be some sort of joke. What are this woman’s credentials. She looks like some punk that happened to walk into the arena. You mean to tell me this is my opponent?!?! Ichigaya said as she arose from her seat with great anger. The silence that followed gave her the answer she was not looking for. Just as she was going to start firing and harming her assistants. A thought occurred to Ichigaya, one that immediately calmed her down. Ah yes I think I understand now, this is surely only meant to be a showcase of my abilities. Nothing more and nothing less. The runt in the ring is being given credit through their exposure with me Ichigaya said all to herself, in a way tricking herself to calm down.

Luckily, before anything else went forward, Ichigaya was told it was her time to make her entrance. Something she would more than glad to do at this point.

Next we have a name that needs no introduction. You all aspire to be like her. She is perfection incarnate. STANDING IN AT 5’11 AND WEIGHING IN AT 200LBS WE HAVE THE ONE AND ONLY BEAUTY ICHIGAYA!!

The lights in the arena would go dark making hard for people to see. The music would begin low, pink smoke hissing as it filled the entrance stage. Suddenly the lights would shine on the stage and showcase the one and only Beauty Ichigaya. A line of pyrotechnics following her and making Ichigaya as a larger than life personality. Combined with an attire that matched that, one large dress seeming apparel that no one realistically would wear.Then with one wave of her hand, the smoke would dissipate and the pyrotechnics would stop. As an sign to show her utter control in this space. Walking down the entrance ramp, Ichigaya made it a thing to never converse audience. Seeing her walk by would be more than enough for them. Now reaching the ring, Ichigaya would use the steps to enter the ring. At this time several stage hands would come to help the woman take off the unnecessary parts of her attire. Leaving Ichigaya with very little left, but true to her name sake a true beauty to all.

Locking her eyes in on Aira, Ichigaya would scoff at the woman. Before giving the audience one final display of her body in a turn around. Then finally flipping her hair back, Ichigaya would demand silence with one hand motion. Working like a natural charm, Ichigaya would then speak clearly so that all can hear her. I am glad that you are all present for another one of my showcase matches. My opponent here, while not worthy of this match against me. It will be an eye opening experience for her Ichigaya said as a final point. Placing her hand near her chest, as a starting pose before the match.

Aira watches on as Ichigaya made her entrance. She could tell her elegance and how imposing she was with how she seemingly control the area surrounding her. And that she felt more of a royalty that felt no commoner was worthy to engage with. One that felt common to most "better than you" wrestlers around here. It would be great for her if she could show that she could best this lady.

Even Aira herself was not exempt to her disrespect. The scoff ticked her off slightly as Ichigaya motioned for silence from the audience. Speaking out clearly without a mic to show how grand her voice is and not even forgetting to put less worth on Aira. "Oh, you really think I'm not worthy huh?" Aira raised her voice as the referee motioned between the two to see if they were ready for the match.

"I'll prove that I'm worthy by besting you!" Aira announced as the ref then motioned for the bell to ring!!

With the bell rung signalling the start of the match. Aira darted off from her corner and dashed approaching Ichigaya! Her right arm then spread out as she intent on starting off with a strong lariat across Ichigaya's chest! Intending to show her opponent that she is not to be trifled with. Even with her just being a very promising young talent and having quite the apparent size disadvantage.

If people in the audience were thinking that Ichigaya was disrespecting Aira. They would absolutely be right in thinking that. Yet in Ichigaya’s own delusion, this was the minimum amount of respect she would allow Aira to have. After all, what has Aira done to deserve respect from Ichigaya. Though Ichigaya was no fool, she moved deliberately. Knowing that little slight motions would impact Aira mentally. It just guarantees that Aira would be coming to Ichigaya, as opposed to the woman having to chase her opponent.

At least Aira was not so spineless to not let Ichigaya get away with her comments. Commenting on how little Ichigaya thought of her. Oh my, nothing gets by you Ichigaya taunted her opponent, knowing damn well what she was doing. Following this Aira would boisterously claim that she is worthy of besting Ichigaya. A comment that would make the blonde woman chuckle. Well this will certainly be good, please don’t disappoint yourself Ichigaya said as she motioned to give Aira the first blow.

Aira would start the match off with incredible speed, coming at Ichigaya full speed. Arm extending and practically telling the whole world what she was planning. Hoping to take down Ichigaya as she slammed her arm into Ichigaya’s chest! SMACK Aira made a resounding sound as she connected the lariat. Yet Ichigaya stood there, not moving an inch from the blow. Oh my…I certainly hope you have better to show. Otherwise I will be doing most of the work here. Allow me to show you Ichigaya said disappointedly, picking up in intensity as she grabbed Aira. Keeping her in place as Ichigaya would swing her arm wide for a killer lariat aimed at Aira’s chest. Hoping to completely floor her opponent!

Even with how fired up Aira was from the blatant disrespect that Ichigaya showed. She noticed how Ichigaya welcoming her to strike first. With the advantage Ichigaya had, it was to no surprise to Aira to see her thinking that she could take her strike head on. Of course, Aira would happily oblige to prove that was the wrong choice.

She knew she swings her arm with all she got, and with the momentum she have... She should at least make Ichigaya take a step back. But when she landed her arm onto Ichigaya's chest. Aira felt as if her arm had just collided head on to a brick wall. Taking a step back as she swing her arm away slightly from the soreness... Her eyes widen as she noticed that Ichigaya didn't budge at all. "Eh...?" She let out in her shock. Though her surprise caught her off guard when Ichigaya grabbed her wrist!

Ichigaya's grip was strong that Aira couldn't get her off with a tug. No... She was too caught up with the disrespect that she carelessly fell into where Ichigaya wants her. In her training, she knew that if she was up with someone bigger and stronger, she have to avoid getting grabbed. And she was made sure to keep that in mind, it felt unlike her to fell into this. And it was then, Aira was pulled in and she see that arm coming in like a bullet...

"GWAH!!!" Aira let out as Ichigaya lariats her. Her body swings back hard and her feet was taken off the canvas! The momentum was enough for everyone to see that Aira basically flipped her body after taking that lariat. Falling front first onto the canvas... Aira rolled to the side, getting some distance from Ichigaya as she held onto her chest. "Aaggh... Fffhhh... It hurts..." She cried out as it looked evident that her chest reddened slightly from the blow.

Ichigaya is a lot of things, strong, smart, tall, brave, charitable, nice and above all else beautiful. But Ichigaya isn’t ignorant, she often knows what impact her words have on people. Sometimes she will play into it, other times she will disregard the impact if she truly cares so little and even move people how she wants, whether they know it or not. Aira was someone who fell into Ichigaya’s trap. Anyone and everyone that knows the famous Ichigaya knows that power is her domain. Meaning that a plausible strategy is to dance outside her range, even possibly opting to do hit and run tactics. Not Aira though, making Ichigaya’s life so much easier.

Aira’s clothesline was honestly adorable, it was a something straight from a book given to novices. Had they not been in the ring, Ichigaya would be calling Aira all kinds of cute for her poor attempt. Though since they are in the ring, Aira did Ichigaya the favor by going straight to her. So Ichigaya easily latched onto Aira and showed the smaller wrestler what a real clothesline was.

The audience was awestruck with the clothesline, completely flipping Aira over as if she was nothing. Not even mentioning the loud impact from her front first landing. Ichigaya would pull her arm back and raise both her arms. Basically demanding cheers, Now you see THAT IS HOW YOU PERFORM A LARIAT Ichigaya said loudly as she was followed by cheers. Ichigaya allowed Aira to writhe in pain, simply because Ichigaya knew Aira would not be able to fight back after that.

Though the cheers could only last for so long, Ichigaya would look over at Aira and smile at her. Oh my, this cannot stand, surely that attack did not ruin you? Ichigaya said sarcastically. Grabbing Aira’s hair, Ichigaya forced the woman to stand up again. All to lift Aira up and practically throw Aira into the closest turnbuckle!

Aira realized well enough that she fell into Ichigaya's trap. One that she felt she shouldn't actually fell into, but here she was. Laid down with a lariat and her chest stinging in pain. She writhe her body as she held onto her chest. She needs to clear her head, and so... Aira rolled to her front and gets on all fours as Ichigaya rallied the crowd to cheer for her.

She tried to push herself up to stand but when she heard Ichigaya. Aira then felt her hair gripped. "Ghkhh... Aaahhh..." She cried out, being forced to stand on her feet. Her arms reflexively moved to reach onto Ichigaya's hand. Trying to wrestle her fingers off her hair. But that grip was strong, Aira clenches her eyes in pain as she tries to look around. She then was lifted up the canvas and dangled on the air. Ichigaya's sheer strength was more than enough to carry Aira effortlessly as she weakly tries to kick away to disrupt the balance in her lift.

But it was in vain as she was then swung and thrown away! Her body flying across the canvas. Landing down with her arms hitting the top ropes and her chin colliding against the corner turnbuckle harshly! "Guhkh!" Aira let out as the impact rebounds her head back and made her fall onto the canvas back first!

Aira then laid there, her hand reaching up and massaging her chin. She groaned out weakly as she rolled her body side to side as the pain now spreads. Not just on her chest, and now her chin as well. This is bad, she have to find a way to counter Ichigaya. If the pain is stopping her from getting away from Ichigaya, she needs to find a hole in her offense. For however strong is Ichigaya, if she was careless with her attack. Aira would be able to disrupt the momentum with an abrupt counter to turn the tides back to her favor.

Ichigaya had dealt with her own fair share of intellectual wrestlers, or at least those who claimed to be. This Aira girl was anything but intellectual, falling for such amateurish tactics. Leading into a devastating opening coming from Ichigaya, leaving Aira reeling in pain. Ichigaya herself was not nice enough to give Aira the time to recover. Instead she would hype herself up by rallying the audience behind her. Completely flipping Aira was just the start. Now displaying her power as she threw her opponent towards the corner as if she were a toy.

Aira of course would try to fight back, but there was very little she could do against Ichigaya’s power. Hence the audience grimacing in pain as Aira came into contact with the turnbuckle. Seeing as how the woman would be stuck licking her wounds. Giving Ichigaya another moment in the spotlight. Now how is THAT for an opening to this match! Ichigaya would say raising both of her arms. Prompting the audience to cheer after Ichigaya’s infectious energy.

Waving her hair to the side, to show how little Aira was to her. Ichigaya would aim at Aira, even toying with her with finger guns. Waiting for the right moment. Then sprinting in after Aira at full speed. Once reaching her destination, Aira would leap up into the air and attempt to land a big boot towards Aira’s face!

Aira laid there on the canvas clutching her chin. She paid the price of falling into such cheap tactic to rile her up. Of course, coming onto Apex and going on a losing streak in the qualifiers have been affecting her. She was desperate for a win, she knew for herself that she have to wisen up or get rolled over once again. This certainly doesn't bode well for the rising star.

She then reaches onto the ropes as Ichigaya rallied the crowd behind her. Hearing the crowd cheering for Ichigaya showing how out of her league Aira was. She struggled a bit as she rise up back to her feet and climb the ropes to stand back up. With her back turned against her opponent, Aira wasn't truly aware of Ichigaya's intention. But then she felt the stomping on the canvas. Aira instinctively turned herself around to see...

"Gehhkhhh!!!" Her body was once again pushed against the corner! Aira ate more offense from Ichigaya as her head was kicked back! Her back grinded against the top corner buckle as her feet was taken off the canvas for a short while from the impact! Shortly after that, Aira's body dragged down against the corner. Her arms hooked on the top ropes as her head recoiled back forward and dropped down. Disoriented from the blow, her recovery time once again extended with another strong blow to her head.

Despite hardly breaking a sweat yet, Ichigaya herself was having a great deal of fun with this match. Matches like this one tend to lose their luster very quickly. Yet Ichigaya was able to find her own ways to keep everyone engaged. Not that it would be hard to do so, a woman of her caliber should always have the audience eating off the palm of their hands. The night would not be wasted. At least in the slightest, Ichigaya would find a good workout from it all.

Aira though was learning first hand what is the result of entering the ring against someone like Ichigaya. Ichigaya would at least compliment the woman for not being a coward. Though bravery and stupidity are closer cousins than you think. Even now Aira had no idea what Ichigaya was planning. Despite being as loud as she can be. The woman stomped towards her like a elephant and the weight of her following kick made that comparison truer.

Like a boxer recieving an uppercut in the corner. Aira’s head recoiled dangerously from the blow. That safety was a concern in the ring of all places. Aira was lucky to be placed in such an area as she was mere moments from falling. If it weren’t for Ichigaya’s benevolence and placing her in a corner to keep herself upright. Ichigaya stomped her foot after the kick to add more emphasis. Once again showcasing her body and popping for the crowd. This received a wave of cheers as now everyone was behind her. Leaving Aira in a state of loneliness, yet after that kick Ichigaya questioned if Aira was capable of such a thought at this moment.

Now now, we cannot have you sullying this showcase. Ichigaya said as she walked towards Aira and picked up her chin with her own hand. I suppose I will need to vary my attacks if the audience is still to be entertained. Said while giving her opponent a smile that betrays any kindness. So pulling Aira’s hair back, like a boxer Ichigaya primed her fist and looked to absolutely shatter Aira’s innards with the Ichigaya Hammer!
