Battle Bugs vs. Thundergirls - Lightning Swarm

Not taking Tina's clothesline without a fight, Antonia successfully swept her leg, to kick Tina down with her! The general initially snickered in response to this, but Tina was on the attack again pretty fast! "Hmm?!" Tina was now on top of her, raining a barrage of punches down on her! "Uggh! Ngghh!" Antonia took a couple of hits, before raising her arms to block more blows, though they admittedly still hurt. And a few even got through her defense! "Oww! Gaah!" Armie couldn't risk getting dazed up, by taking anymore punches. So the general sharpened her focus and managed to pay close attention to when the next punch was thrown. She'd attempt to catch Tina's next fist with one of her hands, before using her other one to send up a strong punch of her own towards Tina's mug!

Tina's punch was blocked and she ended up getting hammered in the face back! However she had landed a lot of strikes on Antonia and she wanted to not let a single hit deter her. She brought her head forward looking to introduce her head to Antonia's face with a headbutt! Tina wanted to get an edge on Antonia, and get her to Tina's corner to bring Alaina in against her. Tina wanted to land the headbutt and rise up pulling Antonia up by the arm and whipping her over into the Thundergirls corner.

Unsurprisingly, a single punch wasn't enough to stop the former champion's assault. Tina took the blow, before bring her head down to rattle the bug girl's noggin with a headbutt! "NGGH!" Antonia grunted, now seeing stars! This left her vulnerable to be pulled up by Tina, before being whipped towards Alaina in the Thundergirls' corner. Under normal circumstances, Antonia would've tried attacking Alaina to prevent anything. But Tina's headbutt had dazed the bug enough to leave her vulnerable! "Antonia!" Honie would cry out in concern, as her partner was put in a bad position!

Tina was already running at Antonia when Honie called out to her. The tigress smashed into Antonia while she was slumped in the corner smashing her with a big clothesline! "All right Allie, ya already had the bee now for the ant." Tina said, tagging in the amazon and throwing Antonia by the hair to the mat.

Alaina grabbed the top rope and jumped, vaulting over and extending her legs entering the match with a high leg drop crashing down onto Antonia! Alaina was not going to let this bug themed grappler get the best of her either...

Tina was utterly relentless in her attacks. It wasn't enough to simply whip a dazed Antonia to the Thundergirls' corner, Tina immediately followed it up with a running clothesline! The blow caused Antonia to grunt and fall to one knee, making it easy for Tina to grab the bug's long, blonde hair and yeet her onto the mat.

And with Alaina being tagged in, the Thundergirls were continuing to put the army ant general in quite the rough spot. Still reeling from Tina's painful assault, Antonia was left open to Alaina's high leg drop. It impacted the general's toned stomach, knocking the wind out of her, as all her limbs recoiled upwards! "NGGH!" She groaned on impact! Antonia knew she needed to get out of here. She was far too close to her opponents' corner for her liking. She blushed red in embarrassment, as she hated whenever she didn't appear dominant. But the Thundergirls may very well be the most formidable team the Battle Bugs have gone up against so far. Antonia did have a plan to fight back. But she needed a moment, just a little recover time to focus, something that was hard to do, with Aliana's heavyweight frame still on top of her body!

After Alaina landed on Antonia she was in position to shift from a leg drop to a headscissor hold quickly! Alaina clamped her powerful thighs around Antonia's head and squeezed as hard as she could while posing, flexing her biceps both or flexing one while running her hand through her hair alternating as she played to the crowd while her legs choked out Antonia! "The amazon is greater than the ant it would seem!" Alaina said trying to get the crowd cheering louder and behind her even more than before.

Antonia's situation went from bad to worse, as the general found herself ensnared in Alaina's headscissors. "Nggghh!" The blonde groaned, struggling to endure, as the amazon squeezed her muscular thighs on the bug's head and neck. And of course, Alaina started showboating to the crowd a bit, flexing one bicep after the other, making it all look incredibly easy! Alaina declaring she was superior to Antonia, was the final straw. The embarrassed general got angry and clenched her fist. She shot said fist up, before punching Alaina HARD in the gut. But Antonia wouldn't just hit any spot. No, the general would intentionally dig her first into Alaina's solar plexus. Such a strategic strike would completely shock the body, interrupt the diaphragm, and stun a foe even as beefy as this one!

Alaina squeezed away and felt like she was on her way to crushing Antonia when the punch came and hit her just right! Alaina groaned and shuddered letting go of the hold and rolling to the side before pushing herself up to her feet. She tried moving in to grab Antonia as she got up looking to try to get close again. Alaina wanted to land her own body punch before stepping up attempting to grab Antonia over the shoulder and between the legs to lift her up and slam her down to the mat!

With a single, well-placed punch, Antonia had finally gotten Alaina to release that crushing headscissors! Both wrestlers needed a bit of time to recover, as the effects of the solar plexus punch and the headscissors lingered on. But soon enough, they'd both be back on their feet at around the same time! Antonia went into motion, as soon as Alaina grabbed her, not wanting to be vulnerable to whatever offense the amazon was setting up. And moment the ant saw one of her opponent's fists clench, she knew a punch was coming. So she'd put her skills as a defensive fighter to work!

Antonia would aim to counter the punch, by karate chopping Alaina's forearm to the side, wanting to redirect the blow. From there, the ant would aim to strike her foe again, before Alaina could get into position to throw her. She knew there was another spot on the body that would greatly stun any foe, that being the liver! So the general would throw a precise, powerful punch at Alaina's liver, attempting to stop her in her tracks once more!

Regardless of things went, Honie would call out to Antonia after the exchange. Given that the Thundergirls had racked up quite a bit of offense on Antonia, the general would strategically choose to fall back for now. Antonia would go towards Honie to tag the bee in, leaving the two heavyweights of this bout to square up once more!

Alaina's strike was deflected and she took a hard body shot that made her stagger back a couple steps. "Ugh!" Alaina groaned as she steadied herself moving back towards Antonia. However she saw Antonia tagging Honie back in! Alaina readied herself for Honie and would step up trying to grapple with her to push her back into the corner hoping to smash Honie with knee strikes to soften her up as a way to welcome her back into the ring!
