Corey Sniper vs. HEAT Mihoko - Apex Qualifier Match

Wheezing out after she was suplexed down to the mat, Corey was then sent towards the ropes, and she was left hanging there at the middle rope. Gritting her teeth, she tried to regain her bearing as she listened to the footsteps of her opponent, who was presumably going to launch an attack on her. Despite her aching body, Corey would force herself to think of a strategy to counter whatever Mihoko would throw at her. It was kind of embarrassing to be left in this state without hitting back.

Then, she heard the footsteps getting closer and closer. Knowing that she had no time to second-guess herself, Corey would immediately make her move, suddenly springing back to life. Twisting around to see HEAT approaching her with her knee strike, Corey would maneuver herself to the side before she attempted to send her opponent over the ropes, making use of her momentum against her to throw her out of the ring. At the same time, she let out a loud battle yell.

"RAAAHHHHH!!!"

HEAT Mihoko had a big grin on her face as she went to absolutely rearrange Corey's face with a running knee strike. She got close and then fired her knee straight up, only for it to miss. There was only a moment of shock for the Hot-Blooded Fighter as she was already off-balance, and she felt her body get thrown up and then over the top rope! She tried to grab hold of the rope, but Mihoko wasn't able to get any sort of grip on it and she tumbled straight out and onto the padded outside.

Her body bounced, her upper-half flopping and lulling for a moment before dropping down and staying still. It appeared that Corey had finally put a stop to the blistering offense of HEAT, and the brunette was laying still on the outside, her body rocked with pain from the hard impact as she groaned out loud, only able to idly kick one leg as she tried to will herself out of her daze. She was unwillingly giving Corey all the time she needed right now to do whatever she wanted.

Successfully sending HEAT out of the ring after throwing her over the ropes, Corey leaned against the ropes, gasping for air as she tried to recover her strength. Seeing that her opponent was outside the ring, taking the full brunt of the fall from the ring to the padded floor outside, Corey took advantage of this to restore some of her strength, though she also knew that this was an opportunity that she couldn't let slip away from her fingers now that the table had been turned.

Looking at the direction of Mihoko, Corey would then slip out of the ropes, standing on the apron. Taking a moment to prepare herself, she would then hoist herself onto the top rope, standing right on the rope for exactly one second before she launched herself off the ring, looking to deliver a springboard double foot stomp right onto Mihoko's body outside the ring. She was certain that the damage would be tremendous if it was successful, and she was counting on it to be successful.

Mihoko was laying on the outside of the ring, absolutely stunned from the throw over the top ropes that left her unceremoniously crashing to the padded outside. She hadn't moved much since landing, her high octane offense being stunted entirely by the single counter. HEAT didn't have any opportunity to get back into this yet, and she was left at Corey's mercy now.

And then a double foot stomp landed on her back from the top rope, absolutely crushing her spine. She gasped out loud, wide-eyed as the pain jolted her back to life. Her body thrashed, bucked, and rolled on the outside, beside herself in the pain from the move as she continued to gasp for air, her back and chest in complete agony from the single move, every limb thrashing wildly from the attack.

With Mihoko being outside the ring after she threw her out earlier, Corey then took this opportunity to launch an attack from the ring by jumping off the ropes, bringing a double foot stomp right onto her back. Seeing that the move was successful, Corey had no doubt that the move managed to deal quite a tremendous damage on her opponent.

"Now, lemme show you what I am capable of, okay?" Corey told the sprawled out Mihoko as she bent down to grab her, pulling her up. Knowing that her back was aching from the stomp earlier, Corey would try to shove her towards the apron, having her roughly hit the hard surface of the apron back first. From there, she would give Mihoko's chest a few hits with her forearm.

At the same time, with the two of them outside the ring, the referee started counting them out from inside the ring. If they didn't return into the ring at the count of ten, the match would end with a double count out.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

Mihoko let out soft whines as she tried to block out the incredible pain in her body now. The full weight of a woman stomping down at her from a high distance, crushing her into the lightly padded outside was, in a word, devastating. Her back and chest were throbbing in agony as she was grabbed by Corey and hauled back to her feet. And then, Sniper added to that pain by giving her a hard shove, sending HEAT's spine into the apron.

Instantly, her body curled around the apron. "Ahhhh... Nnnnnn..." she sputtered out, eyes, clenched tight in the agony of it. Then, the forearms came, and Mihoko had no answer as they pummeled her chest one after another. Eventually, Mihoko covered up her chest as she curled forward, gritting her teeth.

Her fiery adrenaline-based offense had certainly been sapped by these maneuvers, but HEAT knew she needed to try something at this point. With a loud growl, she would then attempt to turn to her side to avoid further assaults on her chest and fire an elbow towards Corey's face, wanting to get the girl to back off!

Sending Mihoko back first towards the apron, Corey then hit her chest multiple times with forearm smashes. Seeing Mihoko reeling in pain, Corey knew that she was doing something right here.

But then, before she could continue with her attack, Mihoko suddenly moved and threw an elbow strike aimed to her face. Eyes widening, Corey stepped back, narrowly avoiding the elbow.

In retaliation, Corey would try to deliver a straight kick at Mihoko's gut, looking to knock the wind out of her and leave her breathless. Meanwhile, the referee continued with the counts.

"FOUR!"

"FIVE!"

HEAT Mihoko had thrown an elbow strike towards Corey's face, but Sniper had dodged. It was a strike meant to just get Sniper out of her face. And it had, at least for that moment. The Hot-Blooded Fighter let out a groan, about the only thing she had time for. She was still winded with pain in her chest at this point, feeling the throbbing agony of it from that stomp still. Breathing even hurt as the air went into her chest.

Unfortunately, Corey Sniper wanted to rectify that problem by making breathing harder too. A kick to the gut knocked HEAT onto her knees from the impact as she gasped out loud, hanging her head and gripping onto the top of the ring skirt beside her. She needed to find her momentum. She needed to snatch her spark again so she could come back at Corey with everything she had once more. But at the rate it was going, Mihoko had no idea when she could get that back as she stayed on her knees at her opponent's whims.

Kicking at Mihoko's belly, Corey thought of what to do next. Considering that they were outside the ring, she needed to bring the match back into the ring to avoid being disqualified. Grabbing Mihoko by her head and the bottom of her outfit, she would then hoist her up the apron before shoving her back into the ring. Then she would climb up the apron before slipping through the ropes, joining her inside.

Now that the two of them were in the ring, Corey would approach the downed Mihoko, bending down to grab her by her head. Then, she would lift her up onto her shoulders, planning to put her into a submission hold, which was a torture rack. She would begin stretching her opponent's body, looking to weaken her and making it much easier for her to win this match.

HEAT Mihoko continued to struggle on the outside, taking painful breaths of air as Corey was looming over her. Eventually, Sniper would be the one to make Mihoko move before she wanted, and she was rolled right into the ring, letting out a small grunt of pain as she continued to roll her body towards the center of the ring, wanting to just get a little more space. If she could just get a little space, maybe she could get herself ready to fight back.

But Corey Sniper was quick to get back to her. She grabbed hold of HEAT and pulled her up and over her shoulders in a powerful fashion! Mihoko's smaller body was then being pulled and stretched over Corey's strong shoulders, and the pain was unbearable immediately. "Ahhhhhhhhh!" cried out Mihoko in agony. Her chest that already hurt was being stretched with this hold, along with her spine, and she was trying to break free, frantically, kicking and bucking her body in an effort to break free! She was hoping to just simply make it too difficult for Corey to keep balancing all of her weight so she could break out! She didn't know what to do from there, but she needed out of this submission hold pronto!
