Anna Ivers vs Alaina Sanders

Alaina stood in front of the mirror and readied herself. Her opponent tonight was not as gigantic as Michelle but that didn't mean she would be any less challenging. In fact, the reputation of Anna Ivers was well known. Tonight was going to be a hard fought night for whomever won. It is up to Alaina to make sure the match ends in a victory for the amazon.

As her music played she came bounding out, high fiving fans and smiling as she bound down the ramp energetically. She was feeling good, having just celebrated her 43rd birthday. If she wasn't the oldest lady on the roster she was very close.

Alaina was out to prove age is but a number, and that her own reputation as one of the strongest women to grace a ring was deserved. Alaina settled into a corner and leaned back, awaiting the arrival of her foe.

Anna had a very bizarre rise through this tournament. Her qualifier match was a short and dominate affair that showed she meant business. Her second match was not anywhere close to dominate as her opponent took her to her limit and caused some issues but Anna nevertheless put her down the same way. Now it was just a matter of showing everyone that she was still going to advance, facing an older Heavyweight who failed as a Middleweight. While she was hardly someone to be saying anyone was washed up or out of place she felt a bit more confident in this match then she did her previous one.

Her confidence showed in her entrance looking to have a bit more pep in her step as she came down to the ring and looking more focused then she did prior to this while she came down to the ring looking more ready then she did last time. Coming down to the ring and high-fiving anyone that came close Anna marched down to the ring and cracked her neck, looking at Aliana as she wondered what she would need to do to win.

Anna seemed like the silent type, she didn't say much and Alaina appreciated that. Down to business. Alaina nodded to her as she stepped to the middle of the ring, shaking out her arms and legs. She kept her eyes fixed on Anna and when the bell rang she circled and crouched low, ready to strike. Alaina would keep her distance before moving in swinging her leg up to try to catch Anna off guard with a fast toe kick to the abdomen to double her over! Alaina was going to try to be smart, picking and choosing her moments for bigger high impact offense or nasty holds. For now she needed to chip away at Anna or stun her for a moment.

There really didnt need anything to be said this time around. They both knew the other meant business and they both were pretty skilled otherwise they wouldnt have gotten this far. At this point it was just a matter of finding who was going to keep advancing and who was going to have there journey to the top end here.

Once the bell rang Anna would move in and try to lock up with Aliana to start things off seeing which of them had the strength advantage, but Aliana had a different idea. Quickly bringing her leg up and catching her gut as she came in Anna was stopped in her tracks, her abs taking the full brunt of the move while she folded up and coughed, taking a step back to avoid being grabbed.

Alaina saw that her strike hit true and Anna staggered back. She was out of arms reach but not legs reach! The amazon jumped up into the air, coiling her legs before extending them and aiming a dropkick right at Anna's chest! If this connected Alaina was feeling good about her start and figured that some solid strikes would be in the works provided the dropkick worked out as well as her body punch did!

Alianas kick hurt alot more then she thought it would leaving Anna winded for a second as she tried to move away from the girl, though Aliana was quick to give chase pursuing and taking to the air, moving in and going for a dropkick. Anna had barely enough time to put her hands up before she was knocked down again, though thankfully most of the kick was caught on her hands rather then hitting her chest and she was still pushed back.

Landing on her but Anna tried to back up some more and get near the ropes before pulling up. Now was the time to start fighting back before she let herself fall behind her clearly more seasoned opponent.

the kick connected, but Alaina saw that Anna got her arms up. She was smart, and could react quickly. Alaina would have found that far more admirable had she not been the woman fighting Anna at the time. She rose to her feet at the same time Anna did and Alaina wanted to try to maintain her momentum. The last thing she wanted was a hot start to cool off! She stepped up and reached in to grab one of Anna's arms, attempting to spin around and Irish whip the woman over towards the ropes at the other end of the ring.

While Anna was able to defend herself from the kick she still was left reeling from the force knocking her back and Aliana took advantage of that to keep on her. Grabbing her and pulling her up to Irish whip her into the ropes. Anna bounced off them and cam right back at Aliana but she lowered herself as she tried to take advantage of that move and would try and go for a shoulder tackle to attempt to knock her down instead and turn things around a little bit in her favor.

Alaina saw Anna come and readied herself, bit found herself caught off guard! She groaned as she was hammered by Anna, taken down hard to the mat by Anna's shoulder tackle as she found herself wide open to additional offense from Anna! Alaina tried to cover her head with her arms, wary of any punches that may accompany the tackle.
