Peace, Love, and Sexy Wrestling Roleplay Stories
Tiki Lowell, after having overcome Courage Takemi in a match that was more hard fought than the gap in their abilities would have initially suggested, was now to come face to face with Thea Asters in the first semifinal of LAW's Queen of the Ring Tournament. Where Tiki had various concerns and doubts over her matchup with Courage, Thea was much more straightforward.
That wasn't to say Thea was someone to be overlooked. Only that unlike Courage, Tiki already knew why Thea was chosen to be here; because she was already known to be proven as a wrestler who belonged in this tournament. Tiki was going into this battle with more confidence in her knowledge of what Thea could do compared to Courage. The veteran expected a more difficult opponent this time around, but also expected a spot in the final nonetheless. Music
Feeling strong, Tiki was ready when her music came on. her chosen track was a bit softer than her mood today, but that was intentional. Tiki's music helped to calm her down between her appearance from backstage and her entrance into the ring if she was ever overexcited going into a match. Being hyped up was by no means a bad thing, Tiki simply preferred a more composed route. Once in the ring, Tiki removed her outfit's accessories and waited for Thea in her corner. Tiki
One brute down, one to go. Unlike before however Thea wasn't facing a beast, she was instead facing a dragon in comparison. Tiki Lowell, Thea was smart enough to do her research in advance before the match and knew she was in for a challenge. Like herself Tiki didn't need to prove herself to enter the tournament, which in turn mean their skills could be called into comparison with each other. What made Thea concerned however wasn't the woman's skills, yes they'd be a threat but Thea was confident she could match the woman well enough. No what gave Thea pause was the sheer difference in size and power between the two.
'I may have to be.. creative to win here.' Thea thought to herself as she stood up and sighed softly already knowing this wouldn't be easy, but she was determined to fight her way to the crown of Queen of the Ring, and she wouldn't let some old woman get in her way of attaining it. Finishing her preparations and making sure that her silver ring gear was set correctly she would nod to herself, feeling ready and regal, like a queen should. Spoiler
Strutting to the entrance curtain Thea could already hear the crowd going in full force thanks to the entrance of her opponent. "Tsk." Admittedly it did annoy Thea slightly that Tiki had gone first, but it was no matter, it didn't mean anything, and she would be content with the fact that she'd simply get to show why she should have gone first to begin with. Spoiler
As her music started Thea would come out, standing proudly, displaying her toned, near divine like body to the fans who gave a significantly harsher reception to her, the cheers and boos almost being split down the middle. No doubt a result of her.. less than honorable treatment of Amy in their quarterfinal match. But it didn't matter to Thea, she knew her worth and she wouldn't be intimidated by these fans.
Strutting down the ramp with a noble air about her she would elegant slide into the ring and stand up straight to make eye contact with Tiki before smiling at the woman. "Hello there, Thea Asters, nice to meet you Ms.Lowell." Thea said cordially, not exactly nicely, but not in a way that would draw suspicion as she extended her hand out for a handshake. Truthfully Thea didn't know how much Tiki knew about her, and this would be a good way of testing to see how on guard the woman would be.
Tiki was a bit surprised when she saw that Thea got the reception that she did. Amy must have been rather popular, thought the veteran as the cheers and boos of the crowd fought each other for supremacy. Tiki had seen Thea's quarterfinal match, and while the blonde had certainly been more than a little rough with her opponent, it wasn't as if Thea had cheated to win. The crowd's reception just seemed a bit much to the greenette.
Thea seemed to be in agreement with Tiki, as the blonde seemed somewhat put off, despite offering a greeting that was cordial enough. She didn't suspect any wrongdoing from the handshake Thea offered, but the veteran still practiced caution out of sheer habit. It was a simple, but effective trick to accept a handshake while putting oneself at reduced risk that Tiki had picked up in her early years.
"Likewise, let's have a good match," said Tiki. To accept the handshake, Tiki turned her hip towards Thea as she extended her arm out most of its length to shake her opponent's hand, almost facing sideways towards the smaller woman. This handshake technique put distance and difficulty of access between Thea and any desirable targets on Tiki's body for a sneak attack that the greenette would have sufficient time to react before anything Thea tried could actually land, while also looking natural enough that the blonde wasn't likely to assume she was being treated like a cheater and get offended. Assuming the handshake did go cleanly, Tiki would then return to her corner and await the bell.
Despite the mixed reception Thea wasn't gonna let it distract her, instead her focus was directed solely on the woman in front of her who guarded the gates to the final match she so desperately wanted. Knowing that with the size and experience difference between them that some creativity would surely be needed the blonde would start things off with a handshake. Simply to test how much Tiki knew of her... willingness to bend rules.
Luckily despite some hesitation and careful planning for her part, the green haired woman accepted Thea's offer and shook her hand.. but not without taking her precautions. 'Either she's aware and is playing it low key or she's just naturally on guard. I'll think the latter for now.' Thea thought to herself calculatingly while never losing the small, pleasant smile she had on her face since greeting Tiki.
"Excellent! Let the best woman win then!" Thea said in a eager tone as she took a few steps back, her smile fading into a confident smirk while her thoughts took a decisively more sinister direction. 'That will be me.' Thea thought to herself, fully ready to start as she bent her knees and raised her hands, anticipating a lock up with Tiki just as soon as the bell would ring.
While Tiki wasn't aware that Thea was judging her, the blonde's assessment that Tiki was just naturally on guard in the ring was accurate. The veteran was not aware of any history as a dirty wrestler that Thea may have. Nor would Tiki be given any reason to think Thea was a dirty wrestler by her actions, as the handshake between the two concluded without incident.
When the bell rung, Thea appeared to be challenging Tiki to a test of strength. The veteran had a number of ways that she could handle this, but she perceived herself to be physically stronger than Thea, so Tiki chose to accept the lock up straight on. If anything, the greenette was expecting some form of subversion from her opponent, rather than anything she herself would do.
Assuming that the lock up was as it appeared, the struggle would be closer to even than Tiki had initially been expecting, but the veteran would prove to hold a slight advantage in the end. Tiki would eventually manage to start pushing Thea back a step or two, putting pressure on the blonde to do something before Tiki made the situation a lot worse for her. If Thea gave Tiki the time, the greenette would eventually pull the blonde forward to destabilize her, and then trip her to the floor, after which Tiki would follow Thea down to the mat and begin straddling her chest.
Thea was feeling pretty good about this match up so far, even if it had hardly began mere moments ago. However the knowledge that her more duplicitous strategies. Something that would only aid her as things went on. Of course that just meant that Thea would have to save such... drastic choices for when they'd matter most in impacting her odds for winning the match.
So for now Thea would play the match squeaky clean and focus on wearing Tiki down while drawing her further into the belief that Thea was nothing if not a fair fighter. Naturally this meant starting off with a test of strength. Hands gripping the opposing woman's tightly and with purpose, Thea shoved and pushed against the green haired woman... and immediately felt the difference in raw power.
"Ngh!" Thea grunted out in effort as she started to get pushed back by Tiki. 'Not overwhelming.. but definitely not something I'd be able to overpower easily.' Thea thought to herself before gasping slightly as she was dragged down to the mat with the older woman straddling her!
But this only caused Thea to smile slightly as her legs suddenly came up, under Tiki's arms and aiming to hook under her armpits before pulling to draw the woman off her and pin her shoulders down to the mat with a quick reversal pin that had the added benefit of breaking their shared grip so Thea could grab and hold onto the woman's legs as the ref went to count the quick pin!
Tiki certainly had to fight a battle within the wrestling match to overpower Thea in the test of strength, but she did indeed manage, eventually. Even then, the veteran didn't have her opponent down on the mat for long before Thea started trying to not just escape but outright reverse the position, as Tiki soon saw the blonde's legs coming up underneath her arms.
Thankfully, Tiki was not so easily caught off guard, as she closed and tightened her armpits around Thea's ankles and pinned them to her sides. "What kind of rookie do you take me for, Thea?" Tiki teased. While what Thea had done was certainly a useful surprise tool, the thing was that it became so used that it lost a lot of the surprise factor. Especially against veterans who had been around the block, like Tiki.
"Well I suppose this makes my decision on what to do a fair bit simpler," said Tiki as she stood up off of Thea into a crouch, so that she could use her grip on the blonde's legs to flip Thea over before sitting back down. Only this time, Tiki would be sitting on Thea's back, as she made an attempt to lock the fairy girl into a Boston Crab.
Tiki was certainly a behemoth in terms of stature, and the strength she boasted matched what one would expect from such a frame, and in turn it meant keeping up with the woman in terms of raw power a rather fool hardy endeavor, hence Thea letting herself get pushed down to the mat. At least from there she was able to throw her legs up to catch Tiki off guard with a reversal.
Unfortunately however Tiki's technical skill was a compliment to her raw power since she was able to spy Thea's legs coming up and caught them. "Damn.." Thea breathed out as the older woman admonished her before turning her over onto her stomach, locking in a boston crab on her instead of whatever she had planned previously!
"Ngh!" Groaning softly in pain Thea would grit her teeth as she pushed up on the mat with her arms, trying to lift her torso up if just a bit. If she could do so Thea would twist herself around, trying to get the side of her hip under her, both to lessen the strain of the boston crab, as well as put her into position to lash out at her opposition with a few punches to the back of Tiki's knee to destabilize her balance and hopefully force her into abandoning the hold.
Tiki had the early advantage, but Thea was fighting back hard. The blonde managed to force enough space for herself that she was able to start squirming underneath the veteran while in the Boston Crab. Thea managed to rotate her body enough that Tiki was trying to sit more on the round joint of her hip rather than the flat of Thea's back. It didn't take much more convincing for Tiki to release the hold on her own.
But Tiki wasn't done attacking just because she released her hold, no, Thea wasn't out of the woods yet. Once the greenette got up, she would do a backflip over the floored blonde. But Tiki wouldn't try to land on Thea, at least not where she was now. Tiki would land on her feet, one on each side of Thea's location at the time of Tiki's takeoff. Meaning that if Thea tried rolling away to dodge, she would end up rolling right under the veteran's foot.
If Tiki succeeded, she would drop down with her knees into Thea's chest, and then try to see if those consecutive big blows to the blonde's chest would be enough to allow the veteran to cover for a pin. If it didn't land, Tiki would try to just drop straight down with her knees, assuming Thea was between her legs, assuming the blonde didn't interrupt her first.
