A Thunderous Smackdown: Dominique Heiani (D) vs Lauren Fredericks

Before she could catch her breath, Dominique was hoisted up and SLAMMED down onto the canvas by her bulkier opponent. Lauren's strength was no joke, nor were her words about the ''basics''. The woman's simple slam proved effective as it left Dominique reeling. The once fire-up woman was writhing in pain as she clutched at her backside. "Damn...That REALLY freakin' hurt. Though, I can't say that I didn't expect this. I wanted a challenge, after all." However, after a few moments, she stands back up and faces Lauren, not content with becoming the woman's ragdoll. She brushes herself off and takes a stand, beckoning for Lauren to come at her as she rebukes the blonde's words. "Hah!!! Where's the fun in that? Everything about how I move and fight is fancy, flashy, and furious. That's just the way I roll." She said, slamming into Lauren's chest with a Forearm Strike, intent on going blow-for-blow with the woman.

Lauren turned and saw Dominique back up on her feet! The still flexing Lauren shook her head in surprise as she took a hard forearm smash to the chest making her stumble back on shaky legs! "Oomph!" Lauren groaned before steadying herself. She rushed right back at Dominique and swung her own forearm smash right into the chest of the debuting rookie! Lauren was not going to lose this, she wasn't going to let some smaller thunder thigh rookie beat her going strike for strike! "You are gonna go down girl!" Lauren said as her forearm smash connected with Dominique's chest.

Dominique grins as she watches Lauren stumble back, steady herself, and return the favor with a Forearm Strike of her own. The attack slams into Dominique's chest and sends her back a few steps, seething from the pain but keep feet planted as she remains upright. She looked toward Lauren with bright, fiery eyes, excited to face such a strong female wrestler. Even as Lauren tries to crush and slam her, Dominique wouldn't ignore that the woman is a capable and powerful inspiration. She fires back with another Forearm Strike, trading back-and-forth strikes in a furious rush between herself and Lauren until one can no longer stand. "JUST TRY, LAUREN!!!" Dominique responded with a mighty roar, inciting the blonde powerhouse to give it her all. This is EXACTLY what she wanted her debut to be.

The smaller rookie stumbled back but didn't fall leaving Lauren shaking her head. Lauren knew what was coming so she braced herself and prepared for the return strike. "Give me your best shot then you- UGH!" Lauren groaned as she stumbled back a few steps on very limp legs quaking with each step! The big woman managed to steady herself though and she began to storm over to Dominique. She couldn't lose this one... could she? Lauren let out a scream as she reared back and ran into Dominique slammer in chest with the biggest forearm smash she could muster!

Dominique steels herself, planting her feet down firmly as she stands tall against Lauren. Her body quivers, and her chest aches, but the dark-skinned woman stands before the blonde powerhouse without a drop of fear in her eyes. As Lauren charges in to slam a massive Forearm Smash right into Dominique's chest, the green-haired woman ducks out of the way in time, utilizing this opportunity to interlock one of her arms with Lauren's, wrapping it around her neck, kicking her leg out from behind, and slamming the woman into the canvas back-first with an STO!!! A loud -THUD- could be heard as the two crashed onto the floor with a sizable impact. Dominique lays beside Lauren, a little too exhausted after that interaction but smiling nonetheless...She was having so much fun, and so was the audience as they cheered this match on, waiting in suspense to see which of the two women would rise first.

Lauren swung but was shocked as Dominique moved and hooked an arm then easily lift the larger woman up! Before anything could register Lauren came crashing down hard to the canvas! "ARGH!" Lauren howled in agony as she was laid out by the smaller woman who easily lift her and sent her crashing down. Lauren was simply getting her butt handed to her so far in this one and all she could do now at this moment was kick the mat meekly in pain as her thighs quaked with each kick against the canvas.

Dominique gives a bit of a cough and a grunt upon landing. This match was already pushing her, but she wasn't about to give up. These people DESERVED to see an electrifying performance and that's exactly what 'Sweet Voltage' intended to give them. Instead of going for the pin, she stands up and grabs Lauren by the wrist. She drags the woman to her feet and hooks her arms under Lauren's. With a slightly tired sigh, she shifts the woman into a Butterfly hold, muscling her up in the air. Dom holds her position as best as she can, taking in deep breaths as she attempts to slam the woman down with a Package Piledriver. Upon sending Lauren down onto the mat again, she would go for the pin while the woman's legs were folded over her head.

The hurting Lauren is again hauled up and putty in Dominiques hands as she is once more lift high up by the smaller wrestler! She mutters and shakes her head in protest before her head is spiked down thunderously to the mat and the limp, seemingly unconscious Lauren is held down for a pin. The big flubbery blonde barely stirs or moves looking to be knocked out as the pin count marches on.

"THRE-"

At the absolute last second Lauren jerks to the side thrusting and trying to break the pin, managing to do so just barely at a 2.9! However the big blonde flops down lifelessly to the mat, and to the fans it looks like her kickout was a semi-conscious automatic reaction carried through only by the size of her big body jerking hard to one side. Lauren rolls do her back raising her leg up and kicking the mat as her thigh jiggles and ripples after. She opens her eyes and they flutter with her seeing fuzzy double vision unable to even start to rise back to her feet.

Dominique was about to score her first win in LAW when the referee's hand came down for the three-count. However, her opponent retained enough wherewithal to kick out of the pinfall, denying the debuting upstart's promising win. Dominique sat up with a bit of frustration, but she was far from defeated. However, she was too exhausted to secure another pin. Any other attempt at this point wouldn't be enough to secure Lauren. Dominique uses the ropes to climb up, returning to her feet. She stabilizes herself and walks around the ring, gasping for air. Her lungs feel on fire, and her heart races while her veins pump blood through her body. She fell against the turnbuckle, taking a second to rest as she breathed in and out frantically.

She was feeling the effects of this match on her body. They hadn't been fighting for long, but each time that Lauren caught her REALLY left a mark. Her vision became fuzzy as the pain and fatigue from that back-and-forth exchange of Forearm Strikes were catching up to her. Still, Dominique knew that she had to endure it. She couldn't afford to give up any more momentum. She had to keep her head in the game regardless of her current state. She needed to knock Lauren back down to build some momentum again. A stiff Clothesline, once she stood up, would suffice. So, when Lauren finally got back up, Dominique began clapping her hands, getting the audience to join in with her as she pumped herself up, trying to find that fire within herself as she prepared to ram into Lauren. She runs forward with a mighty Clothesline attempt, aiming her outstretched arm toward Lauren's upper chest. However, as she charges toward the blonde woman, her knees buckle, and her footing wavers. Dominique doesn't notice at first, but this slight miscalculation results in her maneuver becoming sloppy as she runs toward Lauren. Her vision sways and blurs, and she hesitates for an instant, swinging just a moment too early and whiffing her shot, leaving herself open to counterattack.

Lauren was down and kicking in pain as her body trembled with each weak kick. She staggered and wobbled her way up as Dominique began clapping. Whatever it was, that wasn't good. Not for Lauren anyway. The big blonde was hurting and got lucky to have kicked out. She was dazed, her torso ached with every move. It was obvious that Lauren was already lumbering about like a woman clinging on for dear life and it was early in the match.

As she saw Dominique rushing at her Lauren stepped to the side and reached out. She tried to grab and lift the charging woman up, spinning and looking to powerslam her down to the canvas as hard as she could! Lauren had to give this her all to halt the surging, raging momentum of the surprising rookie!
