Kama went over to the half rack, setting up the barbell with 130 lbs of weights total. It was leg day, and she decided to start off with some squats. She could get some back and shoulder aid before going to the leg presses, curls, and rowing. The islander shook her shoulders and removed her jacket, placing on the ground nearby, before taking the weighted bar and resting it on her shoulders. With a deep breath, she started her regiment, squatting down almost all the way to the floor, before rising back up straight. She kept with the motions, eyes scanning around in ever vigilance with a raised guard.
