A Dance With The Siren (Black Severin vs Siren Serena - Standard Match)

Unread post by DSX93 »

Terrell Hughes, or Black Severin, as he would be known here in the LAW, stood just behind the curtain that led to the stage.

His long dreadlocks were tied back into a ponytail that allowed him to don the black headband and domino mask that concealed his identity. His upper body was scantily covered by a half-jacket that came with built-in fingerless gloves and left his well-toned chest and abs completely exposed. Pairs of shoulder and forearm pads added to the roguish warrior look that he was going for. White, loose fitting pants with grey and black artwork of a roaring sea covered his lower body, held in place with an elaborate black belt that carried large waves of silver, with a black pair of wrestling boots being his footwear.

Severin took a deep breath -- several, actually -- but it did nothing to calm his nerves.

This was it. In just moments, he was going to be coming out to compete in his first match. He checked the stability of his mask for the umpteenth time. If this went to hell and he ended up getting booed out of the building -- which he knew was likely on account of his complete lack of training in the art of professional wrestling -- he wanted to be able to get out with at least a little of his dignity intact.

No.

No. No.

NO.

He can't. And he started kicking himself on the inside for even thinking it.

He made a promise on his good friend Ryan Huerta's grave. Swore that he'd do his damnedest to make it as far as the former wrestler and sexfighter said he could, and make sure that Chelsea and the kids were taken care of while he's at it. Gamestop pay wasn't the best way to accomplish that, which is why he downed a nice, tall glass of sake like it was water, got to work on that resignation notice and turned it in. Got it done before he could start thinking too much about going back, like he was just now.

There's only one way to go now, and that's forward. He's committed.

As a last ditch effort to calm himself, Severin started on a groove even before Skee-Lo's "I Wish" sounded through the arena. At the twelve second mark, he finally stepped through the curtain and made his appearance, moving in harmony with the music as he made his way to the ring. He danced with a grace so well-practiced that it had become natural to him, but there was something missing from it, still.

Those with an observant eye would note his lack of engagement with the crowd; how if his eyes turned to them, it would be completely by coincidence. He wasn't even smiling. Those two things came together to paint the picture of a sort of "forget my problems" dancing.

His theme was meant to help with that. To keep him distracted and moving forward. It was the tale of a man who'd taken his insecurities and projected them into song, and it ended up becoming a hit. It was energy that he'd need.

Severin was of two minds about this not being the Hentai match that he truly wanted it to be: He wasn't looking forward to the physicality that would come with the Standard fare. Not against himself, but instead what he'd be expected to bring against his female opponent. He was aware the Hentai matches could get pretty rough as well, but at least there were orgasms in the equation.

But then again, maybe it wasn't the kind of action for him. He didn't have what it takes to satisfy a woman even in the comfort of his own home, or her home. Why should he expect things to go any differently when it's a competition?

Yeah, he'd just be embarrassing himself in front of millions.

This is for the best.

The newcomer entered the ring with a leap over the ropes and transitioned into a breakdancer's windmill upon landing, eventually flipping back onto his feet, drawing a quick little pop from the crowd. He let out a satisfied chuckle, and some of that nervous energy that he was attempting to get rid of with it.

It came back when he turned to the stage and waited for his opponent to make her entrance.

That night was going to be something special in Serena’s career, thought the blonde as she got the last details of her entrance attire in order. Serena had been wrestling for L.A.W. for some time now and she had taken part in different kind of matches with different outcomes, but all of them felt exciting in some way. Now, for the first time in her wrestling career the Siren was going to face a man in combat and she was quite excited about it. All her prancing around hot and cool women in L.A.W. didn’t mean that Serena didn’t enjoy the company of men, and now she was willing to see what mixed wrestling could give her. There was only one downside to that night’s match: despite Serena’s efforts it looked like allowing hentai stipulations for the bout was impossible for some reason. “Another day...”, thought the blonde to herself, feeling ready for her appearance.

From the backstage area Serena could catch some glimpses of her rival’s entrance. She couldn’t get a proper look at the man from her position, and the arena’s screens didn’t give her much either so anything concerning his looks she would have to see for herself, but what surprised her the most was that this man she was going to face was dancing his way to the ring. His moves were graceful and well trained, and the way he advanced made him look a little oblivious to everyone’s reactions, as if he didn’t care. That kind of attitude was exactly the one that Serena respected the most, following your own path no matter what people thought of it. After that, the man reached the ring and landed with some cool breakdance moves that got some cheers from the crowd.

Serena grinned when her entrance theme started echoing through the arena and everyone sitting in the arena stood to attention. “Time to show this guy how it is done!”, thought the Siren before making her appearance. In mixed matches there was a high chance that the woman would win the support of the crowd and Serena was quite willing to do just that. There was also the fact that she was now more or less well-known to the audience, having her good share of fans, while her rival was a debutant, a mystery. The Siren walked down the ramp with the confident style that was her trademark, as if she was too much for all those people but still finding some time to throw a sultry but collected wink to the luckiest people in the stands.

Once she reached the ring, Serena took her time to slip between the ropes, using that moment to highlight her body and the cameraman sending the footage to the giant screens took the bait. Finally, she made her now trademark act of removing her jacket in the center of the ring with an over the top move that made her look like a diva before her theme died out in a roar of excitement from the crowd. Getting rid of her jacked by giving it to a ringside assisstant Serena got a first look at her rival. The man was more or less her size and everything was on its place. A confident smile drew on Serena’s lips. She was definitely going to enjoy this. “Hey there big guy. Cool moves out there. Looks like both of us are in for a treat tonight...” Serena would be shameless in her remarks. Maybe losing the hentai stipulation was an inconvenience, but that wouldn’t stop her from using all her weapons against that rival.

Oh.

Oh!

And then Severin's mind started drowning out the Siren's theme music to replace it with Snoop Dogg and Pharrell's "Beautiful".

And good lord, was she!

The face. Those lips, especially. Shaped perfectly for kissing.

The choker. He didn't know what it was, but he just loved seeing that accessory on a woman.

That body! God, that body! The leather and the way it fit her. Showed off her attributes in exactly the right way, with a zipper that was right. There.

The definition in those arms and those legs. He was a sucker for a strong woman. One that could throw him around a little. Make him hers.

Oh, and those legs! The fishnets!

He tried to avert his eyes when she slipped through the ropes, but he just couldn't. She was packing back there, and her leather leotard showed that off perfectly too, with those fishnets being like icing on the cake.

Heh.

That lethal combination made for a sight that was stickier than Spider-Man's webbing.

Severin was an Agnostic Atheist, but still...

God!

The only way she could've looked any better was if she was wearing glasses too.

He felt bad about being so obvious, and tried to offer himself absolution by telling himself that she obviously wanted to be seen.

Did he not see how she took her time getting through the ropes? The flourish she removed her jacket with?

It didn't quite work. He didn't want to look like an outright sleazeball.

That didn't stop the thoughts going through his head, though. He was regretting not having asked for a Hentai match. They went and sent him the perfect woman for one.

He would've lost. He would've lost like nobody's business.

Any control she wanted, she would've had. Without question.

If it had Prisoner of War rules to go along with it, he would've been a happy captive. If the unlikely occurred and she'd really wanted to have him, anyway.

Hell, he knew that, deep down inside...

...Okay, maybe not that deep...

...That he was already in trouble here. His game plan so far was to stick to grappling as much as he could, because he really didn't want to hit her. He knew that he'd most likely have to, that it comes with the territory, but still.

But with how closely wrestling could bring people together...

This wasn't going to be a test of only his athletic ability, toughness, and skill. His focus was going to be tested too. More than anything else, most likely.

Serena's remarks got a nervous chuckle and a dorky smile out of him.

"Thanks."

He stepped forward, hand extended.

"To a friendly match?"

Normally, there is something about masked wrestlers that perplexed Serena. Most of the times the mask hiding their face was intended to conceal not only the fighter's identity but their whole persona, their thoughts and emotions making them some sort of impenetrable fortress of the unknown. Then there was Severin, whom Serena had only known for some seconds but who was now pretty transparent. There wasn' much the man could do to try and hide his trail of thoughts when looking at the Siren. Let's be honest for a moment: Serena is a pretty hot woman but another of her best traits is that she knew it and acts accordingly. One of the things she likes to explore the most is the effect of her body and attitude in other people, her flirty but also whimsical personality emerging to have some fun. This Severin man looked not only cool in his costume, hot and... well endowed, he also looked like someone Serena could have some fun with.

Up so far Severin looked ready to jump to Serena's command. The man had a pretty long and decent look at the blonde since the moment she set her foot on the ring. He also looked flustered and that gave Serena a couple ideas for the match and even one or two for when they were done with wrestling. Coming at her with a dorkly slime on his face after nervously chuckling at Serena's flirty remark Severin went for a formal handshake in a sportsmandhip offering. "Oh yes, let's have a fun, friendly match." Serena's use of words and tone wad always aimed at suggesting something else, something that would male Severin blush and hesitant. Just before the match started Serena could feel she had her rival just where she wanted.

With the bell ringing the match stsrted officially, and Serena decided to raise her arms inviting her rival to a test of strength. "Come on here, why don't you show me what you can do with those muscles?"

Severin would be the first to admit that he wasn't very knowledgeable about women. But he wasn't so unaware that he didn't smell a trap; maybe the classic kick to the gut as soon as his own arms were raised. But at the same time, he didn't really catch that vibe in Serena's voice.

Why?

Why didn't he ask for a Hentai match?

But of course, the answer never truly left his mind, as taken as it was.

Oh, what the hell. He'd asked for a friendly match and she hadn't spat it back in his face like someone else might've.

He raised his arms and interlocked his fingers with hers, trying not to think about how this was the first time he's held a woman's hand in over a year. Maybe it would sound silly, but that was something he missed.

Not wanting to disappoint, he put some mustard into it. A strange expression for him since he wasn't a fan of the stuff, but one he finds himself using often enough.

He'd push her back into the corner if he could. What he'd do there, he didn't know, but he'd figure it out along the way.

Serena's approach was pretty clear to her from the very start of the match: despite his cool looks it was as if Severin was transparent, and the blonde could notice some nervousness and hesitation coming from the man, not to mention how obviously flustered he seemed about Serena's sultry approach, so that was a powerful asset the Siren could use to get some advantage in the match.

Severin met Serena on the center of the ring and the both of them interlocked fingers in a test of strength. Serena had some strength to her and since her rival was more or less her same size the woman could put some pressure on Severin. He wasn't crazy strong but he gave a good portion of himself to the hold and that wad exactly what Serena wanted: with her rival distracted on pushing with all his might he wouldn't think about what she could be scheming. Serena gradually took a couple steps back, making it look like she was being overpowered by Severin until the moment she would suddenly stop applying force in an attempt to make her rival lose his footing, using that momentum and inertia he woulf durely have to go on her back and throw him in a monkey flip!

Alright, he had her!

It started to click when she fell back. Get on top, start off with a pin. Force her to expend energy bucking him off of her.

And then she put her feet up on his lower abdomen. Severin knew what she was going for and, realizing that it was too late to put a stop to this, simply rode the momentum instead. It was all instinct. At the right moment, he would leap up and forward, being flipped about, but not quite how she wanted. Instead he would land on his feet, ready to launch a counter attack.

It didn't quite work out that way. He mistimed the jump -- too late -- and ended up landing on his ass, grunting as the the impact sent a jolt of pain from his tailbone and up his spine.

He fought through it and scrambled back up to his feet, knowing that the Siren would be looking to capitalize. Still operating on pure instinct, he rose into a dance that would hopefully throw her off balance.

Capoeira. His knowledge of it only extends as far as what he's been able to mimic from videos, movies, and Tekken, but it fulfilled its purpose as furtive style that kept opponents guessing with the constant movement. It helped get him through the tryouts, and hopefully, it would get him somewhere here.

The ginga. He would go with that and look for his moment. Maybe go low: Dip down like he was about to do a b-boy's whirlwind when in reality he was getting his legs in position to hook around one of hers, turning about on his back like a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner looking to get his opponent down prone for an ankle lock. Instead, he would maneuver into position to apply a half-Crab.

It felt like a long shot, but if he managed to get it, he'd be careful not to sit too high up on her back or put too much torque into it. He wanted it to hurt, but he wasn't looking to end her career.

Serena’s approach for that first moments of the match was clear: make Severin feel comfortable about his prospects and let him get confident and then use that against him to break his morale and overpower him. The first part worked pretty well as Serena took a couple steps back in the test of strength to make her rival think he was on the lead, and then the blonde went on her back while monkey flipping her rival in a move that got the crowd’s attention.

What came after that was pretty impressive though. Instead of just taking the monkey flip, Severin would go for a pretty acrobatic flip that would make him land back on his feet. He didn’t stick the landing though so he ended up landing on his butt, but the feat of acrobatics was still impressive and Serena learnt there a couple things about Severin there: he was more than what his hesitation showed.

Without leaving Serena time to break the distance and capitalize on this small mistake, Severin got back on his feet. After that the man’s approach was an unorthodox one: instead of telegraphing any kind of strike he would go for some capoeira dancing moves. Not used to that kind of strategy coming from her rivals, Serena found it difficult to read the threat on Severin’s moves and before she could react the man snapped a leg that hooked around one of Serena’s and made her lose her footing. Going on her stomach, Serena was pretty defenseless and Severin used that to lock a half crab on her!

“Uuuungh!!” Serena protested as the lock sent jolts of pain through her leg and lower back. She didn’t think she would be capable of breaking that hold by sheer strength, so the only option the blonde saw possible were withstanding the pain and forcing a rope break. That was exactly what Serena intended to do, supporting herself on her elbows she would start to try and force a crawl toward the ropes, biting her own lips to bear the pain that Severin was causing on her while her hand would desperatedly reach for the ropes. If she couldn’t end that hold quickly it would definitely prove a high price to pay for her prospects in the match.

Severin didn't let up on the half-Crab, but he didn't try very hard to keep Serena from the ropes, either. During her struggle, he'd periodically look over his shoulder to watch her progress, and when she finally reached her objective, he broke the hold before the referee could even start counting. And then he gave his opponent a little breathing room, hoping that his inexperience with submissions didn't lead to any lasting damage, which he stood back to assess.

Serena was surprised by how little resistance she was meeting from Severin’s move. Yes, the man had been skillful enough to execute some cool looking acrobatics and getting the blonde on a painful submission move, but it looked like he either didn’t want to subject her for the full thing or that he wasn’t capable of maintaining it. No matter what, Serena took a lighter toll than expected in form of pain and damage to her leg before she reached the ropes. The instant her hand wrapped against the lower of the ropes Severin showed good sportsmanship by immediately letting the Siren go, and even letting some space so she could get back on her feet and restart the match.

Stumbling a little, still feeling the effects of the half crab on her legs, Serena faced Severin who still waited for a sign of confirmation from her part. “What’s with the dance thing? You are full of surprises…”, said the blonde with a playful tone, but actually impressed by her rival’s unorthodox approach. “Now come here. No bullshit this time, I promise.” With this, Serena invited Severin to another lockup, this time in the form of a collar elbow lock with which Serena would try to push the man against one of the ring corners.
