Karen Gale vs Svetlana Zynski

Karen was breathing hard now as she locked Svetlana in the torture rack, pouring all of her strength into pushing down on her chin and knee as she bent the other girl against her shoulders. The fact that her abdomen had already taken a lot of punishment, though, meant that Karen was having to endure a lot of pain just to keep this hold locked. If Svetlana didn't give up soon, Karen would have no choice but to break the hold.

"TAAAAAP!" Karen screamed. At this point in the match, sweat was breading Karen's arms and shoulders, and both she and her opponent were shining with perspiration. The crowd around them was roaring, knowing that, one way or another, this could be the end of the match...

Svetlana couldn't escape and she suddenly felt a pulling in her upper back that made her howl so loudly it echoed throughout the arena! She began tapping as she screamed, her body going limp as she couldn't escape. The submission wrestler couldn't get Karen to tap but Karen smashed her in the head then made Svetlana tap out instead....

Karen felt Svetlana tapping furiously at her arm. At that moment, the bell rang, finally signalling her victory; exhausted Karen released Svetlana, allowing the Polish girl to topple to the mat. A second later, she too dropped to her knees before slumping facedown onto the mat, her sore back throbbing as she breathed hard, utterly exhausted after this painful match.

Little by little, though, Karen would begin to push herself up to her hands and knees, as the ref girl raised her hand in victory. Gingerly, Karen would crawl over to the downed Svetlana and extend a hand to her. "Hey...you alright down there?"

Svetlana was down and her back throbbing when Karen came over. "H-how did you not submit yet here I was tapping out to one move...." Svetlana said before being helped up. "I am fine mostly." She added feeling embarrassed that she worked so hard on technique but had been outclassed at he own game by the new wrestler Karen. Svetlana was new to wrestling too but she had showed up in LAW winning her first two matches before this happened handing Svetlana her first loss in LAW.

Karen, honestly, could feel the embarrassment of Svetlana even as she helped the other girl to her feet. "H-hey, you really had me close to tapping," she said, pulling on Svetlana's arm and then wincing as pain shot through her back and abs. "I guess I'm just...errgh...more stubborn...or maybe just lucky."

As the Maori girl pulled Svetlana to her feet, Karen would clasp her arm in a firm handshake. "Seriously, though...really good match," she said, sportingly raising the other girl's arm before the crowd. "If you ever want to try to even the score, I won't say no."

"Yes.... I... heh, thank you." Svetlana said giving Karen a small smile and nod. "Perhaps that will happen someday when it is earned." Svetlana said before bowing out, backing away to hobble to the ropes making her way through so Karen could have the spotlight in the ring to enjoy her victory. Svetlana hoped to face her again, and she wanted to get back into the ring soon to have another shot at anyone in order to be victorious again between the ropes but that would have to wait. This was Karens night.
