Belinda Northman Vs. Homura Kōgetsu - Apex Qualifier Match

[Devastated]

Belinda hissed out as she arched her back and tried to sooth the pain in her back. That double underhook suplex was no joke and so far it looked as if Homura was no slouch either. She clicked her tongue in frustration as she knew that she needed a moment to recover, her only hope at the moment of that was if Homura decided to flaunt or taunt her.

Though Belinda wasn't that lucky, the blue haired babe went for aggression instead. Kicked in her belly, the blonde coughed out! Rolling over onto her front to protect it from further abuse, Belinda next felt the knee of Homura press down against her head and force it down against the canvas. Wincing out in frustration as she would bang her fist against the canvas. Her leg was then grabbed and pulled up into a high angle, single-leg boston crab. Sending a fresh new wave of pain through her back and her hip, the blonde gasped out and began to claw at the canvas.

The cold and cruel words of Homura forced Belinda to shut her eyes tight. She grit her teeth and tried to bear with the pain, reaching up with her hands to grab at Homura's knee and at her thigh, trying to force and shove that knee off of her head to ease the boston crab's pressure. Hopefully enough to make Homura release her.

The crowd were stunned, seeing how this rookie wrestler who seemed to have Hijacked this match, came out all guns blazing and was absolutely dominating one of the fan favourite wrestlers. Belinda was no slouch, she was one of the top talents here in LAW and the bluenette was giving her a lesson in the wrestling prince. Homura confidently had the blonde trapped, grinding her knee against the back of Belinda's head while pulling that leg back as much as she could. Looking back over her shoulders to try and meet her gaze with Belinda, she would let out a disappointed sigh.

"Is this really all you can do?" she mocked, clearly not troubled by Belinda's struggling as she kept pressing her knee down harder and kept yanking and pulling that leg harder. Homura had not even broken a sweat, she was ice-cold and cocky in her demeaner but had the wrestling ability to back it up it seemed. "I highly advise that you give up before I seriously manage to hurt or injure you, Belinda" the Japanese woman taunted her opponent.

Belinda's efforts to push Homura's leg off of her head weren't exactly filled with strength. She was still a bit dazed from the set of moves she had taken at the hands of the blue haired newcomer. The invader who had come in her and challenged her to a match, was proving to be far more formidable than anything had thought. Belinda winced out loudly in pain as Homura continued to mock her.

"N-no!" Belinda cried out through the pain. The referee checking on her and asking if she wanted to submit, but Belinda continued to refuse. She would tighten her grip at Homura's thigh and knee. Trying to roughly shove that leg off her head with a desperate amount of force. Only to then try and lunge forward once free, trying to latch her hand onto the bottom ropes and go for a rope break.

Having Belinda trapped under her felt quite satisfying for the stoic female wrestler who enjoyed the painful screams of her opponent who was struggling to escape the single legged crab. Homura would also have her knee pressed against the back of Belinda's head to reinforce the point that she was in control of this wrestling match. Shaking her head to letting everyone know, including Belinda, that the blonde's effort were in vain as the bluenette still had her painful submission locked on without any issues.

However, the blonde was tenacious and determined to break free and with a sudden rush of power and desperation, she would bring her hand up to push that knee off the back of her head before using that same desperation to crawl on her front to get towards the ring ropes and grab them for a rope break. Homura would look back over her shoulder, expressionless, watching Belinda holding onto the ropes.

"Hmph, desperation suits you. You knew there was no other way to escape" she would say, releasing the blonde to honor the rules of the wrestling match before backing up to the middle of the ring. She had hardly broken a sweat and would brush her hair back before placing her hand on her hip. "Is that all you got? Come on, get up" she commanded.

Belinda managed to crawl her way over towards the bottom ropes and reached out, grabbing a hold of it and as she did the referee would step in and call for a rope break. To the credit of Homura, she released the blonde without much fuzz. Though her mocking tone didn't escape Belinda's notice, as well as the words she used. The blonde would click her tongue and take a moment to gather her breath, she had been caught off guard by Homura...that was for damn sure.

Using the ropes to help pull herself up to her feet, the blonde would turn around and face Homura. Leaning her back against the ropes as she would glare at the dark-blue haired woman. Her words would make Belinda narrow her eyes and throw a glare her way. "Fine...let's do this." Belinda let out under her breath as she would press her back hard against the ropes, then use them to launch herself forward! Springing off of the ropes to rush at Homura, Belinda would try and run in and jump up a bit, trying to nail Homura right in her generous rack with a jumping knee strike!

Giving regards to the rules of the wrestling match, Homura would release the blonde and back up towards the middle of the ring. Her expression was stoic and she hardly showed any signs of being tired or even breaking a sweat while she had put the blonde through the wringer and Belinda was struggling to catch her breath in that moment of temporary rest. Homura gave the faintest of smiles at the sign of Belinda's frustration while she beckoned her to come at her with everything that Belinda could muster.

Eventually, Belinda would get back up to her feet and face the bluenette, pushing against the ropes before using them to slingshot off them and rush at Homura. The bluenette knew she was upto something and would take up a defensive guarding position, allowing Belinda to come into striking distance. She would raise her arms up to form a cross block in front of her chest, using it to block that knee strike. "Nrgh!" she grunted, still hurting a bit while she was forced to take a few step backs.

"That all you got?" she mocked, looking to repay her opponent by trying to deliver a roundhouse kick!

Belinda rushed in and delivered that jumping knee strike! Even if the bluenette was able to block most the impact, that still had to sting. Those arms of hers would probably need a second or two to recover properly from the blow. Belinda landed on her feet, eyes fixed on Homura as she watched her back up a couple of steps...then as she saw Homura move right back in towards her and throw her leg up...the blonde quickly looked to duck under the roundhouse kick!

Letting it sail above her head, Belinda tried to move up and in behind Homura! She'd wrap her arms around Homura's waist and then suddenly try and lift her up! Looking to throw her backwards and drive her down shoulders first into the canvas with a quick release German Suplex!

Despite this being their first meeting, there was no love lost between the two women. Having done away with Belinda's original opponent in a backstage attack to take her place, the bluenette simply had to make this opportunity count and defeat the blonde. This was her grand debut for a LAW Apex qualified match and she would put every woman on the roster on notice by defeating an opponent such as Belinda! Homura grunted in pain a bit, scooting backwards when Belinda's knee struck her arms. Despite the block, the knee strike still did hurt her arms and she took a second to recover before trying her roundhouse kick.

Her eyes widened in shock as the blonde ducked under her legs to avoid being smacked in the side of the head. Belinda used that opening to quickly get behind Homura, wrapping her arms around her waist and hoisting her up in the air before arching back and slamming the Japanese woman down on her back with the impact effecting the back of her head and neck the most.

The bluenette moaned in pain, curling up while clutching the back of her head and neck in pain.

Belinda managed to duck in underneath Homura's leg and with it slide in behind her foe! Wrapping her arms around that waist as she would then pop her hips and throw Homura up and over! Tossing her through the air and letting her crash right into the canvas! Belinda rolled over onto her front and quickly pushed herself up to her hands and knees, watching Homura for a moment.

Huffing out, Belinda would push up to her feet and go right after the bluenette. Reaching down for Homura's arm, the blonde would try and pull her up off the canvas and get behind her. Pulling that arm of Homura's up over her own shoulders, as she wrapped her arms around Homura's waist. The blonde would then try and lift Homura up and throw her down once again, this time going for a backdrop suplex! As she sought to nail Homura back down into the canvas!

The momentum was now shifting towards Belinda, who countered Homura's advances and slammed her down the mats with a quick German Suplex. The bluenette was left moaning in pain, clutching the back of her head while she rolled over onto her side. The Japanese woman attempted to roll towards the woman but the American would push up to her feet and go right after her. Grabbing Homura's arm, Belinda managed to pull her up to her feet while taking a position behind her.

Clicking her teeth in frustration, Homura was unable to react when Belinda managed to wrap her arms around the bluenette's waist and lift her up for a backdrop suplex. "Ahhh!" a soft, girlish moan escaped her lips as she rolled over and curled up, clutching the small of her back while her legs kicked the mats in anger. She would grit her teeth and slowly try to push up to her knees, trying to get up in a defensive position now that the blonde was picking up the momentum.

"Don't get too cocky because you got a few moves in" she cursed under her breath.
