Mira was quickly trying to find her feet when the girl came up and tried to get the better of her. Grabbing at her arms and attempting to pull her in for something Mira was quick to react even with her back still stinging as she pulled one of her arms back in an attempt to try and break out before matters could get worse.
Still couldnt stop her from hokking her neck with the hold stopping her from breaking out completely Miranda gagged as she turned and tried to fight the hold as much as she could from her not so great position. Her hands still fighting to get out of her grasp so she could try and fight out of the submission.

Re: High-speed clash! Miranda vs Asuka.
Having successfully caught her opponent with the hold, Asuka moved to secure it and make it as hard as possible for Mira to get out. Her slim legs tightened around the Hawaiian's throat to totally cut off her breathing, while her hands shuffled up and tried to get a better hold of both of her opponent's wrists. At the same time, the referee knelt down beside the two lightweights and watched both to make sure Asuka didn't do anything illegal, and to make sure he wouldn't miss any attempt Miranda made at submitting.
Asuka leaned forwards to look down at her opponent, and smiled. "There, there~ Just close your eyes and go to sleep, miss." she taunted, with a wink and smug smile.

Re: High-speed clash! Miranda vs Asuka.
Mira refused, she wasnt out to bend over at Asuka's will or call and made that clear by vigorously shaking her as the ref asked if she if she gave up. Instead she kept trying to fight out of the hold, kicking and turning anyway she thought would help while fighting to get her other hand free while the one hand that was free tried to get Asuka's legs off of her.
Though the lack of air was a hindrance and as she fought she knew she was on a timetable at this point. Struggling to fight for her freedom didnt make it easier but staying quiet didnt suit her as she attempted to break out of the hold with all she had.

Re: High-speed clash! Miranda vs Asuka.
Holding that one trapped hand out wide made it pretty hard, perhaps impossible, for her fellow lightweight to free it. Asuka had a fair bit of leverage to keep her from moving it, and her sleeperhold was a little more pressing for Mira to deal with. She'd reach down with her other hand and go to grab a tight hold of Miranda's other wrist, aiming to perform exactly the same move in stretching it out and pinning it to the canvas.
If she were successful, Miranda would be doomed. With no way to pry Asuka's slim legs away, she'd be forced to submit, or simply be not-so-gently put to sleep by the sleeper.

Re: High-speed clash! Miranda vs Asuka.
Mira was stuck feeling the girls lock restricting her breathing and her arms slowly failing in strength as she shook her head at the ref asking her if she wanted to quit. Mira very much didnt but she lacked much in terms of options outside of it as she felt the air leaving her. Worse her hand was grabbed and restrained by the blondes efforts to keep her down.
Gagging in the submission hold Miranda's other hand reached out and tried to reach around and grab for anything to help her but found herself lacking anything before her hand started to drop. The lack of air getting to her, her eyes started to slowly close, fluttering as the ref went to heck if she was still conscious but would find that finally the dancer had given out and lost consciousness.

Re: High-speed clash! Miranda vs Asuka.
As the Hawaiian's resistance slowly devolved into gentle twitches and spasms, Asuka's legs tensed up and tightened all the way to guarantee little Mira had some pretty lengthy involuntary naptime, the young streamer giggling all the while; "Good girl~". As soon as the referee realised Mira was no longer concious, she quickly stepped in to break Asuka's sleeper, tightly rolling the Japanese fighter up and holding her still until a pair of medics were inside the ring and dealing with Mira.
Helping Asuka up to her feet (or, simply lifting her up by the shoulders), the tall referee took the short wrestler's hand and raised it into the air, getting a cheer from the audience. After a moment of blowing kisses and waving, Asuka left the ring, and went backstage to change. Before she left, she was sure to slip a little card with her number on it into Miranda's locker.
