First Day Workout (for Highfly)

[Pegasus]

Sarabeth would see Alania charging her and braced for impact as Alania could try anything on the smaller wrestler. The Amazon kicked at Sarabeth’s legs as the rookie yelped and moved back in position for Alania to drive her towards the corner. Sarabeth’s protests could barely be spoken as a hard knee whisked up into Sarabeth’s stomach making her spit out saliva. Alania kept up her hard knee strikes and even introduced uppercuts into the equation as Sarabeth soon became a ragdoll for Alania’s strikes eating just about all the damage the Amazon could muster.

Alaina saw that her strategy had worked and Sarabeth was taking some heavy hits in the corner. Alaina stopped and grabbed her, lifting her up to a seated position up on the top rope. Alaina stood on the second rope and grabbed Sarabeth, attempting to keep her footing as she lift Sarabeth! Alaina was trying to lift, spin and send both of them crashing down to the mat with a top rope powerslam! Alaina would waste no time in staying on top of Sarabeth after the landing keeping a leg hooked as she began a pin count.

"One!"

Sarabeth felt sick as Alania sunk into her with her strikes and fortunately The Amazon ceased her outlash clearly making her point which one of the two was more experienced. Sarabeth couldn’t even register herself being lifted up top and then Alania lifting her on the shoulder before barreling them down to the mat! Sarabeth screamed and sprang up just a smidgen as Alania impacted the mat hard with that top rope Powerslam. Alania kept herself on top and pinned down Sarabeth, who needed a minute to subdue the pain sensors in her mind and catch her breath.

Alaina slapped the mat a second time and nodded. She was hoping she was being strict enough to show Sarabeth how hard it would be wrestling in LAW without going overboard. However she had to curb that cocky attitude a little bit at the very least otherwise Sarabeth was going to be in for a rude awakening.

"Two...." Alaina said raising her hand up again.

Sarabeth felt the hand of Alania come down for the second count and just as Alania would count the three, Sarabeth pushed up her other leg in order to kick out. The rookie rolled away from Alania and gritted her teeth trying to subdue the lingering sores all over her body. She’s taken punishment like this before, but Alania never held back. She figured it was time she fought back as she threw a forearm shot to Alania’s head as the Amazon got up. If that worked, Sarabeth would launch her head towards Alania giving her three headbutts in succession yelling “CUCKOO! CUCKOO! CUCKOO!” after each one!

Sarabeth kicked out and Alaina was quick to rise to her feet but Sarabeth was also rising quickly. Alaina took a forearm shot and stumbled back a step before a headbutt smashed her face! Alaina howled and staggered as another headbutt hit her with Sarabeth yelling... something... Alaina stepped back and reached for Sarabeths head trying to grab her by the hair and swing her leg up hoping to turn the third headbutt into a hard knee smash right to Sarabeths face to shove her down to the mat while Alaina tried to recover.

Sarabeth would launch her noggin for the third and final Headbutt, but Alania grabbed her hair quickly and shoved her knee up into the rookie’s face. Sarabeth lowered back rolling on the canvas holding her nose and she rose back up fighting through the pain. She was hurting like hell, but Alania wouldn’t have let up on her so she needed to learn to get her ass in gear and fight through the pain as much as she could. Sarabeth took a running start launching another forearm for her mentor’s stomach. If that hit, she would hit repeated knee shots of her own to Alania’s gut hoping to slow her down!

Alaina saw Sarabeth running at her and knew that this pattern would repeat. Alaina raised her leg up and looked to use Sarabeths momentum against her trying to level her with a big boot using Sarabeths own charge against her! Alaina was looking to take Sarabeth down, finding herself shocked at Sarabeths ability to keep running in shaking off any hits Alaina did!

Sarabeth wouldn’t even be able to get her intended hits in as Alania was trying for a big boot, but the rookie was learning from her past mistakes. She ducked under the boot going to the ropes behind the Amazon. Sarabeth hopped on the middle rope and launched backwards towards Alania hoping to hit the Amazon with a Disaster Kick right to the the heavyweight’s glass jaw!

Well that didn't go to plan... the cocky young wrestler was showing up Alaina as she sailed through the air smashing Alaina's skull with the disaster kick! "ARGH!" Alaina howled as she stumbled back her head snapping to the side with her hair flying all over. Alaina hobbled on limp legs dropping to a knee before stumbling back up to a vertical base although she had just been rocked horribly!
