Rose when she realized that her opponent clearly wanted her to take the offensive in this situation, but well ..... at the end of the day she would have to, so coming out of the corner, Rose would move quickly against nep, ramming Nep trying to make her fall against the canvas, where Rose looked quite happy in that situation.

Neptune fell on her back, pulling Rose in for an attempted kiss while messing with her opponent’s bra, trying to get it off

He would say so Rose would force a kiss between them, with Rose willing to hold it as long as possible, and see how far Nep's lungs could give him the air that would be being taken away from him
