The prodigy and the queen. Nozomi meets Amy

Amy was really hyping up the course. It should’ve been evident since for the first time a training segment was straight forward. It was just arm wrestling which is common in mat style training. Nozomi felt Amy now fight back but she wasn’t just slamming her arm down it was like she was doing it slowly on purpose.

The Australian kept slowly adding more and more power over time... Nozomi does not know yet but she will soon find out how intense that course might be for a newcomer but... On Amy side, she must of done that same course at least a thousand times if not more, such truly builds up one's muscles over time.

Nozomi couldn’t hold it anymore and felt her arm get pinned down by Amy.

The Australian calmly smiled at her trainee remaining silent a few seconds. '' We're getting closer : 2 Filler phases, before the big course. Once were done with those... If you want, I give you time before attempting the course, it will be incredibly hard since is you're first time, gets easier the more you do it though. ''

She said as she stood up wondering what was next.

The Australian calmly smiles explaining '' The Stretch Contest, it helps with flexibility. Why don't you sit back down and I help set you up ? ''

Nozomi nods and she’s got a gymnastics background so she knows she’s flexible. She sits down and lets Amy show what she means by this.

Amy would proceed with the set up : Stretching Nozomi legs to form half of a diamond and closing the gap by doing the same her side. She would then force her trainee to lock up and cross fingers with her before explaining... '' S--So how it works... I will pull my way, you will then pull your way. ''

Nozomi felt her legs stretched out “so it’s a simple yoga pose.” She said as she nods to show she understands.

Amy would simply smile pulling and holding her there '' Nothing too big. '' She would reply waiting on her trainee now, the goal was to keep it short, simple, stretch it out and not over extend it more than intended.
