Blaise Cameron vs Makie Akamatsu

With a tremendous crash, Blaise went toppling down onto the mat, as Makie's legs introduced his head to it. Rolling free from the wreckage that was now her opponent, Makie heard the audience cheering in approval at her demonstration of skill. The sound caused her heart to beat with excitement. She was doing it! Not only was she holding her own against this larger guy in the first minute of their match, but she was also getting the approval of the crowd!

She wasn't about to let the cheers of the audience get to her head, though. Seeing Blaise now lying flat on his back, dazed by the impact, Makie immediately went for a follow up. Running towards the ropes, she would leap and rebound off the middle rope, trying to spring back at Blaise, spinning in midair to hopefully come slamming down hard across his chest!

And if all of that went according to plan, then, still lying across him, she would try to hook one of his legs for a pinfall...

The hurricanrana doing well enough to jostle his focus, Blaise seems to be lying still for Makie. She hits the ropes with a leap without any change in his position, and she swings back towards him in a fancy, acrobatic twist only for her body to come crashing down over the supine form of her bare-chested opponent. Blaise heaves inwards at the impact before coming to lie flat beneath her again, breathless, a soft groan escaping him.

His mind is atilt - he definitely has to get his head back in the game. The good news is, they're only just beginning. And though she's run circles around him, he's confident that he can work through the pain enough to mount a resistance. And a long pinfall means some downtime for them.

In the back of his mind, he's aware of Makie's weight distributed over him - her curves pressing down against him. The more huddled against his chest she is, the more he realizes she's been targeting the heck out of those pectorals. But he lies complacently beneath her for now, body pressing up against hers rhythmically with each breath. "Gngh.. had a feeling.. you'd be a good opponent..," he murmurs as the referee drops beside the pair.

Makie crashed hard against Blaise, her impact driving the air from his lungs as his body jolted underneath hers. Catching her breath, Makie scrambled against him, her chest pressing down against his heaving pecs as she tried to grab a hold of his leg, wrapping him up for a pinfall. Even as she did so, Blaise still somehow found the energy to make a quip back up at her, despite the pain that he was clearly in.

"Heh...I'm just getting started," she breathed with a grin, appreciating that Blaise was able and willing to compliment her despite the fact that she was also kicking his ass. All the while, next to them, the ref girl began her countdown.

"ONE! TWO--"

Distantly, Blaise can appreciate extended pinfall stipulations. It's a pain to win one, sure. But being on the early receiving end of a pin? It's much, much less pressure. But of course, he realizes that's entirely by design. It's meant to force both competitors to work each other to the breaking point, of being unable to answer a full, halting ten second long pin. What better way to assert dominance?

Nevermind that the more basic side of Blaise can take the moment to appreciate the feel of Makie pressing in against him, his leg drawn into the air and her chest mashed to his.

The first two counts sound off, and suddenly Blaise bucks his leg free and twists, reaching his arm into the air as he twists his body towards her to break the pin.

"No fall! Two-count!," calls the referee-girl.

"So am I," Blaise replies, placing the hand against her thigh to try to steady himself on the opposite shoulder. Now it's just a matter of finding that crack in the tomboy's defenses to bust wide open and take advantage!

Truth to be told, Makie didn't expect to achieve a pinfall this early in the match: if anything, she would have been surprised if Blaise hadn't managed to kick out at all. And, just as she expected, he did just that, sharply twisting underneath Makie in such a way that he was able to get a shoulder up off the mat. Makie exhaled a deep breath. Not surprising, but at least an early pinfall like this would keep Blaise on the defensive.

And speaking of keeping him on the defensive...

As Blaise pushed against her thigh, Makie swiftly rolled off of him and onto her knees, grabbing him by the hair. "Good," she said with a grin, "that means I'll be able to have fun for quite a bit longer." Without waiting for a reply, she would try to slide her leg around Blaise's throat and lock it against the inside of her other knee, before leaning back, trying to trap Blaise in a figure four head scissor!

Blaise wasn't quite expecting her to do that. Grab his hair? Yep. Pick him up? Definitely. But she didn't do that last part. Instead, she seems to intend to keep things on the mat. And though she's immediately starting to apply pressure, this is something Blaise can work with.

Teeth grit, blue eyes locked with her, his hands reach not to untangle her limbs from him, but to brace her ankle. Putting his balance on his knees, he pushes off to attempt rolling the pair over on the mat, and kicking his legs up to bridge back over her in a feat of flexibility and finesse! The end result, if executed, is almost the same as reversing a figure four, but with the benefit of turning it into a bridging, entangled boston crab.

Not one he expects she'd have too hard a time struggling out of, but ideally enough to throw her off her game!

Makie was grinning now as she managed to circle her legs around Blaise's head, adding to the guy's woes with a nice triangle choke. Tucking her boot heel under her other knee, she leaned back, allowing her legs to do their work as they circled around Blaise's head and slowly crushed the air out of him. She knew that this match was 10 count only, and knocking Blaise out wouldn't achieve anything, but at the very least, this head scissor would hopefully weaken the big guy substantially.

Blaise, as Makie expected, struggled to prise her legs loose. What she wasn't expecting, though, was for him to suddenly roll, forcing the two of them sideways. Realizing what was going on, Makie tried to press her arms against the mat to prevent the roll...but it wasn't enough. Slowly but surely, Makie found herself rolled onto her front, her legs still entwined around Blaise's head.

Only they weren't entwined for very long, as Blaise suddenly kicked out and bridged over her. The end result was that Makie's legs suddenly ended up with her legs stretched over and backwards in a boston crab!

"AAAAH!" she cried, both in surprise and pain as her body was bent by the hold. Her face was pressed down against the mat as her legs and lower body were stretched: eyes shut and teeth clenched, she tried to kick her legs free, and if that failed, she would begin the long and painful process of trying to crawl towards the ropes...

It's a confounding predicament, an improvised submission maneuver borne strictly on scholarly body mechanics. If it's one subtle advantage Blaise has always had, it's an academic familiarity with grapples and suplexes. This? It isn't entirely stable, but it's dramatic, and punishing, as long as he can maintain it.

Holding her by the ankles, the curvature of her body sustained in that tight backwards angle acting as the fulcrum to keep the male's balance in his hovering, faceup position over her, he pulls on the boots to wrench a little more. As she tries to pull with her legs, his taut body flexes over her, pulling on the ankles and shifting onto the toes of his boots. "Hhaah!" Each few seconds, he ratchets in her legs again, trying to work her spine...

But she's able to creep forward, and he tries to hobble along with her to make up for it. But an inverted, bridging Boston crab is just not stable. The grip is lost on her ankle, and his back falls atop hers. In a scramble, he twists around atop her, arms digging through the mat to hook her stomach and pull her up to her knees in front of him. His toned pectorals press in behind her shoulders, his hips tight against her rear. His arms clamp in against her midsection, squeezing, attempting to crush her back against himself in a gut wrench bearhug.

"Gotcha!"

The pain was getting intense: with Blaise's weight pressing down squarely on her back, Makie was having a lot of difficulty trying to throw him off of her. If anything, her efforts simply caused him to ratchet the boston crab even further, wrenching her legs back so that her abdomen and now midsection were lifted up off the mat. With her head now practically being pressed facedown against the mat, Makie could no longer restrain herself, and let out a sharp cry of pain. Even as the ref girl dropped down next to her, though, her short haired head shook furiously, refusing the question even before it was asked.

Instead, she pulled forward with her arms, inch by inch, and as she did so she felt Blaise's grip coming loose. Before she could even get to the ropes, however, she felt herself being hauled up to a seated position, Blaise's arms suddenly squeezing tightly around her midsection.

"AUGH!" she cried, grabbing at Blaise's wrists as, despite herself, she reflexively arched back, her back pressing up against Blaise's abs and her cheek brushing against his. Not to mention, of course, the feeling of his crotch rubbing ever so slightly against her butt. Gritting her teeth, she swung back with her free arms, trying to drive an elbow into Blaise's face and hopefully force him to let go!

Blaise settles into the hold, his body melding against Makie's as she arches against him. His knees shift, framing around her hips for better stability. It also brings his larger body to encompass hers, the arms digging in tighter against her stomach, testing the firmness and muscle tone of the girl's abdominals.

The position isn't lost on him, nor is the proximity. The warmth of her figure against his, the brush of her cheek to his, it's a surprisingly intimate hold with the tomboy. But alas, one that's short-lived as she thrashes in his grasp.

"Nngh, hold still!," he demands, punctuating the sentiment with a sharper squeeze on her midsection, trying to cave her belly under his arms. But she manages to catch him with a couple errant swings of the elbow, tagging him on the temple. "Agh!" The grip loosens, fingers and palms sliding against her skin.
