A new Horizon - Harmonia Edelstein vs Alizeh Midori

The Match of Harmonia Edelstein vs Aella Midori, that bad been nothing but a gruel experience had taken place a few months ago. Harmonias knee had healed and she was back at the track. It were exciting times. Not only would the Openweight Champ be crowned soon but also the much more prestigious middleweight title that had gotten vacant.

And to be the top woman in the middleweight class was something that so many of old and new talents looked out for. Harmonia had her sights on the Tag Team Title, together with Molly but of course she also wanted the gold of golds, to show that her constant training and getting stronger and stronger had finally paid off.

And with the price being free, the fighters werent far away and one woman that wanted to make an impact especially was no one else then Aellas daughter Alizeh Midori. Like Harmonia a rising middleweight star.
She had befriended both Midoris over time, no bad blood between her and Aella anymore, in fact they even considered facing off in the future again. But now there was a match in sight that was much more important for both fighters participating.

Harmonia waited at the Gorilla Position and took a deep breath. Today she finally would fight Alizeh Midori in a match. And everyone had been lookinh forward it seemed as the arena was packed under the roof. And why not, Alizeh and Harmonia were fan favourites and to have these two young middleweighthopes go up against each other was more then exciting.

Harmonias theme started to play as the Titantron showed her Logo forming out of red parts fusing together as stars exploded on the Titantron when the music took speed and Harmonia appeared accompanied by red white red flares to each side, pushing one arm in the air.

She went down to the ring to screams of cheers, seeing red glasses, white hats and shirts with her and Mollys logo everywhere. They had made it. They were loved, as Superstar or the Superstars, Molly and Harmonia had risen to the top, wrestling the best of the best.

When the smiling Superstar reached the ring, she took of her glasses and gave it to a fan. "Have fun with it.", Harmonia grinned and then got up to the apron, jumping the ropes and landing exactly to the refrain of her song, the corners shooting red and white flares in the air as she got into position and smiled.
"BURNING LIIIIKE FIIIIIIIIREEEEE!",, she screamed when the music faded, getting a huge pop from the crowd before Alizehs theme hit the arena...

Harmonia Edelstein was an interesting person within LAW as far as Alizeh was concerned. Someone who started off with a rocky history within the company but quickly found herself under mentorship and rose up as a new rising star within the company and the middleweight division. Definitely a contender for most improved within the company as far as Alizeh was concerned.

More close to home however Harmonia had gone up against Alizeh's mom Aella and had even beaten her full on in a Last Woman Standing match. Impressive to say the least and in a visit to her mom in the infirmary after the match the two rising stars had run into each other and Harmonia made the request for this match, something Alizeh was more than happy to accept. After all, Apex was on the horizon, two major championships were on the line, especially for middleweights such as Harmonia and Alizeh.

So naturally now was the time for them to face off and test each other's skills. Before Apex was over, before titles would complicate potential match ups, this was time for a match like this to happen and Alizeh had no concern about it. All she had to do was wait for Harmonia to be one hundred percent which she now was. So it was finally time for this to happen.

Wearing a different outfit than normal to go along with this match Alizeh would do a final check, making sure the green and gold, aztec inspired look was nice and fitted which it was. Smiling confidently she would look up to see Harmonia finishing up her entrance on one of the tv screens. Smirking as she saw this Alizeh knew that now was the time to get this show on the road. Stepping up to the guerilla position Alizeh would let her music start up, the electric crackle and hard guitar riffs setting off around the arena before heading out, getting a massive cheer from the crowd as she did so.

Standing before the crowd Alizeh would smile with her arm up in the air, the green and blue storm effects of her entrance enveloping the arena. Breaking into a run down the ramp Alizeh would high five the fans on her way down to the ring, leaping up and passing smoothly between the middle and bottom rope Alizeh would pop up to her feet posing proudly for all to see.

Now that the two were standing face to face in the ring, with both entrances in mind, it was clear how different the two were, Harmonia burning like fire while Alizeh overcame and torrented like a storm. Yet at the same time both women sent the crowd screaming with cheers and anticipation and energy. Something that would no doubt be picked up on by anyone watching, and already the tension and energy was thick enough that you could cut it with a knife. Walking to the center of the ring Alizeh would have her eyes focused on Harmonia, already preparing herself for the match ahead while waiting to see if the blonde would meet her in the center of the ring.

Harmonia, of course, appreciated a rocking and big entrance and Alizeh did not dissapoint. The emerald Thunderstorm came out to a big show and a popping crowd which made Harmonia smile. There was no way denying it. Alizeh and Harmonia were played at the top of the middleweight division by now, having the charisma, the power and the fans to prove it.

The Superstars grin widened and widened as Alizeh stormed right to the ring, eager to get things going. Today would be their first encounter but Harmonia knew that this would hardly be their last. They had talked to each other and have seen each others matches. They both wanted the same. And with that, Alizeh became her rival, not in a bad way, oh no, that kind of rival you love to fight and see grow while you do everything to win. And Harmonia knew that Alizeh felt the same way.

When the greenettes theme slowly ended, Harmonia approached her with a grin and applause before they met in the middle of the ring. "Finally I got to see that live. Fucking awesome.",she said before her face softened and she put a hand on Alizes shoulder while the other one reached for a handshake.

"It's so good to see you, that means I have finally did it.", she said and shook Alizehs hand if she accepted. "You know that they all expect this to be something big, and I don't intend to dissapoint them...", the Blonde added with a wink as the ref described the rules. "Good luck, Alizeh.", Harmonia said and went back into her corner.

Alizeh made her entrance as usual but there was definitely underscores of something more. Could it be the newer outfit? The energy she was coming down here with? Or just the dynamic of the match she was coming out here for? It was a pretty bit match as far as anyone watching or participating was concerned. Two rising stars within the heavily watched middleweight division clashing before the paradigm of the company shifted from Apex. It was like a final bad habit binge before New Years came and everyone was interested in seeing the results of what could come from such a clash between titans.

Entering the ring and standing before her opponent Alizeh would definitely admit that a year ago she didn't think this match would carry the kind of weight it would now. Not just from where Harmonia stood back then, but Alizeh as well. Because despite a solid record and great personality, she hadn't exactly made her splash yet. Now though? Now both Harmonia and Alizeh had made their marks on the LAW audience and climbed their way up the rankings to the point that this match felt like something that could headline a ppv.

Raising her hand up to shake the blonde's Alizeh would nod to the woman with a smile at what she said. "Trust me, I make all my matches big." Alizeh said with a wink to the blonde before releasing her hand and taking a few steps backwards, making her way back to her corner along with Harmonia as the ref finished their announcements until finally... Ding Ding. The bell rang, starting the bout officially and prompting Alizeh to surge forward towards her opponent, hands at the ready to meet the blonde in the middle of the ring once again, this time with a collar elbow tie up!

The Superstar smiled at Alizeh when she accepted Harmonias hand with a firm squeeze. Already, Harmonia considered Alizeh a friend and even morey a friendly rival. Someone whom you liked and respected but who also tried to get the best out of you. And after many hateful duels with others here at LAW, the Austrian was glad to have met a real fighter and friend again.

"Well, then let this here be remembered!", Harmonia said walking back into her corner. There was no denying, even if this here was just a "normal match" at a house show, there was something in the air. This match would be about more then just a little test of aspiring middleweights and the excitment of the fans was feelable. Whereever you looked the colours of the women were spread around the arena and their fans chanted their names. No question, Harmonia and Alizeh were about to rise to the top!

And with the ring of the bell, the Emerald Storm was'nt about to hold back, storming in to clash with Harmonia who managed to stand her ground, not moving an inch as both women locked up. They looked into each others eyes, forehead to forehead as they struggled, circle aroundy trying to get the upper hand. Harmonia had learned many things from her girlfriend and other friends that she had integrated into her own style and as the grappled with each other, Harmonia took a sudden step back, pulling Alizeh with her and monkeyflip her with a quick jump over her head and onto the canvas. If everything worked then the Superstar would lose no time, rolling backwards and getting the greenette into a surfboard stretch!

As the match officially began Alizeh would keep her eyes on Harmonia the entire time whilst approaching the woman, knowing from the matches she had seen of hers that the blonde was prone to bursts of power and speed. Something Alizeh knew preemptively that she would have to watch out for in this match against the Austrian woman.

By the time the two locked up the arena was practically electric with fans rooting for and cheering on both women, everyone eager to see how this clash of rising stars would go. So far as Alizeh pushed and struggled against Harmonia it became evident that in terms of raw power they were near evenly matched. Something that Alizeh had already figured would be a possibility since, based on what she had seen the blonde's strength as massive despite her smaller frame.

Still it would be Harmonia that would break the lock up, stepping back in order to pull Alizeh with her for a monkey flip! "Ngh!" Alizeh grunted as she landed on the mat with a bounce before feeling Harmonia roll with her to lock in a surfboard stretch! "Guh!" Alizeh grunted to herself, but she wasn't about to surrender the advantage so easily.

Despite the painful submission, there was a way out. Working her legs under herself and getting her knees under her Alizeh would turn her body to the side in order to let Harmonia's boot slide past her back before attempting to pull one of her hands free from Harmonia's grip. If successful Alizeh would reach up to her other hand before trying to pull Harmonia over her in a shoulder throw to get her down to the mat before throwing her own legs up over the blonde's body and leaning back to reverse their positions into a high angle armbar!

It surely was due to overdramatization of events and the adrenaline of cheering for the match but many of the fans could have sworn that when the two rising Middlweights slammed into each other, a little shockwave surged through the first rows. Of course, everyone was sure to only having illusioned it but still there was no denying as Fire and Storm hit each other that great powers started to work.

Harmonia and Alizeh locked up and to no ones surprise, least of all Harmonias, the strength of the two women was outweighed and for the first time in her career Harmonia felt that this was an opponent she couldnt just overcome by her strength and toughness. Alizeh would demand everything from her, but in return Harmonia would demand all from their greenette.

When they clashed and struggled, Harmonia knew that this here was more then an usual fight. It was the start of something both of them could not measure yet. But in the run to become the next holder of the vacant middleweight title, only the best and strongest would stand a chance. And this was her chance to prove it.

She flipped Alizeh overhead, going for a surfboard stretch to start things up. But as fast as she locked it in, as fast Alizeh escaped it, turning it into an armbar. "Gkh!", Harmonia grunted at the sudden overextension of her joints but again as fast as Alizeh had locked it in, Harmonia rolled her body sideways slipping out of the standard hold and then rolled back, getting to her feet, looking Alizeh straight in the eyes as she started circling her.

"Impressive Alizeh. I see that your mother did'nt promise too much. But like her, in the end, it will be me who will be victorious.",she said with a smirk. "Or want to prove me wrong, Emerald?", she quipped and shot forward, intending of clotheslining the greenette. If Alizeh went with it, she would duck and using her momentum to split the Emerald storm in half with a spear!

Alizeh and Harmonia clashed for the first time in the match and despite it only being an initial encounter it sent the fans wild with cheers and calls of excitement from it. The sheer popularity and energy between the two women making everyone watching look to this match as if it was a clash of titans. That was fine though, this was what Alizeh wanted after all, to send fans wild with a simple clash and exchange, to have that kind of hype and energy behind her to do so.

Soon however things would pick up quickly, first with Harmonia using a monkey flip to take advantage and lock Alizeh in a surfboard stretch right out of the gate... Only for Alizeh to counter and reverse the submission into one of her own with a high angle arm bar to torque and add pressure to the blonde's arm to hopefully weaken that arm power of the blonde's.

Similar to the surfboard stretch the blonde had on her however Harmonia was quick to find a way out of the situation as she rolled sideways and forcefully pulling her arm away from the green haired girl. Not one to try and force it for too long Alizeh would pull her legs up before throwing them out and kipping up to her feet in order to be face to face with Harmonia and keep the blonde from potentially jumping her.

Arms raised in preparation Alizeh would turn and face the Austrian woman as the two circled each other, looking for openings and a chance to attack, with Harmonia being the one to initiate as she charged forward after making a challenge of sorts! "Believe me I will!" Alizeh said with narrowed eyes while watching as the blonde's arm up for a clothesline Alizeh would charge forward herself! However rather than try and meet the woman head on Alizeh would turn at the last second, her legs coming up to try and ensnare Harmonia's own before turning and twisting to bring the blonde woman down with a sudden drop toe hold!

If the move connected successfully Alizeh would try and make the most of it as she would try to push herself up, trying to grab one of Harmonia's legs before sitting on the blonde's back and pulling on the caught limb for a single legged boston crab!

The house that was LAW turned on fire even before the match had started. Harmonia and Alizeh both were on the rise, both had a veteran of LAW standing behind them and they both were among the few middleweights that had made a name for themselves, standing out of the crowd.

It was a no brainer for the LAW bookers to finally have them meet, even if they bemoaned the fact that it was "just" a house show but they knew that whatever would happen today was just the beginning. One of them had to lose and the other one would not take it lying down. This was rivalry in the making and as the the greenhaired and blonde Beauty clashed, it was as if shockwaves went through the arena.

Everything they did was fast, on the point and excecuted perfectly. Every step, every hold, every escape, like a dance. It was almost beautiful to see the two young women attacking and fending off each other but it was clear that this could not go on forever.

And it seemed that Alizeh was the first one to nail her opponent down as she quickly mounted the downed Harmonia, sitting on her back and grabbing her leg for a one legged boston crab!

"Krch!"
Harmonia clenched her teeth and looked forward, the ropes were'nt too far away and she was still fresh, but then again she never had experienced a boston crab as precise and painful since her brutal training in the Shadow Fortress. Alizeh knew what she did and she knew how to do it to great effect.

Usually it would'nt have taken Harmonia that much effort to crawl forward but with Alizeh on her back it felt like a machine had her in its grasp and the Blonde had to fight forward, trying go for the ropes. With all her might she pushed forward, crawling to the saving steel cables and reached out when she had them in reach... But would Alizeh let her escape?

Thus far the match between Alizeh and Harmonia had been what everyone assumed it would be. Competitive. Both were rising stars in their ways that got to where they were walking their own paths from very different backgrounds. Despite that however the similarities beyond their place on the card was hard to miss. Both were hardworking and respectful, energetic and flirty, and above all else competitive and driven as anyone could get.

As such a clash like this was expected to be a matter of time. Even then however it was still blowing the minds of the fans in attendance as they watched the battle go by second after second despite effectively just starting. It spoke to the level of skill and technique both Harmonia and Alizeh commanded to have the undivided interest of the crowd for as long as they had despite not pulling out any big guns as of yet.

Soon this would change once Alizeh finally gained the upper edge in the encounter. Mounting Harmonia's back the green haired girl would pull back on Harmonia's leg and secure a firm single legged boston crab that had the blonde groaning out in pain from the tight hold Alizeh had on the Austrian's leg. Despite the pain of the hold however Alizeh wasn't able to keep the hold in forever since Harmonia would manage to drag herself closer and closer to the ropes, eventually getting the break!

Some in the crowd wondered what Alizeh would do. After all she had an extremely dominant position and if she wanted to play things a bit heelish she could certainly gain a even longer lead. So to the surprise of many Alizeh would simply comply with the ref the moment they called for the break. Letting go of Harmonia's leg and standing up Alizeh would turn and look down on Harmonia while backing up a few steps to let her get up. "Guess round one goes to me." Alizeh said with a smirk as she waited for Harmonia to be ready to go again before moving in.
