Dance with the Devil: Maria Tempesta (D) vs Raquel Masters

Just before the count could reach 3, Maria barely managed to kick up in time, breaking the pinfall. Groaning, she tried to roll over onto her hands and knees, but Raquel wasn't giving her time to breathe at all, instead rocking her world with two successive punches to the face! "UGH!" the luchadora grunted, dazed by the attack.

The next thing Maria knew, Raquel was lifting her off her feet. She gasped, loudly, as one of Raquel's knees ploughed into her midsection, almost causing her to fall over again...and then, Raquel slid her arms under Maria's and tilted back, slamming Maria head-first into the mat! The ring boomed to the sound of Maria crashing head-first into it, and for a moment the luchadora lay head first against the mat, groaning in a daze from the impact.

Raquel had Maria down and she was going to keep her right there and go for a nice crowd pleasing pin! The red head bounced up fighting through the pain pumping a fist in the air although the look on her face showed that the early beating, dirty tactics and punishment she endured so far had clearly taken a toll on the red-head.

Raquel ran to the nearby ropes and jumped up onto the middle rope, spring boarding off and moonsaulting through the air gracefully looking to come crashing down on top of Maria to go for a pin right after! Raquel would hook a leg and press down, hoping that this was it!

For a moment, Maria could only groan as she lay face down one leg kicking weakly at the mat. Around her, the crowd was roaring in excitement as Raquel began to climb the top rope. Not that Maria was aware of any of this, though, as she lay prone on the mat, utterly dazed by Raquel's brutal DDT.

Slowly but surely, though, Maria managed to roll over onto her back, her chest pumping as she breathed hard. Forcing one eye open, Maria looked up, blinking at the arena lights...and saw Raquel about to descend down upon her.

Without really thinking, Maria cursed in Spanish and tried to shoot her legs up, hoping to bring her knees up in time just Raquel came descending down upon her!

Raquel came crashing down... but it was her mid-section being crushed by Maria's knees! Raquel let out a loud groan, flopping down onto her back and kicking the mat in agony! Raquel wheezed and convulsed trying to recover after having the wind knocked out of her entirely by her miscue leaving her in an agonized way on the mat, crumpled up in pain.

Maria was breathing hard now as she slowly rolled back up to her knees. Raquel, she had to admit, had done a real number on her earlier, bringing her to the brink of defeat with that series of successive slams and strikes. Her head was still ringing from that DDT, and she gingerly brushed her white hair aside as she saw Raquel kicking weakly at the mat, groaning and convulsing from having leapt chest-first onto Maria's outstretched knees.

"Aw, did that hurt, you little PUTA?" Maria snarled, moving forwards and stomping Raquel once on her hurting chest. Grabbing her foe by the hair, Maria would try to whip her towards the ropes. As Raquel came bouncing back, Maria would rebound off of the adjacent ropes, coming in at Raquel from the side and leaping forward, leaping up legs-first and hoping to latch them around Raquel's head, aiming to hit her with a hurricanrana and toss her into the corner!

Raquel was still struggling to recover when she was again targeted by Maria. Raquel was reeling as Maria had her legs wrapped around Raquels head and the red-head knew no good would come of this! She found herself crashing hard into the corner compliments of the hurricanrana, smashing hard into the corner and slumping, grabbing the ropes and struggling to stay up only barely managing to do so.....

Raquel was pissed that she lost momentum again, and her inability to keep up the pressure was quickly looking like it would be her demise on this night.

Maria heard the crowd booing as she managed to fling Raquel hard against the corner. Taking a few deep breaths, she grinned wolfishly, knowing that she literally had her opponent on the ropes now. Of course, now that she was in charge again, there was no reason why she couldn't enjoy herself and maybe brutalize this stupid girl a little more.

With that in mind, Maria strode over to where Raquel lay against the corner and grabbed both of the top ropes, before pressing her boot against the other girl's throat. She would lean back, choking Raquel with her boot heel while, around her, the booing of the crowd became even louder. In an instant, the ref was beside her, counting down for a disqualification.

"ONE! TWO--"

"What? Ref, Raquel here was just helping me check to see if my boots were untied!" Maria protested, lifting her boot back. "Weren't ya, chica?" she would add, before trying to viciously stomp her boot down into Raquel's chest.

Raquel slumped down to the mat in a heap, groaning as another stomp came crashing down. She gagged and wheezed struggling to catch her breath after being choked out against the ropes. Raquel kicked the mat in pain, clearly looking to be in a very bad way as Maria again was in control of the matchup. "C-can't beat me dirty, and you sure can't beat me clean you bitch." Raquel said still out of it on the mat and reeling.

Taking a step back from Raquel, Maria confidently brushed her hair back as Raquel struggled to stand again. She was wheezing, weakly, barely able to stand. It wouldn't be long, Maria knew, before she could finish her off for good.

In fact, Maria, decided, if she was going to defeat Raquel here and now, why not make it memorable?

Sauntering over to Raquel, she grabbed the other girl by her hair and yanked on it to "help" her to her feet. Holding her foe against the corner, she would wrap her arms around Raquel's waist...and lean in for a kiss. Hoping to take the other girl completely surprise, she would try to lean in for a few seconds of passionate mouth-to-mouth contact, her tongue darting playfully with Raquel's as her body pressed tightly against her opponent's.

Of course, it was all meant to confuse Raquel and get her guard down...long enough for Maria, still holding her around the waist, to suddenly arch back, hoping to drive Raquel into the mat with a surprise body to body suplex!

Raquel felt Maria... kiss her? "Mph! What the hell bitch?!" Raquel hissed as she moved her hands up to Maria's face to shove her away with Raquel looking very pissed off! Raquel wanted to smash Maria but as she readied a strike she was grabbed around the waist from the front.

Things were really spiraling out of control for the reeling Raquel at the wrong time. She was hurting and Maria had been landing cheap shots all match to keep overall momentum in her favor. The lightweight felt herself grabbed and lift up smashing down to the mat hard as she let out a howl of pain, writhing on the canvas after as she gasped for breath struggling to recover as Maria was rolling!
