Blonde's beach battle! The Superstars vs. Jean and Barbara

Even Barbara raised her eyebrows from Moni's outburst, surprised that the team they were facing was falling apart this quickly. She knew Moni was overly proud and easy to rile up (that's why they were in this match in the first place, after all), but to see her snap at Molly like that seemed a bit much even to the devious idol. She started to feel a little bit bad that they were devolving in such a way. When she started antagonizing the Superstars, all she wanted to do was to get back at Harmonia for humiliating her, not so much at Molly. But still, of the two fighters were degenerating in such a way, it would only make her goal easier to reach.

After slamming Harmonia hard Jean released her, rolling over and getting back up. The bigger blonde saw how stunned Harmonia was after that hit, letting out a small sigh and shaking her head. "Well, I won't finish you off," she said, "Otherwise Laura would never let me hear the end of it." She turned to her sister, who eagerly smiled at her, holding her hand out for a tag.

"Tag!" The referee called as Barbara came bounding back inside the ring, eager to finish things off with Harmonia. Even though her opponent was down, the idol did not take advantage of her current state, instead standing over her with her hands on her hips, mocking the bigger blonde.

"Get up," Barbara demanded, "Stand up and face me properly. I know Jean smacked you pretty hard, but you're not so weak that you'll just stay down with one hit." The idol leaned over a bit, blue eyes narrowing. "Get up and fight me Harmonia!"

With those few words, Harmonia had made Molly's heart sink. She could hardly believe she would ever hear such harsh words, delivered by her girlfriend of all people. It seemed as though their partnership had just begun, and now Harmonia was chewing her out publically, on what was supposed to be another glorious outing for the two of them to prove themselves as a team! Her eyes went wide and her jaw dropped, her face steadily growing pale as she stammered inarticulately. "W-w-whaaaat..?" she whispered to herself, still trying to figure out what she was witnessing. But it became all too clear what this meant. Harmonia was yelling at her - she was mad at her. Molly was already worried that Harmonia's temper was going to throw gasoline on the fire that was burning between them and the Miller sisters - but this made everything so much worse. Now, she was worried that it would tear them apart too.

Molly could hear the commotion coming from the crowd, and she spun back around to face the fans, waving her arms to try to get their attention. "It's okay..! I-It's okay, everyone, I swear, she's...not usually like this-!" But her voice was cracking with hesitation - and as she heard the fans crying, Molly couldn't hold herself back any more. She buried her face in her hands, bursting out into sobs. She wanted to believe that everything would be okay...but now she couldn't be sure. And if things went wrong...that was something she didn't even want to consider.

But when Molly looked back at the ring, she saw that Barbara had entered the match. And when she saw that, she bit her lip nervously. She knew the idol was trouble, and she was sure she would have plenty in store for Harmonia, who was already dizzied from Jean's suplex - and knowing how angry Barbara made her, she probably would be easy to distract. It seemed like everything was adding up to put the Austrian in a risky position. Molly bit at the inside of her cheek, nervous - she might be asking for a lot so soon after the last time she spoke up, but she couldn't just let Harmonia endanger herself like this! She leaned over the ropes, holding out her hand.

"C'mon, Moni! Tag me! I'm open!"

Harmonia could'nt believe it. The strength of this woman! She had slammed her and everything and it almost did'nt seem to have an effect. The Superstar laid on the ground, her head dizzy, her body hurting. Harmonia had take most of attacks in this match and started to feel the fight leaving her body.

Of course usually such an attack would made her fight on, it would only encourage her to try and beat Jean! But there was the word..."usually"...
This was no usual match, this was not Harmonias usual self and it was'nt the Superstars the people came to love and cheer on. Harmonia was ashamed. She had let Barbara get into her brain and for that she paid the price. She had snapped on Molly, said things to her that were'nt true or at least just exaggerted by the hurting pride of the Blonde. A pride she had put over the person that was the reason she got so good and beloved to begin with.

And then she heard it. A sound that she hated, a sound she did'nt want to hear. She heard Mollys sobs. She had gone so far to make Molly cry. Suddenly her eyes shot open and she looked up as a shadow stood over her. It was'nt Jean anymore it was Barbara. And as much as she wanted to reach out to Molly, care for her, embrace her...Barbaras face looking down at her with amusement clouded all her other thoughts!

Harmonia heard the words of the idol and scoffed. "Oh I am not done. I am not done at all, especially against such a weak, talentless hack like you!", Harmonia said and got to her feet. She looked into Barbaras eyes with a hateful glare as she heard Molly. "Molly, I said no!", she hissed and her stomach felt cold as ice, still, she wanted to end this the way Barbara had started it.

"Come here you little piece of shit!", the Blonde snarled and locked up with Barbara into a hateful embrace. There was nothing of the cool, strong and technical Superstar H to see, it was like a catfight of two drunken Bimbos as they got into each others hairs. But Harmonia had enough and sent Barbara into a corner with a shove before she drove her knee into her unprotected belly, over and over and over again like a wild animal! She was closer to her sister now as to the refined wrestler that had been trained by Dana Ashford herself.
"Fucking, arrogant, slut!", she screamed with each kick.

Though Harmonia was had been slammed hard by Jean, Barbara knew that the Superstar still had plenty left in her, and that all she needed was a little push and she'd go all out again. Perhaps provoking her wasn't the right tactic, but Barbara wanted to fight Harmonia as evenly as possible and defeat her to vindicate her previous loss. As such the idol didn't attack as Harmonia got back up, she didn't interfere as Harmonia argued with Molly, she didn't even strike when Harmonia got ready to charge her. "Come at me!" Barbara spat, ready to receive Harmonia's fury.

"Ugh!" Barbara gasped when Harmonia's charge quickly overwhelmed her and sent her reeling back. The hard shove knocked her off balance, sending her careening into the turnbuckle. Barbara's back hit the padded post and she managed to stop herself from falling, but in an instant Harmonia was on top of her again, her knee driving into the idol's unprotected belly!

"Ugh! Ugh! Unh!" three sharp knees strike Barbara's abs before the idol could react. But Barbara wasn't the soft idol she was when she first started wrestling at LAW. She had taken so much belly punishment in the intervening months that her abs had toughened up significantly, and though Harmonia's knees smacked against her belly with great force, the idol's abs refused to break.

Her arms came down when Harmonia brought her knee up a fourth time, catching her leg before it could land another blow. The idol looked up at Harmonia with a wild grin, spittle dripping from the corner of her mouth.

"Got you now!" she said. She then stepped up onto the bottom ropes, lifting Harmonia's knee higher, before using the extra leverage to execute a particularly brutal dragon screw takedown! After bringing Harmonia down to the mats, she would continue to twist on Harmonia's leg, putting the blonde in a very painful ankle and knee twist combination!

Harmonia was hurt, angry and sad. This was not match of the Superstars, this was a farce. And given the reaction of the crowd who booed every move Harmonia made now it became clear that she disspaointed her beloved fans that payed a high price for tickets to the island to watch them have a great fight.

But Harmonia, all alone, blew it all. This match was'nt entertaining for no one. She had screamed at Molly a few times by now, heard by her fans who did'nt recognize their hero anymore and starte d to put down their hatsy sunglasses and shirts. Had Harmonias outburst destroyed the Superstars before they even had the chance to rise to the top? Had she solemnly kicked them from the cream of the crop down into the mid or worse, lower card?

Harmonia knew that even if they won, their had much to be done to save their reputation. And Molly? Would Molly forgive her? Would she stay with her?
Tears ran down Harmonias face as she tussled with Barbara, surprised about the idols newfound strength. But Harmonia was stronger then her, and managed to send her into a corner to were she sent in knee after knee into her stomach like a maniac.

Harmonia was ready to end it her and now as the head of the idol shot up and the Austrian gasped. Barbara had also changed. A few months before, the idol would have been flattened by the onslaught but now it seemed she pulled through it and Harmonia knew that Finella and her had both something to do with it.

She gritted her teeth and took a deep breath. It was becoming too much. Harmonia had fought alone, except for a strong interlude by Molly and so her body was sore. Usually it would take a much more but her fans cheers were missing and especially...Molly.

Suddenly the Idol strucky grabbing Harmonia and sending her down with a dragon screw that brought Harmonias bruised body down hard into the sand. And then she locked in the knee that Harmonia had gotten hurt by Aella half a year ago, screaming in pain as the ref came and asked her if she wanted to give. Even if it was healed, everyone knew that an onslaught on it would do it no good and it certainly was a weakspot of Harmonias by now.

"Miss Edelstein, do you give?"
"NO... NOOOOO!", the Blonde screamed but it only got Barbara to make the hold tighter and the Austrian howled in agony.

She looked to the ref and then she saw Molly. They both looked into each others eyes and Harmonias distorted face became sad for a moment...
She grit her teeth and formed two words, words only for Molly to hear.
I'm...sorry...
Then her face grimaced again and she screamed in the middle of the ring.

The match had totally swung in Barbara's favor, for now not only had Harmonia lost all her momentum in this match, she had also lost the support of the crowd, and it seemed the support of her own tag partner. Barbara knew the kind of psychological devastation Harmonia must be feeling. All it would take would be a small push, one more move, and she would have the proud German broken and defeated. Finally she was about to get her revenge!

She knew though that her simple knee and ankle lock wouldn't make Harmonia submit. It was far too easy for the bigger and stronger blonde to break out from this hold. No, she had to do something much more dramatic, a true finisher move to put Harmonia out of her misery!

And she knew the perfect move to transition into. It was a move she saw her sister use before, and something she had Jean show her how to properly execute. Now Harmonia was going to be her testing ground. Dropping Harmonia's leg, Barbara stepped forward and dropped her leg behind her opponent's thigh. Her other leg snapped up and trapped Harmonia's leg in between her own, squeezing down to hold it tight. But that was just the first part of the move, as with her hands now freed, Barbara leaned over Harmonia's body, locking her hands underneath the bigger blonde's chin.

"Oh I am going to enjoy this! Barbara said. She flashed Harmon's a wide deviant grin, before pulling back, locking in a flawless Stepover Toehold Facelock! Without any hesitation, Barbara pulled back with all her might, simultaneously torturing Harmonia's leg, her back, her neck and her face, putting pressure everyone across the blonde's body all at once!

The Superstar was in a bad place. It seemed that nothing she threw against the Millers worked. But why? Why goddammit! She had become strong, durable, tough, had been trained by a legend. What was there missing?

Like a wild animal she teared into Barbara, the witch who had started all of this, it was all her fault that she and Molly...Molly. And now Harmonia knew what was missing. There where no cheers, no kisses blown in her directions. Only sobs. Harmonia had done it. She had Molly cry. And it seemed that this was the point. As a team there were nothing without each other and Harmonia had forgotten it. No, she had shoved it aside for her own petty revenge against the devious idol. And she hated herself for it.

But nonetheless, Barbara, stronger then she was at her debut, came back and used this dissonance of harmony between her opponents to put Harmonia into a painful submission.
"Gkh..."
The crowd, her and Mollys fans were dead silent or worse, cheered for Barbara now. Harmonia had betrayed them all, betrayed Molly, betrayed herself. Because of foolish arrogance and false pride.

Harmonia knew pain, Dana had put her through every move possible but she had taken the brunt of the fight and hrr body was exhausted. And this was when it happened. Barbara shifted geara, apparearently preparing another submission but this time Harmonia could'nt even fathom what was in store for her as the Idol put her already sore body into this new and agonizing hold.

Harmonia tried to stay tough, tried to not even making a sound but there was no chance. Soon her shrill screams of pain resounded over the beach as her body got bent. The referee knelt down, asking her to give but Harmonia could'nt. If she lost now, she lost everything, the match, her fans... Even Molly? No, she shook her head as good as she could and tried to endure it, her screams growing louder and shriller with every inch that her body got bent.

She opened her tearfilled eyes and saw Molly. She never had felt so ashamed in her life. For everything. She wished that she would'nt be there, but she was, in her cute Superstar Bikini, tears in her eyes. And Harmonia just wished that this horrible day would just end...

Molly didn't know how it could have ended this way. None of this was supposed to happen. Just a few days ago, she was eagerly anticipating getting to spend a summer getaway with her girlfriend, enjoying the sights, basking in the beautiful weather, and getting to have some fun around the beach - and of course, showing the world what it meant to be Superstars for their tag team outing. It seemed like the perfect day in paradise - up until everything went wrong. All Molly had wanted to do was to keep things from getting out of hand, so that Harmonia's grudge against Barbara wouldn't have to ruin what was supposed to be a fun little vacation. But she had tested how much Harmonia could tolerate, and now, even their bond that seemed ironclad in their love for one another had been strained. More than once in this match, Molly had tried to step in on Harmonia's behalf. She'd tried to keep her out of trouble; she'd even volunteered to step in when it seemed like the Austrian was in over her head. But when there was already so much bile between them, every word out of her mouth seemed like an insult - like she didn't believe Harmonia could do it on her own. And, in turn, every time Harmonia refused her assistance, Molly felt as though she was being pushed away, like their teamwork meant nothing. That, too, had soured Molly's feelings on Harmonia - as much as it made her stomach turn to look at her girlfriend and feel frustration, she couldn't help herself. But the worst of it all came now, when Molly heard that the fans weren't rallying behind them. They weren't cheering, they weren't shouting encouragement. If the Superstars were to lose, here and now...would they even care?

Molly hugged her arms closer to herself. Her eyes welled up with tears - she couldn't help but fear that this had all been her fault. After all, she was the one who tried to calm Harmonia down. She was the one who had tried to resolve their friendly volleyball game before it got out of hand. She was the one who offered to sub in for her - and she was the one Harmonia, the woman she loved more than anything else in the world, had called a traitor. If she hadn't done any of that...maybe none of this would have happened. Maybe they would have won the match by now. Maybe they wouldn't have to worry about if they'd still have a future as a couple after this match - and maybe the fans, those same fans that they lived for and hoped to make smile with everything they did, would still be on their side. No, Molly couldn't hold it in any more. She sucked in a breath, and broke into a sob.

But it was then when she heard Harmonia's screams split through the air as Barbara bent her in an STF, contorting her legs while she cranked backward on her head and back, that Molly truly felt something chill her to the bone. She couldn't imagine how much pain Harmonia had to be in - and what was worse, she didn't know how much she was to blame. When she looked back at Harmonia, suffering, her eye twitched. But in that moment, her eyes caught Harmonia's, and for a few fleeting seconds a look of recognition flashed between them. They knew they were looking each other in the eye - and Molly felt something in the pit of her stomach. She knew what she wanted to say.

She shuddered, afraid that it could make everything worse. Was it safe, after all she had said to strain Harmonia's trust in her? For all she knew, this could be the killing blow to their relationship. But...Molly had to do it. She couldn't sit by while Harmonia endured this torment!

"M-Moni..." she whispered, just faint enough for only her girlfriend to hear. "If...if you need to tap out...that's okay...please, don't hurt yourself, Moni-!" She sniffled. "I don't know what I'd do...if...if..." She couldn't bear to finish her sentence. The thought of Harmonia being legitimately injured from this was too much.

Harmonia was trapped and her already hurting body felt as if it would break any second. Her bones ached, her muscles burnt and her whole body screamed for sweet release. There was nothing she could in her position then to take it, go through like a true Superstar and not tapping, not to Barbara, not to this woman who had put a stake between her and Molly. Molly. What was up with Molly? Was she ok after the hard hits of Jean? Was she hurt? She did'nt hear her girlfriend anymore. In fact, she heard nothing. Her fans were silent, Hats and sunglasses were dropped to the ringside, a prove of the dissapointment the Fans had with Harmonia. But even if that hurt, something stung more then Barbaras onslaught on her body.

Mollys face was a masquerade of sadness, tears falling from her eyes as she looked into Harmonias eyes and the Blonde gasped. Now she understood it. It took her a whole match but she finally understood it. Then Molly spoke, soft, in sobbing whispers. Telling Harmonia it was ok. It was ok to lose. No need to be ashamed because the Austrian finally saw what really mattered.

And with her eyes locked into Mollys she tapped, ending this match that never should have happened. But if Barbara released her she would'nt br angry, would'nt attack her. No, in fact she had forgotten all the distain for the idol already as the bell rang and Harmonia tried to get to her feet, tumbling, falling down but getting up again as she was finally close enough she dropped forward right into Mollys arms.

"Sorry, Molly I... I... Blew...blew...it...", she sobbed and then started to cry, hugging Molly tight. "I am sorry, I am so sorry, it is all my fault. I am sorry Molly, please, please forgive me.", she cried not even being bothered with the Millers. She held Molly tight, her face buried into her shoulder. "Don't leave me. Please. I am sorry... I am so sorry Molly...", she cried and when the fans saw what Harmonia did, what she should have done before, they slowly got their believes back into the charming, energetic couple and started to cheer. But this was'nt enough, Harmonia knew how many people she dissapointed and asked for a mic. "One second!", she said, interrupting the Millers celebrations. "Please, one second. I don't want to crash your victory party but I have a few words to say. To you, my fans and...", she took Mollys hand and guided her into the ring, holding it tight.

"To you...", she said and then looked to the Millers. "Barbara, first of all, I know exactly what it was that haunted you since we met the first time. You wanted to set things straightx no matter what, no one knows that better as I do. I am proud, stubborn woman and sometimes it overwhelmes me, like today were I hurt so many people.", she said."

Superstars, please, forgive a girl from the country who sometimes forgets that handling bulls is'nt pro wrestling and that stubborness will get me nowhere. I am sorry to have dissapointed you but I ask you, please have faith in us, please cheer for us. Molly and I want to climb the highest heights and we can only do this with you. And finally... ", she said and turned to Molly.

" The most important person in my life, the reason I keep going on, the reason this team exists... Molly, love, please, please forgive me. I behaved not like a Superstar or a girlfriend should. I said horrible things to you and all I can ask is your forgiveness. I love you more then my life, more then anything else in this world. And to have hurt you is the biggest pain I went through today. ", she said."Barbara, Molly, Superstars, can you forgive me?", she asked.

Barbara grunted as she pulled back the STF, applying more and more pressure to Harmonia's back. She was not going to let her blonde nemesis go this time, she was going to get even with Harmonia and force her to submit! "Hrrrraaaaaaagh!" Barbara roared, letting out all the fury that had built up over the past few months. Each time she got called a chair, a jobber, a loser, all her rage and frustration, she threw all her fury into the STF, to torture and break her stubborn opponent and win this match!

"Laura! Laura stop!"

Barbara ignored Jean at first, but then she saw her sister making her way into the ring. Why did she want to interfere now? Barbara grunted in anger as Jean grabbed her, pulling on her arm.

"What?" Barbara snapped.

"She's submitted already!" Jean said. That snapped Barbara out of her enraged state. She looked down to see Harmonia crying, then looked up to see Molly crying. The idol felt a wave of remorse, releasing Harmonia and rolling off of her opponent. She hoped that she hadn't taken things too far and actually hurt Harmonia with her submission hold, not quite understanding why her opponents were suddenly crying.

Luckily it seemed that was not the case, as Harmonia pushed up to her feet, hurting and exhausted, but not permanently injured. As Harmonia and Molly hugged, Barbara turned to Jean, seeing her sister looking at her with her hands on her hips and a displeased look on her face.

"Satisfied?" Jean asked. Barbara took a deep breath, then let out a small sigh. Even though she won, she felt a bit empty inside, her victory feeling strangely hollow.

"Yeah," Barbara said, "Sorry for dragging you into this sis. I won't do it again." Jean shook her head, then gave Barbara a smile, reaching out to take her hand.

"Well, don't feel too bad," Jean said, "You did win us the match!" Barbara noticed how the crowd was cheering them, celebrating their victory after Harmonia and Molly fell apart. That lifted her spirits, and soon her trademark idol smile was back on her face, the idol and her sister raising their hands to celebrate their victory.

After a moment of celebration, they heard a small commotion coming from behind them. Barbara and Jean turned around to see Molly and Harmonia approaching. The idol immediately put her guard up, though her sister maintained her relaxed stance with her hands on her hips. She could tell that they weren't coming to fight.

"You're damn right I wanted to set things straight!" Barbara said, raising her hackles despite Harmonia's apology, "Seriously what gave you the right to treat me like that in my debut-"

Jean gave her sister a swat on the back of her head to shut her up. "We accept your apology," Jean said while Barbara rubbed her head, "And we appreciate how gracious you are in defeat."

Barbara glowered up at her sister for a moment before straightening up and coughing to regain her composure. "Yes, of course," Barbara said, "Since I beat you, I'll count us as even now." The idol turned on her heel, making her way out of the ring. Before she left though, she turned her head back to leave one final comment for Harmonia and Molly.

"Harmonia! Molly!" she said, "You're both tough fighters. I hope that in the future I'll meet you in the ring again!" She flashed them her idol smile, raising a thumb up, before turning and exiting the ring.
