Lyra Vs. JJ: Something To Prove (Apex Qualifier)

JJ had to regain control knowing that this was a match she should have been doing much better in on paper than she was.

Lyra used the ropes to help herself up before she turned into a ramming Spear from JJ! Lyra’s legs flew upwards in the air upon the impact with the mat and her neck bashed on the mat. The fortune teller cries out in pain as she grabs her neck trying to soothe the tension back there. JJ was out for revenge against Lyra and she wasn’t done yet. JJ tried to keep hold of Lyra's head and smash her knee into the face of Lyra before spinning to the side, tossing Lyra to the center of the ring by the hair!

Lyra managed to fend off JJ’s strikes, but she see didn’t the foot go into her stomach making her spit out saliva and groan in pain. JJ grabs Lyra up by her blonde locks and sends a hard knee to the face making Lyra cry out in pain! Lyra tried feeling her face, but JJ whipped her in a circle sending her crashing onto the mat as Lyra wounded up with her long hair over her face. She blew locks out of her mouth hanging off the bottom rope and the referee checked on her.

JJ saw Lyra on the bottom rope and stomped over to her. JJ grabbed her by her bad leg and yanked her off the ropes before stomping down on the bad leg a few times. "Sorry girl, this is my match to win!" JJ shouted as she pulled Lyra to the middle of the ring locking in a leg lock to wrench down on the leg she had just finished stomping on!

Lyra would be dragged to the middle of the ring as JJ took her injured leg kicking it hard! Lyra cried out in pain and tries grabbing at it before JJ hunkered down on it in a leg lock. Lyra gritted her teeth and realized there was no ropes to grab as she desperately needed an escape plan! However, it was hard to execute such a plan as JJ had her trapped and she was very close to tapping. JJ wrenched more on it as Lyra slowly raised her left hand flat ready to submit, but the ref called for the bell!

The match was called and JJ is announced the winner via referee stoppage. The official was concerned Lyra’s leg would be injured further so she made the judgement to end this match before things got worse!
