Speed and Power are the name of Yoruichi’s game. She wants to get in close and pummel her opponents. If they try to get away then she strikes them like lightning. Quick, violent and devastating strikes are Yoruichi’s go to moves. Using her experience to try and move the match in her direction. Just when the opponent is getting used to her style. Yoruichi ups her game by switching to submissions and high flying moves. Consequences be damned.

If there was any one weakness Yoruichi has. It’s nothing about her style, no instead its boredom. Yoruichi will force things to be more active and fun. This can easily backfire and lead Yoruichi into situations where she is losing.

Eh just go with the wind really

Yoruichi is intelligent and witty. Although of noble birth, she acts differently from most other nobles, very much telling people to refer to her normally without any honorifics.
Although relatively calm and mature when a situation calls for it, Yoruichi is quite laid-back and playful, often teasing or flirting with those younger than her. Yet she can still kick it into high gear when she needs to. Though its on a moment to moment basis. If the situation is boring, Yoruichi will more than likely just leave the situation. Temper is not something Yoruichi is known for. Despite that she has a short fuse but is quick to get over things. That’s cause she usually beats up whoever lit her fuse but still, Yoruichi is mostly in control of her emotions.

History:

I did what I did and I don’t regret it

People born with a silver tongue in the mouth or high class families are happy or some type of pompous. Usually the obnoxious types that people can’t stand. Yoruichi is anything but that. She was born a princess of the Shihoin clan, one of the four noble families in Japan. This meant that Yoruichi could have anything and everything she wanted. Nothing was out of her reach or impossible to get. Most of the time things were done for her without asking. As if they could read Yoruichi’s mind. Well in reality they couldn’t, everything they did was just to pamper the princess. More often than not, this was something very annoying. Yoruichi was always one to get into trouble and do things not becoming of a princess. Getting into fights, speaking to the lower class, speaking improperly and everything else you can think that would anger a noble family. Yoruichi always figured that times were changing and being so stiff about it wouldn’t help the family. But just like so many noble families they were against change. Worst case was that Yoruichi would just hold out until she was the head. That way whether they liked or not she was going to change things.

Growing up Yoruichi forced her way to try and get rid of this princess title of hers. At least the part of the title where she was fragile. Just like any boy in the family, Yoruichi figured she was get into some training for fighting. Women and fighting was something that didn’t mix well together in the Shihion clan. Not that Yoruichi cared, liking the title or not. Yoruichi was going to use it to do what she wanted. Getting into some Shihion family training, Yoruichi proved that she excelled in the training. More so than what anyone else expected. This unorthodox way of nobility was angering the elders. Seeing as how they wouldn’t get their way if Yoruichi was leading things. The elders would try their best to try and minimalize Yoruichi’s influence and power within the family. If she wanted to try and be unorthodox. Who were they stop Yoruichi from being what she wanted. As with the training of any and every young man in the family. Yoruichi later was enrolled into the military. All apart of the training she needed to take. That and to get a better understanding of the military. Considering that Yoruichi may or may not be playing politics in a few years. Whilst in the military Yoruichi would rise and become the head the family. A position she never really thought about. Sure she knew that one day this position would be hers. Yet Yoruichi never thought about what she would do with the position.

Serving in the military while also leading the family as head. Would be a tricky a thing for anyone to work through. Yet somehow Yoruichi was doing just that. For all of the good work she was doing, the elders still had several issues with Yoruichi’s attitude. Changing core tenants in the family was something Yoruichi was proud of. Her thinking was that no way rules and thinking from 100 years ago is going to work in todays world. Try as she might though the elders fought back hard. Claiming that Yoruichi’s way of leading the family would only cause the collapse. Of course she fought back that idea. She had been doing everything asked of her better than anyone expected. These elders were just scared of change. The constant fights were just not worth it any more. Yoruichi would give the elders just what they wanted. Leaving the name of the head and the family. Of course the elders fought back on that to. It was unheard of for a family head to abandon her position. “Fuck this” was the simple phrase Yoruichi uttered as she left her family.

Now with nothing tied to her, Yoruichi was free to do whatever she wanted. Considering that fighting that was something she always liked and was good it. Yoruichi figured that’d be the best path to go. Not being able to use her name like before, Yoruichi would have to start from scratch. Starting from the amateur leagues just like anyone else. But going that route was just too slow, wanting to fast and get into the big leagues quicker. Yoruichi used what connections she had to get into some underground fight pits. That way at least her name would get some circulation. Circulation she would use to get her name into the big leagues. MMA was Yoruichi’s method of choice. Figured to was the best of all worlds when it came to fighting. Violence was always something that called to Yoruichi. Sure getting punched in the face was unbecoming of a princess. But punching other people in the face just felt better than the alternative.

Yoruichi would make waves in the MMA world becoming a quick star. Famous for her challenges, taking on anything and everyone. Weight classes be damned. Loving what she was doing and finding her path. Yoruichi was just going with the wind, and that wind landed her in L.A.W where she looked to fight the best in the world
