While it's not her main goal in LAW, Lana is a perfectly competent all-around fighter due to the various Chinese martial arts training she's received throughout her life. She's capable of all sorts of strikes and is not at all afraid to try out some simple aerial attacks (like dropkicks). Her submission skills are pretty rudimentary, only knowing chokeholds, the camel clutch, and headscissors (of course). Lana is also very limber, due to her love of yoga, so she's more than able (and sometimes willing) to withstand some stretching. In terms of taking serious, real hits though, Lana isn't very experienced.
