Strategy: Focuses on winding and dazing opponents with strikes to leave them vulnerable to throws leading to pins or submission holds, if she doesn't flat out knock them out of their feet. History: Grew up in an upper class neighborhood in Paris as part of the 'perks' of her parents working in accounting for a local business. For a variety of reasons, among them being her tall lanky frame, during childhood she was constantly physically bullied by other girls both during and after school. After a particularly mean and well trained girl broke her arm, she finally took self defense courses and strength training. Soon enough, far fewer dared to challenge her to street fights, though some still did. Eventually by chance she'd end up facing the girl who originally broke her arm in one tournament. After a vicious back and forth that'd see both girls go out of their way to attempt to injure each other, Marceline got the better of her with a cruel axe kick to her neck. The scream of her opponent after being kicked stayed with Marceline, along with the sobbing as she was carried off on a stretcher, was satisfying in a way Marceline would continue to chase. Marceline would go to university, but after completing her degree she'd spend the next 5 years making decent money in first kickboxing then in MMA. But she wanted to replicate the satisfaction of her days making privileged girls scream and cry, so she found herself joining LAW.
