Grace Allen vs. "Tigress" Tina Armstrong

Tina locked up and instead of pushing Grace forward she found herself stalling out! "Ngh... nice job... too bad you aren't the only one who can dig deep Grace!" Tina said as she lowered herself using her lower body and lean legs to try to propel Grace back into the corner! The tigress wasn't about to back down even if the challenge was fierce. Tina was here to give it her best and show everyone that she was off to a hot start in her career for a reason.

Grace spared a second to glance over her shoulder. The corner... Tina was pushing her back into the corner, a situation Grace only barely fought her way out of the first time. Her pride demanded that she fight the tigress tooth and name, strength against strength, but experience and common sense were beginning to overwhelm her bruised ego. She couldn't beat Tina in a battle of raw power. It was time to change tactics.

Grace Allen abruptly ceased all resistance and fell backwards, aided by Tina's own forward momentum. She sought to fall to her back, dragging Tina down with her, and bring her boots up into the rookies belly and monkey flip her overhead!

Tina smiled as she had Grace right where she wanted her...

..or so she thought! Tina yelped in terror as she was suddenly flipped over and landed hard on her back! "Arrrrgh! Damn crafty git..." Tina muttered in frustration, kicking the mat in pain! The damage was starting to mount at this pivotal point in the match, and Grace used her ring smarts to seize control from the young, energetic tigress!

Grace usually kept the fight off the mat whenever possible, but the tigress required a shift in her usual tactics. She needed to wear the stronger girl down if she was going to come out on top in the end. Rolling onto her hands and knees, she didn't even waste the time needed to stand up. Instead she crawled over to where Tina lay and moved to pull the rookie up into a sitting position while situated behind her.

If she managed that, Grace would attempt to snake her toned arms around Tina's head and neck in a classic sleeperhold! "Lets see you fight your way out of this, girl."

Tina's legs began kicking wildly and her arms flailed to her side as Grace locked in the sleeper hold! She made a few muffled cries and tried shaking her head in protest but it really just looked like her limbs were spazzing out fruitlessly. Tina needed out and soon! The tigress reached up to pry at Graces grip but if she did make progress that way it would be far too slow for her energetic impatience.

Tina instead swung her arms back around to try to hit Grace in the head over and over, attempting to force a release so she could breathe again!

Grace had no intention of relinquishing her advantage, now that she had it. She pressed closer, ducking her head against Tina to avoid the worst of the impact. The tigresses impatience was working against her, those wild swings much less effective then a more percise elbow strike would have been. Grace tightened the sleeper-hold with a sudden jerk of her arms, knowing she just had to out. "No way out now, kitten. Just go with it. Just give in!"

The strikes were useless and Tina was running out of breath. She tried to get her legs underneath her, in a desperate bid. From there Tina would choke out a scream as she rose up with Grace on her back still choking her out! The tigress would stumble to the ropes reaching out and falling down again as she got close, but managing to reach the bottom rope, clinging for dear life!

The light headed Tina could only hope Grace let go. Even if she did Tina was going to have a hell of a time simply rising to her feet without falling over let alone fighting back.

You've got to be kidding me...

It was the thought that raced through Grace Allen's mind as Tina physically lifted her up and made it to the ropes, despite Grace clinging to the tigress' back and tightening the hold all the while. Somehow, Tina made it, grasping the bottom rope, and Grace immediately obliged the referee by letting go of the sleeper-hold. She desperately wanted to beat this talented rookie, but she wasn't about to cheat or even bend the rules to get there.

She made her way to the nearest corner and climbed to the top turnbuckle, crouching there like a bird of prey, just waiting for the right moment to strike when Tina made it to her feet again.

Tina gasped for breath, still light headed as she hobbled her way up to a vertical base again. She coughed and had her hand up to her throat, her head still spinning. Tina knew Grace was over on the other side of the ring waiting but she opted to stay back away from Grace. She needed all the time she could get to recover before getting back into it.

shaking her head, Tina tried to focus, stumbling out to the center of the ring.

Grace waited patiently, taking the time to catch her breath, though she couldn't truly relax. She perched atop the turnbuckle, muscles taut, waiting for just the right moment. The time came when Tina stumbled towards the middle of the ring, clearly disoriented, and as the tigress began to turn in her direction, Grace sprang. She took to the air, long legs propelling her forward, turning in mid-air, aiming to come crashing down across Tina's torso with a flying cross-body!
