A Halloween Reunion: Nashi Dragneel vs. Yukino Fuyumi [D]

Yukino had been anxious about a lot of things. She didn't want to make a mistake in her first match, she didn't want to embarrass herself in front of the whole world, she didn't want to get hurt, and she especially didn't want to let Nashi down. When she was waiting backstage, she was a nervous wreck, her heart pounding and her stomach churning as she contemplated turning and running away entirely. But now, all those troubles were far beyond her. Now, she was back in the middle of the action with Nashi at her side, the two of them exchanging jokes and smiles and cheering each other on, just like old times. It felt like Yukino had never left. And she knew that the future they were striving toward could only be even brighter!

"Well...we'll see about that!" Yukino said with a wink, nodding her head to Nashi. But then, her hands took hold of Nashi's, and she pushed hard, laying into her with all her might to try and steer her back! Now that Yukino had overcome her initial fears, she was firing on all cylinders, and she wasn't holding back! Her teeth clenched and her brow furrowed as her whole body firmed up, her muscles rippling through her arms. Nashi tried to keep up, but in the end, it was Yukino who worked her into the corner.

When she heard the fear in Nashi's voice, Yukino's eyes widened and she let out a gasp. For a moment, her advance ground to a halt. Was she actually doing this? If even Nashi felt intimidated by what she was doing...it meant Yukino was stronger than she thought she was! At first, she was afraid if she was being too hard on Nashi, but then her smile began to grow wider, and she held her back straighter with growing confidence. If this meant what she thought, it meant she could be unstoppable! She just had to embrace it!

"Who trained me?" she replied. "None other than Carol Barlet over at WOWW! And from the sounds of it...it's working!" With Nashi seemingly under control, Yukino pulled forward on her arm, attempting to drag her close enough to grab at her wrist and torque it over to the side to transition into a wristlock!

Nashi was backed in a corner unable to fight back. However Nashi gasped beinh told her best friend was also trained by a wrestling Icon”Damn isn’t it lucky us idols we’re trained by wrestlers!” She said with a chuckle before being put in a wristle lock”ow….” She groaned in pain before trying to use that to her advantage by trying to swing Yukino over to the ropes, if successful she would come over and aim for a lariat!

Now, with a momentary lull in the action, the two girls had a chance to catch up with one another. It had been some time since they had last spoken, and Nashi doubtlessly had many stories to tell, stories that Yukino couldn't wait to hear more about. She nodded her head with a smile as the pink-haired girl discussed both of them being trained by famous wrestling veterans. "Yeah...and you were working with Alaina Sanders, right?" she asked. "I saw some of your previous matches, you-" In her excitement, she was eager to get caught up with everything Nashi had been up to - but she stopped herself then as she realized that Nashi hadn't had the best luck in her career thus far. She bit her lip, a blush coming to her face as she looked away and hoped she hadn't inadvertently touched a sore spot. "...I mean, you've been doing great-!"

But just because the two of them were excited to be back together didn't change the fact that the match was still going on, and both were determined to win, all the same! Yukino quickly reminded everyone of that as she grabbed onto Nashi's wrist, twisting it back to put on the pressure of a wristlock. She leaned in closer, her smile growing wider with excitement as she thought about it - this was actually working! She didn't want to hurt Nashi, but the thought that she was doing so well against her in her very first match made her heart race!

Nashi was quick to throw herself back into the fray too, though - she caught her bearings, throwing her weight over to the side, and Yukino was carried off by the momentum. She let out a gasp as she went running across the ring, her fingers slipping from Nashi's wrist in the process. Her trajectory shot her straight into the ropes - where she bounced off of them, and with her eyes wide and her mouth agape she was catapulted back toward Nashi, into the path of a lariat! Nashi whipped her arm through the air, and it struck with enough force to take the Winter Idol off her feet, her legs kicking up into the air as she dropped down onto her back!

Nashi smirked when she landed the lariat on Yukino, leaving her best friend knocked on the ground. She had the opportunity to do whatever she wanted. Nashi rolled Yukino over before putting her feet next to her head, she would lift her ups and went to preform her signature face buster LIGHTS OUT!!!

Yukino might have been getting cocky before, but easy come, easy go. She'd grown so excited at the sight that she was taking control of the match that she had taken her success for granted. But in doing so, she had neglected some key facts - at the end of the day, she was still a rookie, just getting started in the wrestling world, and Nashi had trained herself just as well! Yukino was about to come face to face with just how strong her friend could really be, as she now found herself flat on the ground, knocked over by the force of a hard-hitting lariat. And then, Nashi rolled her over and placed her head in between her legs, pulling up on her arms to hoist her above the mat. Yukino only had a moment to look on, her eyes going wide as her mouth dropped in a gasp, before she proceeded to drop straight down, slamming her face against the canvas!

"MMFF-!!" She landed with a thud, her body rattled from the force of the landing. Yukino's voice was muffled into the mat, and she began to slump downward, coming to rest face-down in the ring. For now, the landing had left her shaken, too much so to bounce back so easily.

Nashi had Yukino between her long beautiful legs and with a slam to the mat, Nashi stood up looking down on her friend. She thought that Yukino was down an out, but had to make sure it would be enough before going for a pin. She grabbed her by the arm’s and dragged her across the ring. The fire idol kneeled down grabbing one leg and arm, putting her knees on her back aiming to raise her put and put her in a bow and arrow!

Still reeling from the landing, Yukino lay against the mat, panting for air as she tried to catch her breath. The world around her was spinning, and as much as she tried to will the strength back into her legs enough to get up, she could barely budge. And yet, Yukino's torments were far from over. Nashi was already on the move in setting up her next attack - she grabbed her by the arms, pulling her backward across the mat. The white-haired girl tried to struggle free, taking a few bumps against the mat along the way as Nashi dragged her, and she kicked with her legs, but nothing could stop Nashi from taking her to the center of the ring, too far from any ropes for her to hope for a rope break - and then rolled her onto her outstretched knees, hoisting her into the air and pulling down at her arm and leg to bend her into an arc!

Now feeling her back stretched to its limits, Yukino threw her head back, screaming in pain. Her eyes squeezed shut, trying to hold back tears. She didn't want to look weak, not in her first match! But all she could do now was to writhe back and forth, hoping it just might be enough to offset their balance enough for her to escape!

Nashi was holding Yukino tightly, she couldn’t show mercy to her friend. However Yukino kept moving back and forth and was able to roll a few feet away from Nashi. The fire idol was hot on her trail, she went to sit on her back and grab her by the chin to put her in a camel clutch!!

It seemed to last a painful eternity - with every inch Yukino moved in any direction, she was putting strain on her spine. She couldn't move far before feeling a shock run down her back, causing her body to shiver and her muscles to tense up as she felt her spine bend this way and that. But, little by little, she was beginning to work her way out. Nashi needed to expend energy in order to maintain her position, and Yukino was loosening her hold more and more with each inch she moved - until, finally, the white-haired girl slipped loose from her hands, dropping to the mat below!

Landing on her hands and knees, Yukino took a moment to pant for breath. Her back felt like it could snap at the slightest breeze; she whined to herself as a shudder ran through her body, afraid to move too far lest the pain catch up to her. But doing nothing wasn't going to save her either - Nashi proceeded to pounce on her back, grabbing her chin and pulling it back in a camel clutch! Once again, Yukino felt her back being targeted; her eyes went wide, and she let out a shrill scream the more Nashi pulled back at her head. Even when she wriggled back and forth to try and pull free, she couldn't go far before she sank back down, moaning in pain. Already softened up by the bow and arrow hold, she didn't know how much more her back could take!

The best Yukino could do was to kick her legs in the air behind her, hoping she could either strike at Nashi or hook the ropes with her foot. Anything else would strain her back too much, but she didn't have many other options!

Nashi kept her firmly in the camel clutch not letting an inch. However when she turned to the crowd all she heard was just cheering for her and not Yukino go get out. It made her feel guilty…. Even when they were an idol duo, Nashi got more attention cause of her mother. Despite how much she let Yukino in the spotlight people wanted more Nashi. So out of fear of her Looking like Nashi’s number two…. Nashi released the camel clutch and stood up in front of Yukino.


The audience was shock thinking Yukino was going to tap out at any moment. Nashi looked down and placed her hands on her hips”stand up Yukino, we got a crowd waiting for us we can’t put on a lackluster performance” she said with a giggle and cheeky smile before taking a step back for Yukino to get up.
