Botan vs Aegis - Hunting day

Botan when trying to move Aigis backwards and force her back, soon realized that she instead moved forward, knowing what would happen she would only stiffen her body, and when Botan's body was driven towards the ground with her body colliding between the canvas and Aigis' weight, she whimpered...... But she did not break the grip.

Being with Aigis on the ground, Botan would tighten the neck lock tighter, and knowing that releasing everything little by little would be a better idea, she with a smile would say to him.

"She told me you have devastating attacks, both physical and in grabs, but I guess that comes at a cost, and we'll see what that cost is to have that ability."

Aigis slammed Botan down to the mat, but the wolf's resilience proved formidable, and she kept the blonde trapped in the self chokehold. Yukari's words, and Botan's guess, were both accurate. Aigis was prone to crumpling to attacks from strong opponents. However, this weakness applied more to strikes and slams rather than chokes and submissions. So Botan's current attack was still something Aigis could endure reasonably well.

But Aigis still needed to get out. With her free hand, she would grab the hand pulling on her arm, and start squeezing Botan's wrist while digging the second knuckle of her thumb into the inside of Botan's wrist to force her grip to weaken. If this worked, Aigis would then pull her trapped arm away from both her throat and the wolf's grip to free herself.

Botan as she kept her grip against Aigis, she realized that she would have to do a lot more than she expected if she planned to win the fight, but when she used her free hand, pressing on key points of Botan's arms, the Lion would be forced to break the grip, watching as she pulled away, soon Botan would get back up

"I can guess that my grip managed to make you want to leave, so now I know Yukari didn't lie, although being honest, she never lies."

Botan would say taking the time to recover, this new style of fighting really showed that things could be completely different had she stuck with her base style.

"You speak as if being trapped in a chokehold is something wrestlers often enjoy," said Aigis. Of course she had wanted to escape Botan's chokehold, she'd have been knocked out and lost if she just let it happen. But Aigis had managed to escape, and now the fight had reset back to neutral once more. With Botan backing off, Aigis would take to the ropes, perching on the top one in a crouch. Waiting for the wolf to go on the attack, clearly intending to counter with an aerial attack.

Most wrestlers saw rope aided aerials as these big moves meant to be used as finishers on heavily weakened opponents. But Aigis knew that this was a heavy underestimation. There was so much potential for rope usage in wrestling that was untapped. Here, when Botan got close with her attack, Aigis would simply drop off with a swift kick into Botan's stomach. With the robot being primed to leap off the ropes for a big aerial counter, she assumed the last thing Botan would be ready for was such an immediate attack that low on her body.

Botan smiled at Aigis' words.

"Well, it's a favorite move for a reason isn't it? I'm not an expert at grappling either, so strong arms might be the must for a good grip."

Botan would say flexing her muscles, and though she knew it might be a risky idea, she would take the impuslo running towards Aigis directly, ready for a direct attack, soon Aigis would fall and attack Botan with a kick to the stomach, making her stop and cough a little, looking up, she would look at Aigis using the ropes and jumping against her, Botan couldn't stop that attack under that condition, all she could do was to push her body backwards hoping to have moved far enough away to avoid that attack from the heights.

Aigis, knowing that Botan would likely want to be aggressive, sat perched on the ropes in wait for an attack. As planned, Botan charged in, and was struck in the stomach by the robot's foot. An attack that fast and low made from such a high position was almost impossible to stop if it was unexpected. Aigis stayed back near the ropes, baiting Botan to try again, but having been stuffed once, Botan stayed center ring to take the ropes away from the blonde.

"A wise decision," Aigis said upon realizing that Botan was waiting on her to approach. "While I am fully capable of staying here and playing the waiting game, I have little desire to do so, and the crowd has little desire to watch that." Aigis would leave the ropes and walk, almost casually, towards Botan. Once the two were close, Aigis would put up her hands and send a heavy roundhouse kick at the wolf's side.

Botan knew that risking another blow was dangerous, so she waited, and it seems that Aigis praised her action, so as she braced herself before Aigis, she would watch as she approached, she knew something powerful was coming.

And just as she thought, a spinning kick would be launched against her, making Botan look at an opportunity, so with her arm she would cushion the blow, and with that opportunity open, she would launch an opportunity for her double attack of knee to the stomach and hook against the jaw towards Aigis.

When Aigis went in for her kick, Botan responded by dropping her arm down to absorb the blow. The robot's kick was blocked, but the wolf's arm was still sandwiched between her own body and Aigis' leg. Damage that Botan wouldn't be able to just shake off if Aigis got another chance to attack it. But first, Botan went on an attack of her own. Driving Aigis backwards with a jumping double knee, and then rocking the blonde's jaw with a punch from her other arm.

Botan when she managed to block that blow from Aigis, finally had a chance to react, launching her double attack against her, an opportunity would have opened up with that timely block.

Seeing Aigis backing down from her attack, Botan was not to lose the leadership of the offensive now, so she waving her arm that had received the block would prepare it and with force she would go straight for Aigis' neck, trying to perform a quick Choke Slam.

Aigis was knocked back, her attack stopped, and Botan pushing hard. When the blonde brought her head back to center after having it turned aside by the wolf's blow, Aigis only had time to see the hand coming for her throat before she got grabbed and slammed to the mat. "GA-AH!" Aigis let out a choked scream as she hit the mat. Trying to save herself, Aigis pulled her legs in and tried to shoot them straight up into Botan's stomach to stun the wolf and knock her away.
