Clash of the Titanesses: Drasna vs Hippolyta

Drasna would admit that she had grown to very much respect Hippolyta over the course of the match. Even if she wasn't raised in Greece she definitely had the warrior spirit, as shown when she managed to power out of that kickout. Right now however Drasna would have to show her own warrior spirit since she was now forced back against the rope, chest a bright red from the chops at Hippolyta's hands and left vulnerable as her foe took her by the hand and flung her away towards the ropes, bouncing off them and heading right back at the blonde only to be taken off her feet with a big boot! "Gah!" Drasna yelled out in pain, taken off her feet and hitting the mat back first with a groan.

Hippolyta was giving it her all as she did her best to fight back as she managed to kick out of her opponent's cover attempt. However unless she did something to chance the flow of the match the blond knew she was likely going to lose regardless. As she would do all she could to get the other woman to back down as she delivered chop after chop on Drasna's chest as she forced the Greek woman backwards as she yelled ''just go down''as she finally manage to take the other woman down with an big boot as the Canadian would leap up as she went for an standing elbow drop to further bring the pain.

Drasna groaned softly in pain, her chest now a bright, crimson red from the force of Hippolyta's brutal series of chops to her chest before finally being taken off her feet with the blonde's big boot. If nothing else the Canadian was definitely showing the fighting spirit of a Greek, though Drasna herself wasn't sure how much longer either of them could go on. Though looking up Drasna's thoughts would get cut short, her eyes widening in shock seeing the blonde coming down fast with a elbow drop! "Gah!" Drasna yelled out in pain, her legs shooting up before falling back down as she winced and breathed heavily in pain from the move.

Hippolyta was certain that her opponent's chest would be bright red for an while after the couple of chops she just delivered to the other woman's chest. As she could easily see her handprint on the other woman's chest. Still the blond was not done as she was about to hit the other woman with an elbow drop as she drove her elbow into Drasna's chest as she would quickly grasp onto the other wrestler's legs as she hoisted them up as she went for an cover attempt. Since she considered now to be the right time to do this as Drasna much be out of breath and in pain from the punishment she inflicted on her.

But now the older woman was definitely on the back foot of this match, getting laid into with chop after chop into the chest before getting knocked off her feet and laid flat on her back by the younger blonde. 'Damn..' Drasna groaned out with a wince before her legs were grabbed and pulled up into a pinfall attempt by the rookie!

Hippolyta thought she had this match in the bag as she had Drasna pinned beneath her , and had her legs hoisted into the air. Even the crowd thought the match was over as the referee had counted to two , and was about to count to three. Only for the Greek native to begin to stir as she would spring her legs forward as the blond would feel her grip on her opponent's legs be broken. As the referee would stop the count as she got to her feet while holding up two fingers showing it was an very close two count.

Things had definitely gotten close to ending in the last few moments of the match, but Drasna still wasn't ready to let things end just yet and despite what many may have thought she was able to kick out with ferocity! Turning on her side after doing so Drasna would attempt to roll a bit away before attempting to push herself up with a soft groan, knowing that if she was going to win this she needed to stand up and fast.

Hippolyta was annoyed that she had not managed to win then and there , but the fans sure were excited to see the match continue. As they cheered like crazy at seeing Drasna kick out , and then roll away as the blond knew she had to rise to her feet before the other woman did as she got back into her usual stance as she said ''next time you aren;t kicking out''
