Breaking Bread Instead of Backs: A Meeting Between Alanna Antoinette and Emma Leblanc

For the first time in a long time. Alanna Antoinette was in a good mood. She was away from her suffocating upper class family and could sustain herself without their stipend (though she never refused that). She had a new career that she felt at home in. She had a friend… well frenemy… in her fellow wrestler Helen Andronike. And finally, she had avenged the disappointing loss in her debut to her nemesis Emma Leblanc, beating her twice. The first time she rendered her foe unconscious with her figure four head scissors and the second she broke Emma onto a table in a decisive fashion. She was well and truly happy. While she wasn’t on the card, Alanna was invited on the cruise hosting the Fight the LAW PPV as an extra. So she intended to take full advantage and enjoy the comforts of being on the cruise. Alanna spent the afternoon swimming in the pool in her red and blue bikini on the top deck and tanning, all while day drinking. As a longtime French socialite, she had a high alcohol tolerance and paced herself such that she had a light buzz at this point. She decided to go to the bar and try out the next tropical cocktail

"Oh my that was so much fun eh~" Emma Leblanc stretched out as she was also at the cruise ship. Despite not her being in the PPV event she decided to have a mini vacation along side with Hiro! Hiro got caught up trying to find the restroom leaving Emma to take a swim all by herself. She had on a golden colored bikini which was fitting because of her ring name "Golden Girl."

The Canadian decided to take a small break and sat on a lounge chair who at the time was Alanna's chair. Emma didn't know that her rival was also in the cruise and assumed that the chair was occupied as she was busy trying to dry off her hair with a towel.

Once she was done she decided to relax and lay on the pool lounge chair while trying to take a video of herself next to the pool just to show off to the folks back home.

"Hey! Look at me I'm at a cruise ship here in Florida right now and the place is amazing! Check this out!" The Canadian continued to take the video not knowing that Alanna will come back soon.

Alanna decided she was thirsty and didn’t want to keep getting up so often, so she ordered two Mai Tais, one of which she told the bartender was “for a friend.” She tipped the bartender and went back to her chair while double fisting her cocktails. Alanna stopped in her tracks when she saw a woman in a golden bathing suit in her chair. ”It can’t be… Merde,” she muttered under her breath. Alanna walked up behind Emma into full view of her selfie video. “You’re in my seat,” she said with a scowl on her face.

While Emma was making a video about her vacation on the cruise ship she stumbled upon a familiar French woman as she slowly turned her head.

"Oh...A...A...Alanna?" Emma couldn't believe the timing! Her rival was sitting on this lounge chair and it was coincidence that they would meet again.

The Smaller woman would stand up and tried to apologize to Alanna in the most Canadian way possible.

"I'm sorry eh...I'm just trying to have a good time...I had no idea you were sitting here...but now I know eh?...listen Alanna...please let's not fight now ok? We're both here to relax and fun right eh?"

Emma had a sincere look in her face as she tried to not make a scene in public...she definitely didn't want to be kicked out the cruise.

Alanna stared down her nemesis. Her towel had fallen off the chair between the two. Truth be told, she didn’t want to fight either. She had pushed herself hard with training and wrestling and needed the break. The tension almost reached a breaking point when suddenly… and thankfully… the woman seated next to them got up. She left and took her towel with her. Alanna reached down to pick up her own towel with both hands and straightened it out menacingly in front of Emma, not taking her eyes off if her. She then put it on the now-free chair and sat down to relax with her drinks, leaving her old chair free for Emma.

Emma felt her spine shivering when Alanna kept glaring at the Canadian woman. The French woman would sit on top of a free lounge chair leaving her previous spot open for Emma to sit. Emma contemplated with herself if she should sit next to her or not but eventually the younger girl decided to woman up and sit on the now free lounge chair and start a conversation with her rival.

"So...ummm...fancy seeing you here eh...isn't this cruise wonderful?"

Emma nervously laughed hoping that would make the frenchwoman less hostile towards her.

Alanna couldn’t think of a reply at first. So it was awkward silence. She assaulted Emma backstage and the two have had a bitter and personal rivalry. What could she possibly say? ”Yeah. It’s fun. Very nice view…” More awkward silence. Alanna took a deep sip of one of her Mai Thai’s. She then pushed the second Mai Thai on the end table she was previously double fisting towards Emma.

Emma saw the drink and instantly became curious. She had never had a alcoholic drink before and she was wondering why Alanna had Two.

"So umm...what's with the drinks? Let me guess...Is Helen here as well and you and her were suppose to hang out together?"

The Candian would ask curiously raising an eyebrow.

”Oh she’s off who knows where. No it was just a spare for me, and now it’s for you… an olive branch since we’re sitting together. Relax I’m not going to attack you… again. I’m on vacation.”

Alanna had her sunglasses on and kept on laying out in the sun as she spoke.

"Oh really a drink for me? Why....ummm...thank you there eh~"

Emma looked at the special cocktail and bit her lips. This may be the first time she had gotten to drink an alcohol beverage and was trying to figure a way to bail out on the drink. However Alanna offered the Mai Thai as a peace offering and Emma didn't want to appear rude. She tried to play it cool and pretend to Alanna that she had drinken alcohol before and started to take a small sip.

"So ummm...Alanna....oooof..."

Emma's face started to cringe from the drink and tried to keep on a cool face.

"What fun activities have you done in the cruise ship? Have you got to go on the fun water slides? I think I may have rode the same ride at least 5 times today...hehehehe..."

she laughed nervously trying to take another small sip.
