Tiki Takes Her Payback

The response that Tiki had gotten from Niko was rather predictable, but it was still good. The bite sized buxom jobber was rather cute when she got frustrated or panicky. Both of which were good for the camera which was still running. Tiki also expected Niko to pull the coward card, which was pretty much the only recourse she had after breaking her own rules.

"I believe you," said Tiki. "I also don't need technicalities to beat you. So here's what we'll do; you'll get one more shot. Either I go down and you win, or I stay standing and I win. You can get a running start, and I'll get nice and low for you." Tiki then got into a wide stance, with her front knee and head leaning forward, and her back knee bent low with the ball of her foot braced against the mat. Yet even as Tiki accommodated Niko, the veteran still held the cards. After all, Niko didn't know that there wasn't a chance in hell she'd be able to knock Tiki down in a single blow while she was stanced up like this. Not unless Niko somehow managed to headbutt Tiki in the back of her head and knock her forward.

Niko was giving a distinct hateful glare to Tiki after the woman had called Niko out for inadvertently cheating. Not like she had tried, it was just cause she was so short compared to the freakishly tall Tiki! 'There is no way in hell I'm losing my own contest after a stupid technicality of my own making!' Niko thought to herself with a light growl.

Luckily the woman was either too cocky for her own good, or genuinely didn't want to be seen as a coward, even if it was only in Niko's eyes. So she offered Niko a chance. Once chance to give Tiki one absolute hell of a headbut. Something that Niko was dead set on doing. "Fine. I'm gonna knock you flat on your fat ass!" Niko cried out with a glare as she began walking backwards further and further towards the ropes until her back almost hit them. As she did so Niko would then break out into a run, dashing towards Tiki with as much speed as she could muster, and as she neared Tiki she would practically throw herself forward, attempting to slam her forehead square into Tiki's for the biggest head but she could possibly muster!

"Niko, you have a bigger butt than me, and you're half my bloody size," said Tiki from the one side of the ring as the pinkette settled on the other. Then Niko took off, at it was on. The jobber got more speed behind her than Tiki had been expecting, most likely a result of Niko's combination of hate and desperation. But Tiki would win all the same.

CRACK

Impact. Tiki shot straight up from her forward leaning position. Head ringing, she took one step back that she had been planning on taking, but then stumbled back two more steps. Then the veteran shifted her weight back forward, and took another step in that direction, and steadied. Tiki had stayed upright, thus she had won her battle with Niko. More trouble than it was worth, admittedly, but a victory all the same.

"Once more, victory is mine Niko," said Tiki. "But having said that, you can at least take some satisfaction out of knowing my head is stinging right now. I guessed you've earned yourself fifteen minutes or so of a break. I'm getting some water. But after that," Tiki shot a smirk at Niko. "It'll finally be time for your training.

CRACK!!!

With a loud, dull impact Niko's head collided with Tiki's and though it did sting quite a bit from her end she was able to look up just fine and see her handiwork. "Come on.. fall damn you." Tiki said softly to herself as she waited Tiki stumble back and sway, seemingly on the verge of collapse which is just what Niko wanted. No way in hell was she gonna be cool giving up her saturday to go through with this hellish training session!

But despite all odds, or rather all hope from Niko, the damned green haired hag just wouldn't go down, despite how much it looked like she would and after a few tense seconds... Tiki was left standing. "Noooooo!" Niko whined with a pout on her face and a stamp of her foot while glaring heatedly at Tiki. "Screw you." Niko said, clearly salty about losing once again before turning and stalking away, determined to enjoy her brief suspension of punishment as far away from her tormentor as possible.

Tiki would grab two bottles of water for her break. One to drink, and one for her head. Regardless of the fact that she had managed to stay standing, Niko's headbutt had hurt. Considering the lacking power behind the rest of Niko's attacks, Tiki had to wonder if the Lightweight's skull was simply built out of something other than bone. Or if she had a metal plate or something from a past surgery. Either way, Niko could headbutt hard.

"Niko," said Tiki. There was still time in the break, but the veteran wanted to explain something to the junior before things got started. "You obviously don't want to be here, so I know you're probably going to half ass this as much as possible, which would defeat the whole purpose of this from my end. So here's how this is going to work. The more seriously you take this, the better you do, the more you manage to impress me, the easier I'll make this on you. So the more effort you put into this now, the more work and pain you'll save yourself in the long run."

Niko was for lack of better word.. pouting in the corner. Still relatively close to Tiki since apparently that was a rule, but otherwise the pinkette was mostly focused on licking her wounds. Both to her pride and her head. Those headbuts of hers may have been strong, but they still had their recoil, and unleashing too massive ones as well as taking one from Tiki was definitely gonna leave a mark later on.

Eventually however Tiki would speak up and Niko, being as petty as she was, offered no indication that she had heard the woman. But with no phone, or other people in the gym that she was aware of, it was hard for her not to listen to Tiki, even if it was just because there was nothing to tune the woman out with. So hearing what the woman said about this exercise day Niko would sigh heavily as she nodded softly to herself.

'Dammit all.' She thought to herself, one hundred percent intent on intentionally bombing every workout, but now she was finding out it would only make things worse for herself which meant she had to do the one thing she hated more than anything else... try. "Whatever." Niko said in response, not confirming if she would put effort in or not, just a simple, dismissive statement that left her stance seemingly neutral.

Tiki couldn't get much of a read off of Niko beyond the obvious poutiness. She couldn't tell if the jobber intended to be stubborn to the end and face the full extent of Tiki's wrath for the sake of spite, or if Niko would decide to just bite the bullet and actually try for her workout. Either way, Tiki would have her answer soon, because the 15 minute break that Tiki had given was up.

"Well Niko," said Tiki. "Ready or not, it's time to start the workout." Tiki would bring Niko out into the middle of the floor. "Of course, any good workout starts with stretches. We'll start with arms and shoulders, working our way down the body. Simple arm pulls will do. Raise one arm up over your head, then bend your elbow down behind you head so your fist is roughly where your neck meets your back. Then grab your elbow with your other hand and pull the arm down. Hold it for 15 seconds, then switch arms."

Tiki wasn't planning any of her little surprises for the very first stretch, but the camera crew was instructed beforehand to make sure they got the money shots of Niko when the opportunities arose. And with the bikini clad pinkette having both arms up over her head doing a stretch that would naturally puff out her chest a bit, they certainly had one now. With the expectation of many, many more to come.

Tiki had made it very clear to Niko that her compliance would lead to things being easier for her.. or rather not as difficult as they could be. So as much as Niko would absolutely love to spite this woman just for the hell of it, she honestly wasn't willing to temp fate, especially knowing how damn serious the woman was when she wanted to be. So like it or not, Niko was stuck in this situation and had to give it actual effort... Loathe as she was to admit it.

Getting up with a small groan and visible pout on her face Niko was led back to the center of the mat for the start of the workout session from hell, beginning first and fore most with stretch. "Ugh." Niko said audibly with a exasperated look on her face before obeying Tiki. Just cause Niko had to do what she said, didn't mean she'd show any signs of liking it! So Niko raised her arms up, bending one behind her back and grabbed her elbow, causing her chest to bounce nicely for the camera before Niko switched arms, once again causing her chest to bounce for the camera.

Once Tiki started the workout, and got to see how Niko would act, it appeared the Lightweight would adopt a stance of malicious compliance. She'd go along with what Tiki was giving her, but she was under no obligation to like it. But Tiki could live with that as long as Niko was handling her punishment in earnest and not trying to sandbag it as hard as possible.

"Good work Niko," said Tiki. "So that was arms, shoulders, chest, and upper back. Our next stretch will move down your body, covering the rest of your back, your abs, and thighs." Tiki gave a light slap to each area as she listed them. "And we'll do that with a back bridge. For this, you'll lie down on your back and place your hands next to your head with your fingers pointing down towards the rest of your body like so," Tiki would do the stretch herself to demonstrate it to Niko, but of course, the jobber was the one who would have to actually hold it for an extended period.

"Then you'll plant your feet on the floor and push up with both your legs and arms," said Tiki. "And you've gotta push a good bit. You'll want to be on the balls of your feet, and you should be able to hang your head upside down between your arms without it touching the ground. Though your hair can of course."

"Now you'll hold that for 30 seconds," This was the point where Tiki would start messing with Niko. She'd keep talking as she went to grab her ice water. "Now you'll now if you're pushing up enough if your abdominal area is the highest point of your arch, and if it's flat and level enough to rest something on top of without it falling off. Like so," Tiki would take a small, square ice cube and lightly press it down onto Niko's belly. Something that the bikini clad wrestler would not be able to see coming with how her head was positioned. "Make sure you're ready Niko, I'm going to let go of the ice cube, and if it falls off before the 30 seconds is up, you'll have to redo the bridge. Tiki would give Niko a fair shot to steady herself again after Tiki dropped her little surprise on the Lightweight before making good on her word and letting go of it. "15 seconds left. It won't melt before you're done," she said.

Niko had completed the first command of Tiki's with minimal difficult, and also minimal compliance. After all she sure as hell wasn't gonna make listening to the woman easy for her, far from it. But she didn't want the green haired bitch to make things even harder for Niko, so this was her compromise.

Either way now that she had completed the first stretch Niko would stand and listen for what to do next but as Tiki explained Niko rolled her and before sighing loudly in exasperation and turning to look at the camera. As if to say 'I know why she's choosing these stretches. But once again despite the vocal dissent Niko wasn't going to act dumb or difficult about it, and would do as Tiki said, laying down on her back, pressing her hands by her head as told, and started to push herself up with her feet against the mat, pushing herself up until she was on the balls of her feet and her head hung just a inch or two off the mat.

"There now whaaaAGHHHYOW!" Replying like normal after doing the hold Niko's words turned into a shriek of surprise and discomfort when something that was freezing cold and wet touched down on her stomach sending a shiver down Niko's body. "You bitch!" Niko hissed out while trying to bite her lips, in discontent, trying to keep some degree of control as Tiki added in the first of her little 'twists'. 'Damn I am SO gonna kill her!' Niko thought to herself as she held the stretch, trying to ignore the absolute coldness on her stomach while maintaining the position.
