Clash of the Titanesses: Drasna vs Hippolyta

Drasna smirked seeing her discus lariat take Hippolyta right down to the mat, perfect positioning for what Drasna hoped could be the end of this bout. "Very impressive my girl." Drasna said as she bent down, looking to grab her foes legs before the blonde could get up. If successful Drasna would place the limbs over her shoulders before moving forward, looking to fold the girl in half before reaching forward over the girl's arms to clasp her hands behind the blonde's neck! If she got the set up done without interference Drasna would then look to stand up fully, lifting Hippolyta up as she did so until... Drasna would then try and throw herself backwards, slamming her opponent shoulder first into the mat and arching her back to bridge in for a pinfall attempt in the process!

Hippolyta was kinda out of it as she heard the older woman compliment her as she would then feel Drasna grasp onto her legs. As she would feel her limbs bend so they be over her shoulders as she was picked up. Her limbs now contained by her own body as she wondered what was going through Drasna;s mind as she was slammed down shoulders first as she was being covered as she tried to push the Greek wrestler off her. Not wanting to lose in an match where she never had gotten the chance to really take the momentum from her opponent.

Drasna smiled softly as she slammed her opponent into the mat with a more innovative power move than normal. It was a blow that, when combined with the other moves and damage sustained in this match by her younger foe she was sure would lead to her victory! However much to her shock the ref only got to two before she felt her blonde adversary kick out! Gasping in shock Drasna would sit up and look down at her foe in a mixture of frustration... and begrudging respect.

An move that she easily was able to see coming as she would attempt to catch the other woman's forearm , and return the favor with an clubbing forearm of her own that she aimed straight at Drasna's chest.

Not being one to back down Drasna would immediately send a chop at her foe's chest, trying to bring her back down to the mat. Yet the move was caught, causing Drasna to gasp before forearm buried into her chest! "Aghhh!" She moaned in pain, forced to step backwards with a wince, now on the backfoot against her blonde foe!

Hippolyta would just smirk as she would manage to catch the other woman's forearm as she blocked the chop to her chest , and quickly counter attack as her forearm collided with her opponent's chest. Forcing Drasna to take an step backwards as the blond would quickly move in as she attempted to land an few knife edge chops across the more experienced wrestler's chest to force her further back.

Drasna had been surprised when her attack had been stopped and caught by her foe. Especially after the massive impact Drasna had hit her with before hand. As a result Hippolyta had the opportunity to hit Drasna with a fore arm smash that pushed her backwards. 'Not-' "UGH!" Before she could finish her train of thought Drasna was pushed backwards by a knife edge chop to the chest. Followed by another, and another, and more! "GAH! UGH! NGH!" Yelling in pain with each chop Drasna was eventually pushed further and further back until she was pushed up against the ropes!

Hippolyta had managed to turn the tables after she had manage to catch her opponent's forearm as she went on the attack. First with an successful forearm smash of her own , and she followed it up with knife edge chop after knife edge chop as she forced the Greek wrestler backwards. All the way towards the ropes as she felt like she was on top of the world as she their would grasp Drasna's arm , and send her running towards the ropes on the opposing end . As she took an deep breath as she lifted her left leg up as she attempted to knock the other woman down with an big boot to the chest.
