Trisha Andrews vs. JJ (Apex Qualifier)

JJ was pumped up for this match. She didn't tell Sienna that she was taking a shot at Apex, but she would tell her afterward once she beat down whoever her first challenger was! JJ didn't know much about Trisha Andrews, but the young grappler was confident that she would emerge victorious against her. JJ never hurt for confidence nor did her pal and training partner Sienna Smith. Clad in her light blue and purple two piece wrestling attire JJ emerged from the locker room walking with confidence towards the ring. Tonight was her night and no one was going to stop her if she had anything to say about it!

As her music began to play JJ came out smiling and waving to the crowd, striking a pose or two at the top of the ramp before sauntering her way down the ramp, making sure so sway those hips for the crowd. JJ was ready to go and feeling good, so she was showing off during her entrance. As she got to the bottom of the ramp she ran to the ring, sliding in underneath the bottom rope and standing up in the ring. JJ bound around and stood on the turnbuckle holding her arms up and slapping her own chest with a smile on her face.

"Look out Apex, no one is gonna stand between me and that shiney title belt! Gold is gonna look good on JJ!" She shouted before finally settling into her corner to wait for the arrival of Trisha.

Tonight, Trisha got a match against JJ, or Janella Johnson, and she was determined to win. With this being a qualifier match, she knew that by winning this, she would be able to take one step closer to the gold, the most prestigious one LAW had to offer. Determined to make a name for herself, Trisha stepped out to the ramp as soon as it was her turn, her music playing from the loudspeakers.

Making her way down the ramp, Trisha arrived at the ring and she looked at her opponent. Eyeing the other woman, studying her, Trisha would make her way to the center of the ring, beckoning JJ to come as she would hold out her hand, offering her a handshake. She could see that this JJ didn't seem to be like one of those detestable sorts, and despite her competitiveness, Trisha would like to start this match by displaying the spirit of sportsmanship.

JJ bounced from foot to foot as Trisha came out and the woman was ripped! JJ smiled and gave her a nod as she set up in the ring stepping to the middle for a handshake. JJ reached out to shake her hand. "Always nice to see another ripped, buff sister here in Japan! Best of luck though because you will need it." JJ said with a smile after the handshake.

As the bell rang JJ circled Trisha and moved in for a grapple! Both muscular dark skinned beauties were going to lock up and give it a go with JJ doing all she could to be the one to force Trisha back although if things didn't go according to plan she had a backup in mind just in case.

Trisha shook hands with JJ, smiling at her. Breaking the handshake, Trisha said, "Same to you as well. Show me what you got." Stepping back, Trisha got ready for the match before the bell was rung, and the match started.

Starting off the match by circling her opponent, Trisha studied the other dark-skinned beauty before her before she stepped forth, locking up with JJ. Their toned bodies mashed against one another as the two of them grappled with each other, and the crowd cheered. For the time being, it seemed that both Trisha and JJ were evenly-matched.

JJ struggled and strained with the two seemingly at a stalemate! "Ngh.... come on......" JJ muttered still struggling but getting nowhere.

JJ broke the hold and shoved Trisha back, trying to charge forward and instead clothesline Trisha down to the mat!

As the two of them remained in stalemate, Trisha was trying to find the right moment to change things up, but it seemed that JJ had managed to gain the initiative as she suddenly broke the lock up before she tried to hit her with a clothesline.

"NGHH!!"

JJ managed to hit her right in her chest with her clothesline, and Trisha was knocked down onto the mat. But she wouldn't waste her time staying down there for long because as soon as her back hit the mat, Trisha would kip up, getting herself back up onto her feet.

JJ felt good about sending Trisha to the mat but she got right back up after. "Okay then sister.... how is this?" JJ asked as she moved in trying to ram Trisha in the abdomen with a knee shit before wrapping an arm around Trisha's head attempting to fall back to plant Trisha to the mat with a DDT!

Trisha saw JJ coming with her knee strike, and she was going to catch the incoming strike with her hands instead of letting herself be struck by it. From there, she would yank at it, looking to make JJ lose her balance and fall backwards, hitting the mat with her back. If successful, Trisha would then deliver a kick right at the back of JJ's thigh in order to hurt her.

JJ ran in but her eyes went wide with shock as Trish grabbed her legs nd pulled sending JJ crashing down hard to the mat! "Oomph!" JJ groaned before let tout out another grunt as Trish kicked the back of her leg targeting part of JJ and compounding the pain she was in! This wasn't looking good as JJ was now flat on her back with nowhere to go, stuck in Trisha's grasp.

With JJ on her back and Trisha holding her leg, Trisha decided to get her other leg before she attempted to roll her onto her stomach. Then, she would adjust her grip on both JJ's legs before she sat on her back, putting JJ into a Boston crab, bending her body. It might be a basic move, but it could be an effective one if applied properly. Trisha was looking to weaken her opponent with the move, bending JJ's body in order to drain her strength and make it easier for her to win this match.
