Rookie Challenge: Hikari Morizumi vs Valkyrie

[The Riders]

The crowd was getting restless, watching the scrappy wrestler being taken apart before their eyes. With some seeing Hikari as just a big bully wrestler since she could have ended the match ever since Valkyrie missed her high-risk move, and yet the other woman refuses to allow the match to end, as if she is taking out her anger on her clearly overmatched opponent, almost enjoying it in a way.

And they are correct... as Hikari enjoys venting her frustrations on Valkyrie, even to the point of wanting the smaller blond to look bad in front of her mother, as if it is her fault that she is losing a lot of matches and feeling like Valkyrie is going to replace her and take her spot... well, that will not happen on her watch, and nobody will talk about the scrappy blond after tonight. Since you will not give up with that hold... well, I just have to keep beating you some more to make you tap out. ', as the woman would allow her opponent's head to fall to the canvas, after breaking the submission hold, wanting to drag it out a bit more.

Hikari would lie on her side and wrap her toned strong thighs around Valkyrie's midsection, going for another submission hold, this time a body scissors to keep weakening her opponent back until she gives the woman what she wants to hear... a submission victory... but not even Hikari knows her opponent is a stubborn opponent, but with the scissors locked in she feels confident.

Hikari seemed to have the match under control and thus far she made sure Valkyrie could barely survive her offense, never allowing her opponent to really get back into the match at any point. She knew she could’ve had the match by simply keeping the camel clutch going a little longer but instead she was out for blood and wanted to really teach a lesson to her opponent.

Hikari would then release the hold only to have Valkyrie drop to the canvas almost unconscious. She was not done yet however, far from it. She would turn the Finnish girl around and wrap her strong muscular legs around the tiny midsection of Valkyrie. Her intent was to keep working the injured back of the smaller highflying girl, this time with a wicked bodyscissor.

Valkyrie felt the strong legs of Hikari wrapped around her injured midsection. The referee got close to the two, asking Valkyrie whether or not she wanted to give up there and there. Valkyrie grunted a little as she felt her tummy almost crushed by the strong thighs of Hikari. But she firmly shook her head, willing to keep fighting and dig way down deep… and so she would try and use her elbows to at least fight back a little, trying to hit the legs of Hikari to at the very least show some sort of fight left in her…

Hikari has been hitting her opponent with big move after big move... and yet the smaller blond has not yet submitted to her at all, much to her annoyance since she figured the match would have been over by now, but to the shock of her and Osamu at ringside. Valkyrie refused to surrender and even tried to fight back by throwing elbows at her legs to hopefully loosen up the hold around her mid-section.

But to Hikari, her opponent's elbow strikes were nothing more than an annoyance as they stung more than hurt like a bee sting, as she had another move to try on the scrawny small woman in front of her by doing another move that targets Valkyrie back some more. 'I hope this hurts some more.' Hikari would say she is pushing her opponent from in between her legs to the side.

Bringing Valkyrie to her feet, Hikari first straddles one of the opponent's legs, then reaches over the opponent's near arm with the arm close to the opponent's back and locks it. Squatting and twisting to the side, she would start to flexes the opponent's back and stretches their abdomen. locking in an abdominal stretch to see if this would be the hold to finally make the small blond tap out.

Hikari knew she had the match under control and the only thing she had to do was to keep switching her offense back and forth in order to keep her opponent guessing. This way, her fellow young lioness would have no chance to reverse and get back into the match. In fact, her only option was to try and resist as much as humanly possible but to what avail? Eventually she was gonna break and it was just a matter of time.

Hikari ragdolled Valkyrie with ease and applied a very tight abdominal stretch in the middle of the ring. She was relentless in her attempt to soften up the battered core of her opponent and didn’t seem as if she wanted to give up in her strategy. Instead, Hikari really wanted to make sure that was gonna be the first and last match of Valkyrie’s career in LAW.

To her credit, Valkyrie had the heart of a lion and didn’t seem willing to give in just yet. She grinned and moaned in pain as she was getting tortured in the hold, but defiantly shook her head when asked if she wanted to submit there and there. She didn’t wanna hear it. She wanted to stay in the fight despite the injury and the insane amount of damage she had took. In fact, she stubbornly attempted to fight out of the stretch, trying desperately to her free arm to deliver a couple of elbow shots to Hikari’s toned body… everything she could to at least ease up the pain a little

"This woman is so damn stubborn, just quit already." Hikari would think to herself while pulling on her opponent's body. She has done almost everything in her power to try and beat her opponent down with move after move, and still the scrappy underdog refuses to surrender, and every time the smaller woman keeps shoking her by trying to fight back, even now while in the stretch hold, she is slamming her elbow right into her body to ease the hold up a bit. Letting out a grunt, one of Valkyrie's elbow strikes slammed into her side.

Hikari would push her opponent away and get ready for her next plan of action to see if this would break her smaller opponent this time. reaching down, grabbing Valkyrie by the hair, and tossing the smaller woman out of the ring with ease... before running to the other side of the ring to bounce off the ropes and run back, jumping over the top rope with ease, attempting a flying cross body to the outside, hoping to crash on top of her opponent.

The match was approaching the end as Valkyrie was clearly out of it but was still hanging on out of pure resilience and instinct. Hikari definitely had a big move planned and was possibly intent on finishing this once and for all with a massive finisher. She tossed Valkyrie out of the squared circle with dominant ease. The Finnish girl landed hard on her ass and onto the outside, trying to crawl around and get some separation as both the fans and the Young Lionesses program trainer were watching with attention.

Moments after, Hikari would hop on the top rope and looked for a big, massive top rope dive to really end both the match and possibly her opponent’s career once and for all. Valkyrie was stunned and she barely even managed to get back to her feet. She did that purely because of the barricade that was nearby, which she had used as leverage to sort of straighten herself up a little. Just as she looked back to her opponent however, she realized her end might have been near.

Hikari would jump towards her in this massive crossbody attempt. Valkyrie would have probably flat out died if Hikari was to catch her off that crossbody given the massive weight difference between the two young lionesses. However, Valkyrie pulled a miraculous evasive maneuver and simply ducked to the side, jumping down and trying her best to avoid the flying body of the opponent. That is, if she managed to that in time.

Hikari knew that this was it. She was going to risk everything on this move and put her opponent out for good, since she measured up the smaller woman before doing the dive to the outside, as she wanted to crash and crush the small blond against the barricade and her body weight wanting to knock Valkyrie out completely and end her chances of making roster for good.

But her opponent was able to move at the last minute and Hikari would crash right into the barricade in a loud thud that leaves her laying on the floor in a heap, the woman clutching her stomach as she landed right on top of the object stomach first before sliding off and to the floor as her feet kick the canvas from the pain.

Her mother still at ringside stays still keeping herself from moving to check on her daughter as she is forced to watch both girls try to end each other to pick up a victory tonight, but she is proud of both of them as Valkyre showed off a lot of toughness and her own daughter is starting to improve in the middle of the ring.

In a dramatic turn of events, the finish of the match was going to be a jaw dropping one. In fact, while the bout had been surely one sided, sometimes all it takes in wrestling is just one move to change the course of an entire match. That is kinda what happened there and the reason why Valkyrie was trained to never ever give up. She knew she always going to have that chance to turn things around.

The opportunity came from that big move Hikari botched to the outside. She took quite a nasty fall and didn’t seem able to get up right away. The referee started the count ONEEEEE TWOOOOOOOO THREEEEEEEE FOURRRRRR…… Valkyrie was so spent she simply had no energy to crawl or turn to the side. She simply stood there, laid out on the outside and starting at the ceiling.

Meanwhile the referee kept going for the double count out while the crowd was echoing every number he said out loud… FIVEEEEEE SIXXXXXX SEVVEEEEENNNNNNNNNNN the crowd in attendance in the first row was up on their feet, trying to cheer the two up and see whether or not either one of them was gonna break the count… or whether the match was gonna end there and there. From the looks of things, Valkyrie surely had no gas left in the tank to break it. Hikari, however…

Hikari was hurting badly, and it was hard to breathe as she was letting out choking gasps in pain. Her stomach area is bruised and starting to swell from what looks like a chest injury the young woman suffered from slamming into the barricade, as her mother is watching all of this from the announcer table and she can't go over and help her daughter out as much as she wants to.

As the ref count reaches eight and seeing as both women are not moving around at all... it might end up in a count out as both women seem to not be moving as all, as Hikari is just holding her stomach and trying to hold herself back from crying out for her mother to help her as she grits it out trying to show off how tough she is.

[Valkyrie]

Both Hikari and Valkyrie seemed unable to really move on the outside. The referee’s count was relentless and didn’t really stop nor slowed down because the two were down and out. If anything, he kept going at the regular pace as the crowd kept echoing each single number out loud as some sort of backdrop noise.

Valkyrie was out like a light. She had absolutely nothing left in the tank whatsoever and she could barely move at all. All she did was to simply stare at the lights and pray that her opponent did not have what it takes to get back to her own feet in time. After everything she went through the idea of a double count out draw was so sweet, she couldn’t pass it on.

And so it happened. The referee finally got to ten and signaled the timekeeper to ring the bell. The crowd erupted in loud boos as they were not happy to see this match end in a no contest. Some show concern about the two young lionesses being literally comatose at ringside and unable to move… but that was it from both. They gave everything they had and ultimately ended up out on the cold unforgiving mat.
