It seemed as if Isabella was finding herself in quite a few matches as of late. Her presence here in LAW was becoming a rather usual thing as she seemed to have managed to garner an easy time in finding opponents willing to take her on. Tonight was no different as she found herself scheduled for a submission bout against a woman by the name of Minerva Darque. Isabella had been informed about who Minerva was and what kind of matches she had been in before, as well as the results. It seemed as if Minerva didn't have the best track record, but as she hadn't seen her matches herself Isabella wasn't about to judge. She would get her own view of what kind of wrestler Minerva was and decide if she was someone who needed to be put in her place or if she was someone fit to earn the respect of the self-righteous Flame Tyrant.

Now that she had managed to established herself a bit better in LAW though and have a few talks with the higher ups, Isabella had at least been able to figure out a new entrance for herself. The arena was draped in red lights as her music began to play out of the speakers. Flames began to shoot up on the ramp as Isabella stepped out onto the stage. Walking down the ramp as the flames followed her all the way down until the ramp ended, as if those flames gave her a standing ovation.

The Flame Tyrant stepped up the steel steps and the flames began to die down, the ring was still clad in red lights as she slipped into the ring and walked to the center of the ring where the area lights would shift to their normal color and hue. Isabella posed for the cameras and crowd so they could be at awe over her perfect frame. Then stepped away from the center and made her way to her corner.

Minerva Darque had been having... well, she wasn't particularly pleased with the outcomes of her last few matches, but that was all about to change tonight as she was set for yet another clash in the squared circle, this time a match that would count as a qualifier for the Apex event, something that had eyes of both spectators and wrestlers alike focused on it! And Minerva was facing off with another woman who wanted to have that spot as well, a blonde woman by the name of Isabella Brandt, though in what was all too on brand for Minerva, she had declined to do any research past the woman's name, knowing little of the competitor that she would be facing off with tonight!

Still, Minerva was confident as could be as she was next to make her entrance, stepping through the curtain and out onto the entrance ramp with little delay after Isabella had made her own walk down to the ring! The goth girl had a confident and outright cocky smile on her face as she walked down to the squared circle, umbrella shading her from the bright lights, before stepping up onto the apron and slipping inside the ring!

"Well, look at you. So pretty and proper looking... shame I'll have to humiliate you in front of this whole crowd!" Minerva cackled quietly as she closed her umbrella, setting it aside out of the ring, before turning and taking her place across from Isabella! The heel wrestler was quite confident and outwardly mocking of Isabella, her win-loss record pushed aside in her own mind as she got ready for the clash tonight, confident that she'd take this woman in front of her and leave her an utterly humiliated, defeated mess!

Isabella watched the ramp as she awaited the arrival of her opponent. Which wasn't a very long wait if she was honest. Though Isabella was rather impatient at the moment as she wanted to see if Minerva was someone whom she could find admirable or if she was another fool who needed to be put in their place. As Minerva made her way down to the ring, Isabella would step out of her corner. Walking towards the center of the ring to meet with Minerva.

Though the comments she got from the Goth-like girl, was certainly not what she had expected. " Oh? You'll humiliate me?" Isabella put on a very amused smile upon her face. She would place a hand upon her hid and the other underneath her chin. " I've very much like to see you try your hand at that. Miss Minerva Darque." Shooting off a gaze that could only be described as shooting daggers at Minerva.

Isabella would bring her hand outward from under her chin and stretch it up. Gesturing for Minerva to join her in the center of the squared circle so they could get started!

Entering the ring, Minerva and Isabella would finally get a chance to face off with one another, the two women seeming to be complete opposites, a gothic girl and a very regal looking woman, and it seemed that sparks were set to fly from the very first interaction with one another! Minerva's words to Isabella would prompt a nasty glare from the woman, the blonde responding with a challenge to the goth, daring her to try, while she extended her hand and invited Minerva to join her, the match ready to begin properly!

"Oh, you'll get exactly that." Minerva said with a smirk, stepping forwards as the bell rang, getting closer and closer to Isabella as the bell signaled the start of the match! Minerva would look to lunge forwards and grab hold of Isabella, starting things off with a lockup, where she would look to shove her foe backwards towards the edge of the ring!

The two stylishly opposing blondes stood face to face with one another. The Goth and the Ojou, were set to fight and sparks seemed to already be flying between them. Tension was rising and it was clear that they seemed ready to throw down! Isabella would scoff a bit at Minerva's smirk and those cocky words of hers. She rolled her eyes and began to move forward.

The bell had rung and now the distance between them was lessening by the second. Minerva soon lunged for her and Isabella answered in kind! Both of the blonde's locking up in the center of the squared circle and quickly began to jostle for control. The wrestler from Verona would brace her feet against the canvas and hold her ground against Minerva! Grunting a bit from the effort as she tried to simply hold the line for the moment, waiting for a moment of weakness in Minerva's attempts to push her back, and when it presented itself she would go full force in trying to push the goth wrestler backwards to the edge of the ropes!

Once the match had started, the two women, opposites in seemingly every way, would step forwards and lock up with one another, coming together as they began to push back and forth, Minerva and Isabella both trying to shove the other back and gain ground in their struggle! Minerva grunted and groaned as she attempted to push her blonde foe backwards, but the two seemed to be somewhat locked, with Isabella slowly beginning to gain ground as she pushed backwards against the goth, leaving Minerva struggling to find a way to stop it!

"Nnnngh... you haughty little bitch!" Minerva hissed, before she would attempt to suddenly shift forwards and bring her foot down hard on top of Isabella's, stomping on her foe to try and catch her off guard! And if she did so successfully, she'd give her a hard shove to try and send her reeling, breaking the lock up and hopefully try to get her foe stumbling backwards!

Isabella locked up with Minerva and began to push against the fellow blonde. Despite the goth looking girl being slightly bigger than her, Isabella looked to be the one to claim the first advantage. As she started to push Minerva backwards, slowly but surely she was gaining ground and that left her with a slight smirk on her face. Though it would seem that Minerva wasn't happy about it. As she hissed out and then suddenly stomped her boot down right on top of Isabella's foot!

The blonde would wince out and stumble as she was shoved hard by Minerva, loosing her balance a bit...Isabella was forced away from Minerva as the lock up was broken between the two of them. Hissing out in return at Minerva, Isabella would try and quickly fire back! Looking to throw her right arm up and swing a forearm strike straight into Minerva's face!

Locking up with the prim and proper looking wrestler in front of her, Minerva would shove hard against Isabella, attempting to push her foe back towards the corner, but she was quickly discovering that Isabella was quite a bit stronger than one might think, and she was losing ground fast! The goth woman needed something to turn the tides, and she would find a way to do so with a dirty maneuver, suddenly bringing her foot up and stomping down on Isabella's as she tried to shove her, forcing a break of the test of strength, much to her foe's chagrin!

"Hahahahah! How's that, you spoiled rotten little bi- UUUGH!" Minerva suddenly yelped as her head snapped back, courtesy of a forearm to the face from her opponent, slammed with a hard shot right to the jaw! The blow sent her stumbling backwards, any possible advantage suddenly yanked away from her as she was hit hard and left reeling, vulnerable to whatever Isabella had planned next!

The blonde rich girl's foot had just been stomped by the goth and while normally she would have taken a moment to recover from that pain....Minerva's insults simply spurred her on to smack the taste out of the Goth girl's mouth. Throwing her forearm up and smashing it right into the fellow blonde's face, cutting her off in mid insult as she saw her foe stumble backwards.

The Ojou wasn't going to let her chance slip away though. She rushed in towards Minerva while she had her reeling and sought to duck low! Aiming to drive her shoulder right into Minerva's gut and take her down onto the canvas with a quick spear!

After Minerva had taken a massive forearm to the face after her sneaky maneuver, rocking the goth woman and sending her stumbling backwards, trying to clear the daze that had been given to her thanks to the ojou's deceptively strong strike! However, despite how she attempted to catch herself before she ended up in the corner of the ring, she wasn't quite given the chance, as Isabella would suddenly charge towards her, making sure that the goth blonde had absolutely no way to recover, as a shoulder suddenly slammed into her gut and sent her crashing to the canvas!

"AAAGH! Uuuuugh!" Minerva let out a yelp as she hit the mat hard, slamming down with Isabella landing on top of her, the goth woman folding her arms over her stomach and letting out a wheeze, feet kicking the canvas as she rolled side to side, quite clearly feeling a lot of pain as well as being very short on breath!
