Picture Dimensions Phone vs. Computer

Hey all. One issue I've run into when uploading pictures for characters is that they either look good on my phone or on my computer, but not both. If I make the dimensions fit well for my computer, the pictures appear stretched on my phone and vice versa. Has anyone else dealt with this before and what would you recommend?
