Nico got bumped by Meiyun and smiled as her energetic fellow student was ready to go for a little training with her. "Genial! Can't wait to see what you are made off, Mei! Oh maybe you can tell me some new animes I should watch.", she said as one of her trainers offered a spar right now.
"Aaiii! Comiiiing!", she grinned and threw a thumbs up to Mei and Reny who where taking a seat, watching what was about to go down. Nico it seemed was'nt done with Rocky Quotes as she grabbed Isabellas hand with the mic and looked stoicly into the camera.
"My prediction? PAIN!", she said and jumped over to face of with Ryan.

Nico took a deep breath, the whole run and all that jumping seemed to not even have slowed her down in the slightest as she raised her arms like a flamenco dancer, her upper arms covering the lower half of her face.
"Ole!", she shouted as she jumped forward, starting the showcase of the Cardona method.
First she slipped between Ryans legs, jumping up behind him, sending quick punches with her elbows into his kidneys. Before he could turn around, Nico gracefully danced around Ryan and with a spin of her body she kicked the teacher into the back of his knee. A loud slap could be heard as her football shoes connected with Ryans skin. Having Ryan falling on one knee the agile Catalonian jumped up and roundhouse kicked Ryan into his face, bringing him to the ground. For her finale she clapped her hands and jumped on the teachers back, dancing flamenco on his poor back before letting herself drop and twist his arm behind his back. This happened in a matter of 30 seconds and Nico made sure to have the arm locked good.
"Et voila! The Cardona Method!", she said smiling into the camera

Ryan did not expect the Cardona Method to be as painful as the punches, kicks, and dancing on his back brought him complete agony. He had his arm twisted behind his back, but he would try to hit a kick to Nico’s gut to try to get her off him. The pain made it hard to focus, but Ryan would try running for Nico to go for a Spinning Heel Kick to the blonde futbol player. However, his vision was blurry a little and his aim completely missed Nico as Ryan hit the ground hard holding his body.

Sitting down in the grass, Meiyun eagerly watched her classmate take point, leaning close to the action with a grin on her face. She was pumping her fists in the air even before she had thrown her first punch. "Yeah! Yeah! Let's goooo, Nico!" she cheered - she knew that Nico had been perfecting her techniques, and she was looking forward to the opportunity to see her put them to the test. At the same time, she was curious to see how Ryan was going to counter them - surely, she thought, a well-practiced and well-accomplished wrestler like him would be ready for anything.

But it caught her entirely by surprise when Nico struck before Ryan was ready, and utterly demolished him with a fast-paced onslaught of quick motions! Meiyun's eyes widened, and her mouth dropped into a gasp as she watched the blonde leave Ryan flat out on the ground in a matter of seconds. Her movement entranced Meiyun with how fast, coordinated, and spectacular they were, somewhere halfway between a dance and a martial art - which, in fact, was exactly what the Cardona Method was. As someone with her own experience in dance training, it made it all the more fascinating - this, Meiyun thought, was something she herself just might be capable of learning! Or competing against Nico in with her own efforts - although she knew she would have to be wary, given how swiftly it had taken down Ryan!

As soon as Nico finished her dance, Meiyun jumped to her feet, clapping her hands. "That was awesome!!" she cheered. "Alright, alright, me next!" She stepped up to face Nico, meeting her eye to eye as she clenched her fists and began to sink into a stance. A grin spread over her face - maybe now, she'd be able to show off her abilities to all her classmates watching!

Although, what Meiyun wouldn't realize, not everyone was watching. Sheila had heard William's invitation, and she looked back at him, getting to her feet as well. "Aww, c'mon, I don't mind the craziness!" Sheila smiled as she stretched her arms - she was no stranger to the lunacy that happened in the LAW gyms; she was the kind of person to instigate it more than once. But the offer was nice, and she wouldn't mind a walk to help her cool down. Besides, it was a nice day, and she might as well take advantage. "A walk sounds good, though! Where to?" She strayed closer to the larger man's side.

Nico smiled at Ryan and offered him a hand. "Ho sento, Entrenador, I am too overeagee sometimes..." Then she heard Meiyun and turned around, slowly, a serious look on her face.

"The future don't matter to us. Nothing matters now. Not the land, not the
money, not the woman. I came here to see you. 'Cause I know that now you'll
tell me what you're after..." Nico quoted Heny Fonda and walked onto Meiyun like a Cowboy read to shoot. "Alright, Mei! I was looking forward to this! Don' t hold back!", Nico shouted and started her attack, swiftly like the striker she was, elegant as the dancer she was and finally, trying to use Meiyuns offensive against her she stepped aside, letting Meiyun strike the air and sent a whirlwind of elbows into the back of her friend!

William smiled and looked at the commotion going on as he grabbed Sheila by the shoulders.

“ I know this good noodle shop just across the road and it’s calling my name….or our names….but wouldn’t we smell it instead of hear it? Anyway, I didn’t feel like going alone and maybe we can bring a bowl back for your friend. After getting dragged around all day, she’s gonna need the carbs,William stated.

William and Sheila would start their walk making sure to take a path deeper into the park in order to have a few minutes to socialize.

“So, I always wonder how Australia is. The wildlife? The sights? The barbecue ribs!” William opened with an ice breaker.

Meanwhile, Jonathan laughed to himself as Ryan came over to glare him down wiping off the grass stains on his shirt and pants.

“Did you have fun, Ryan?” Jonathan asked as he leaned on the fence watching Meiyun and Nico about to throw down.

“I wasn’t ready. She caught me by surprise and I had no reaction time,” Ryan replied as he crossed his arms and blush. “This doesn’t reach Marzia.”

Sarya was looking at both girls and their sparring, she was under a tree relaxing a little bit as she stood on both feet. The white haired girl was also enjoying the view around the park, being alone.

Reny would have let out a chuckle when she saw how much that nico destory their trainer...well their trainer did get caught of guard but that is the trainer fault for not being ready when he agree to the spar

Reny would have stand up as she would have walk toward the direction of their fallen trainer(ryan) with a smile on her face "and here i thought, we will saw some impressive fit from you when you agree to spar with nico...tho i guess i was expecting to much since...let just say the only trainer that ik is insane" she said as she would have leg out a nervous laughter

"So anyway do you want any bandages, i bring a lot of them just in case anyone get hurt, so you can use them freely if you want" reny said with a smile on her face as she would have look directly at ryan

Meiyun tilted her head curiously toward Nico as the blonde approached her. She didn't exactly know what she was getting at with her movie quotes, but then again, she had come to expect that from her by now. No matter what, though, Meiyun knew she needed to be ready! She nodded her head, balling her fists and sinking down into a stance as she bent in lower at the knees. Nico had given her the invitation to throw the first blow, and she was happy to deliver on that! "All right," she said, "just don't come crying to me when I win!"

With one foot, she stepped forward; then, she hopped off the ground, lifting one knee into the air and swinging her foot out forward to meet Nico with a kick to the center of mass. She held her hands high over her head to complete the crane kick, letting out a battle cry as her lower leg cut through the air. Everything seemed perfectly composed - which was why it would prove so disappointing when, instead, Nico dodged out of the way, leaving Meiyun teetering on one leg! She let out a gasp, only for Nico to circle behind her and take her to the ground with a few elbows to the back, which left her falling over and landing on her knees. Wincing, she reached to rub at her back. "Ow, ow..."

However, Meiyun had already seen what had happened with Ryan. She didn't want that to happen again to her! She would swiftly push herself up on the palms of her hands, throwing a kick behind her to try and slow Nico down to allow her a chance to roll aside and regroup.

Meanwhile, Sheila was walking alongside with William, on their way to the noodle shop. She nodded eagerly, looking up toward him. "Yeah, of course! That sounds good! Now that you mention it, I worked up an appetite with all that exercise, heh..." She chuckled. "Oh, Australia's nice! I grew up on a farm, so I really got a good feel for the outdoors. Queensland's got a lot of rainforests and birds and lizards and stuff! Past that is where all the deserts are, though...but if you like deserts I guess that's okay! And the barbecue's great, trust me! No offense to Japan, but they really can't compare. Hey, do know if the barbecue in Norway is any good?"

Nico grinned, avoiding Meiyuns kick and instead send a barrage of hard punches into her friend, making her go down and hold her back in pain. Of course Nico did'nt enjoy seeing Meiyun hurting but they promised each other to not hold back. And she just knew that she had found someone, not unlike Teuila, who just would not give up so easily and would show her everything. And the energetic, blonde, Duracell Bunny was all to excited to see what her friend had to offer. It would'nt take long tough as a lightning fast kick hit her in the chest, making her wheeze and retreat backwards. They just had begun and Meiyun was far from finished! Now the shark had tasted blood and the Blonde got in position, looking at her friend who jumped to her feet. "It seems that we are on equal footing, eh Mei?", she said as they circled each other, a big grin on Nicos face, hidden behind her upper arm that she raised to complete her stance.
"Hey Reny, Renyyyyy look how cool we are!"

[Pegasus]

Jonathan and Ryan watched Meiyun and Nico spar in the grass. They were virtually impressed as the two showed that they were starting off equal enough. Ryan grabbed the bandages and nodded towards Reny as he kept some just in case he would need them again. Most likely for Meiyun or Nico if they went too hard. Sarya was under a tree enjoying the action and Isabella was most likely giddy about getting this footage for future training modules for the YL program.

“Wait till we get back…these girls haven’t seen anything yet,” Jonathan promised.

“I still have some things to show, chica. Nico is fast and very enduring by the looks of it, but I have more experience in the indies. I’ve used that to my strengths multiple times, but my age can catch up to me,” Ryan explained to Reny when she wondered why he got caught off guard.

Elsewhere William and Sheila would engage in their conversation as Sheila explained about her life on the farm. She would talk about her experience with the outdoors and about the good barbecue back home.

“You remind me of Kennedy. She grew up in South America and practically lived in a jungle. I guess you can see where she got the gimmick,” William joked with a small chuckle.

William then perked up at her question about Norway as his mind drifted to his girlfriend, Astrid Ostberg. He had been to Norway a couple of times mainly meeting Astrid’s folks and even training with her father. William had culture shock a few times there and had a little trouble adjusting to everything.

“It’s a weird country. You probably heard that I am dating your Heavyweight Champion and she’s taken me there to meet her folks. They had very few meat places from my observations, but it’s decent. Probably nothing spectacular like where you come from,” William answered.
