Debutantes No More: Cathy Jefferson vs Katsumi Oshiro

Having missed one chance to take the match Cathy intends to stop toying around with the punk princess now: in just her second League match the cowgirl from Montana simply can't allow another valuable opportunity to slip through her fingers. Watching Katsumi begin to push herself up onto hands and knees, the blonde bides her time... waiting until the target is rising to her feet before springing into action. Pirouetting round, Cathy unleashes a powerful roundhouse kick that catches Katsumi on the side of the head, spinning the punkette so that she drops on her back like a stone in the centre of the ring.

Cathy immediately jumps up on the nearest turnbuckle, saluting the crowd as she climbs up and signals her intention, as she turns and prepares to splash down on her prone opponent.

Katsumi makes her way up to her feet, knees bent inwards. Her eyes focus on Cathy just before a boot connects with her head, issuing a spray of sweat from her blueblack hair. She spins over, her back facing the cowgirl, before she drops to her knees. After just a second, the girl falls flat onto her back on the mat.

"Nnh.."

Dazed, battered, and beaten, Katsumi seems to just lie there in preparation for Cathy's finishing move. Her chest rises and falls rapidly, heavily, her body wanting to stay down and just recuperate while her mind is demanding she get back up. Her eyes open again, head turning to spot the blonde perched on the turnbuckle. She nips onto her lower lips, and she bides her time.

As Cathy comes down at her, she'll be met with a pair of knees thrusting up, hoping to sink into a welcoming, unprotected stomach, or maybe create a crash landing for a back. Anything other than another pair of knees would work. Unless she came down with an elbowdrop for her collar. It's a gamble in the end, but it's one Katsumi plays.

Balanced gracefully on the top turnbuckle, Cathy hesitates for the briefest of moments as she considers the wealth of options available to her. But the choice of move comes as no real surprise. After all, their supple bellies have constantly been contesting during this fight, and now she can think of nothing neater and more enticing than the opportunity to crush Katsumi's straining abs beneath her own: to finally prove her dominance over the cute little girl with the blue-black hair by winning the pinfall that way. So, with a wide grin spreading across her wholesome features, the blonde lines up her target and leaps, flying through the air with arms and legs extending in a perfectly symmetrical star shape as she plummets down into the ring.

But, just before the cowgirl comes in to land, something looks badly wrong. Katsumi's moving again, and with a sense of purpose: perhaps she's been feigning all along but, whatever the reason, her knees suddenly thrust upwards and, as she descends, Cathy is impaled on them brutally rather than enjoying the intended soft belly flop landing.

"Uuuuuuuuugghhhhhh!" There's no faking behind the country girl's loud retch of discomfort as her toned abdominals give way, allowing her solar plexus to absorb much of the impact. Cathy immediately rolls over on her side, clutching at her wounded gut; unable to think of anything else as she gasps urgently for air.

Oh, thank god. She did what she'd thought she would. What she'd hoped she would. Katsumi's knees could weather the impact of Cathy's tummy all day long, but the sound Cathy makes upon impact suggests the reverse couldn't be said! So in one brief moment, the damage Cathy had paid to Katsumi's midsection had been returned.

Energized, Katsumi pushes herself to sit up. This is her opening - her chance to really seal the deal with her opponent. With a quiet grunt, she brings herself up to her feet, staggers a step, then reaches down to grab fistfuls of Cathy's beautiful mane of hair. Pulling to force her to her feet again, much to the referee's protest, she attempts to yank the Montana-girl's head under her left arm, and sling Cathy's left arm behind her neck. She grabs for the waist of Cathy's shorts and hefts while falling back to bring her down hard against her back in a snap suplex!

But the hold on Cathy wouldn't release there. Katsumi intends to really hammer the spunk out of her opponent. With her still held, she rolls with her onto her knees and pulls her up again to immediately chain a second snap suplex! And should that one go off as well, Katsumi's still not releasing her prey! There's a third one in the making!

"Ohhhhh shiiiit nnoooo!" Still winded and gagging from the pain in her abs, Cathy finds herself reeling from the two rapid fire suplexes that Katsumi foists on her. Feeling the feisty punkette hauling her up for a third attempt, the cowgirl reacts involuntarily, her scrabbling fingers finding a purchase on the waistband of the other wrestler's short black shorts. But it's not enough to save Cathy as over she goes for the third suplex in succession.

Each slam brings a hard shudder to the ring, Katsumi holding nothing back and wanting only to wear out her opponent and take the fight completely out of her! And with the completion of the third and final slam, Katsumi... still keeps hold of her opponent. She turns over onto her knees, panting softly against the other girl's skin. "You're tough.. can't take chances with ya..," she murmurs subtly to Cathy.

Pulling once more, she raises herself and her opponent to their boots. She wants to say she doesn't know why she'd make some sort of concession to Cathy, but it'd be a lie. Despite the brutal treatment she'd just endured, and how the match had gone between the first round and now, she still likes her. She still did her a favor. "Last one.. then I'll give your back a break." After saying that, she realizes that might sound a little menacing or foreboding - as though she'd lead into a backbreaker next. That wasn't her intention! Cathy would just have to see for herself, though!

Katsumi hefts again, though this time not in a snap suplex. The Punk Princess aims to keep Cathy's body inverted, ramrod straight, her body tensed to support her weight in that precarious position. Her hand moves from the side of her hip to the front of her shorts to help keep her balanced as she waits to let the blood rush to Cathy's head. And while keeping her suspended, she turns slowly to show off Cathy's vulnerable, defenseless body and predicament to a roaring audience.

The blood rushes madly in Cathy's temples and everything seems to happen in slow motion as Katsumi holds her suspended vertically above the ring. The blonde feels more defenceless in the ring than she ever has before, knowing full well that her opponent is parading her on the verge of defeat her for the whole audience to see. Whatever happens next, Cathy will try her utmost to counter in order to save the match. But the defiant cowgirl knows she is running on empty now, and it will take a superhuman effort to recover from where she is right now.

Katsumi isn't sure how to take Cathy's silence, other than maybe the poor cowgirl is reeling that hard from the punishment she's giving her. It wouldn't be surprising. The ring itself is all but protesting the repeated slamming of Cathy's bodyweight crashing against it. But it'll have to endure just one more. ..Well, probably not just one more, but at least one final suplex.

Fingers gripping the front of Cathy's shorts, the Punk Princess pushes against her hips and falls back to drive her beautiful opponent against the mat to complete the last suplex. The hit wouldn't be gentle. It wouldn't be pretty. It'd be forceful, brutal, and perfect.

"Nghhh!!" Propelled by gravity and augmented by Katsumi's falling bodyweight, the next crash to canvas is even more shattering than Cathy feared, leaving her lying on her back, arms splayed out, twitching, hardly moving. The roar of the crowd seems a long way off as the dazed cowgirl's mouth falls open, her chest rising and falling fitfully, as she gasps for air.

At last, Katsumi releases Cathy, signaling no more suplexes in her near future. She turns over onto hands and knees to look down at her and worries her teeth over her bottom lip. Decision time. Go for the finish, or really, really play it safe and beat up on the cowgirl more? On the one hand, a sure victory is always good. It's why she'll clobber someone with a chair, after all. But on the other hand - just look at her. Cathy's in a bad way, and Katsumi's no medical expert, but she looks like she's barely holding on. Much more might be erring dangerously close to injuring her. That's just not acceptable. Not with Cathy. She'll have to roll the dice and bank on those punishing, hard slams to be enough to keep Cathy where she is. In just about any other match, it wouldn't even have been a question. But this is a match she really wants to win.

Here goes.

She crawls closer to Cathy's side and places a hand over the countrygirl's stomach. She looks out at the audience with a devilish smile, indicating to them her intentions. She then raises to her feet and grabs Cathy's wrists to turn her over a little, positioning her just so in adjacence to the turnbuckle. From there, she drops Cathy's arms above her head, hoping they'll stay there and leave her American opponent's belly taut and defenseless. She hurries up the turnbuckle, scaling one set of ropes after the other until she's perched like an impishly cute gargoyle facing the ring, her pert little rear pushed out. She raises to her full standing height and thrusts a fist into the air!

Katsumi is airborne! Her body twists in a smooth, graceful lateral half-spin, her arms and legs drawing back to pull her own toned stomach taut! Her accuracy is precise in the air, having marked her target and executed what she hopes will be the final finisher of the match: the Wild Rave. If all goes according to plan, Katsumi's bare belly will slam down hard directly across Cathy's equally bare belly for a devastating impact.
