When Eras Clash: Ingrid vs Thereisa Niedermeyer

[The Riders]

Thereisa went a little too far back when she was putting the hurt on her younger opponent. Anybody else in that position would have submitted all ready to save themselves from injury or worse, and yet the stubborn girl in front of her is still struggling and fighting to give in and submit to the hold of something that she respects from Ingrid.

What she doesn't like is that elbow that lands to the back of her head... that leaves her stunned and falling forward from the strike that knocked her into a daze.

Ingrid's cries of pain quickly turned into a smug smile, as she had made Thererisa let go of the Submission hold. "Need to think about your positioning more, Legend!" Ingrid said in a tone that was both taunting and complementary.

Ingrid slowly brought herself up to her feet, a noticeable limp in her body. Seeing that Thererisa's head was vulnerable, Ingrid decided to drop her good knee on the back of her head, hoping to do some damage.

Thereisa would groan, knowing that she made a very rookie mistake. But she wanted to close the match out due to her injuries starting to flare up again... and she didn't want to get caught slacking against the determined woman in front of her.

All she knows is that she is paying for it as Ingrid would drop her knee right onto the back of her already hurting head 'UUUGHHH' as she would roll over, clutching it with her hand. Her feet kicking the canvas as now the momentum has switched into Ingrid's side now.

Ingrid looked upon Thereisa with a smug smile, even if she still had a limp in her leg. "Don't worry Thereisa, there is more coming." She said as she got up to her feet. It was time for her to use her agility.

Hoping her leg can hold up, Ingrid stood right next to Thereisa's downed body, and then turned her back to her. Ingrid then jumped up, attempting to hit a Standing Moonsault on the much older verteran.

Letting out a groan of pain from having the knee slam to the back of her head. Thereisa was down but not out as she knew that she would have to do something to change the match around quickly, as she was on the back foot again with Ingrid rolling again.

'UUUGHhh' she would cry out, feeling Ingrid crash into her abs with a moonsault. Pushing the smaller woman off of her and rolls to her side again, coughing and gagging a bit as her abs are starting to take a beating in this match from her younger opponent.

Ingrid looked down at Thereisa with a joyful smile on her face, she was really taking it to the Veteran of this match. If she can keep going, she very much might win. Know what, she'll win right now.

So Ingrid pinned Thererisa, laying across her body, and hooking her outside leg. She then listened to the referee, hoping to get that magical three count.

The ref had quickly got into position to count the pin fall attempt. As the crowd has stood up on their feet thinking they're going to see a massive upset between the hot rookie wrestler over someone like Thereisa.

But the older woman still had a lot left in the tank, as she would push Ingrid off of her body to kick out before the count of ONE. Holding her stomach with her hand as she just needs her opponent to make one more mistake and the match will be over with.

Ingrid felt it, she was about to get the most massive win of not only her wrestling career, but her life. She was ready to hear the referee count to three. Maybe she can treat herself to some old school Wrestle Angels Matches after this.

But before she knew it, Thereisa had kick out before one. Ingrid got into a seated position off the veteran, looking completely stunned, mouth agape. How could this had happened? It's almost as though Ingrid felt she was defeated. She had to regain concentration. Ingrid knew there was one last shot she could make. If this does not work, its all over. But it will, she knows it.

Ingrid slowly walked over to the turnbuckle, still hurting from all the pain she has amounted in this match. Ingrid slowly climbed to the top rope and faced Thereisa, hopefully still down.

She then leapt off the top rope, looking to do the Pegasus Splash (450 Splash) that will hopefully finish Thereisa off.

Thereisa was done and dazed, but not out of the match at all. But she is hurting just as badly as Ingrid is due to the smaller woman taking advantage of the already existing injuries that she had coming into the match, something that she would have done to the smaller blond if Ingrid was nursing an injury as well.

As she spots her young opponent on the top rope and just waits for the right moment... Which happens as Ingrid jumps and starts to twist in midair, but Thereisa is waiting with her knees up just waiting for the young woman to crash into them chest first.

Ingrid knew that this Pegasus Splash was her last opportunity at beating Thereisa. Her confidence was shook after the one count and her body had been beaten and torn apart by the older veteran. But she knew if she landed the splash, there was no way Thereisa was kicking out, and she will have her win over the legend. She may be desperate, but sometimes a desperate Ingrid is her most dangerous,

And then her stomach crashed onto Thereisa's knees. Ingrid slowly rolled off, breath left her body as she rolled onto her back, holding her stomach in pain. "GUAGH!" She whimpered.

Looks like she failed, and very likely Thereisa will finish her off. At least she lost to a legend.
