The lights in the arena went dark, as the riffs of Wyvern's theme began blasting over the crowd. As usual, Wyvern delayed her entrance until the lyrics of her theme began, allowing the full explosion of light and sound that accompanied her entrance music to fully herald her appearance before walking out from the gorilla position. Contrary to her usual feral, stalking pace into the ring, this time the Irish wrestler moved with an easy, relaxed stride down the ramp. Moreover, she hadn't bothered with her MMA gloves this time, as they would only hold her back. She tuned out the crowd, her expression locked in its usual hostile stare. The announcer's voice blared out through the arena's speakers.

"The following contest is set for one fall, and is a hardcore match! Making her way to the ring, from Drogheda Ireland, weighing in at 137 pounds...WYVERN!"

Wyvern herself still didn't merit much of a reaction from the crowd, but the announcement of the match type certainly had. Scattered cheers and the rumble of conversation filled the arena at that particular revelation. The corners of Wyvern's lips twitched into a momentary smile as she rolled under the bottom ropes and into the ring. If that's what they wanted, they were about to see something special. Coming to her feet, Wyvern pulled at a few of the ring ropes to test their security before taking a seat on the bottom turnbuckle in one of the ring's far corners. Hunching over and resting her elbows on her knees, she stares up at the titantron and awaits her opponent, absent-mindedly adjusting the wrappings around hands and fingers as she does so.

Luiza has been on the biggest streak she would have never guessed to happen to her. Every match she has been in is just nothing but defeat after defeat, and even the ones where it looked like she can win she somehow ends up on the losing end with her either being humiliated in front of the fans, or being stripped for everyone to see her laying defeated.

As she makes her way out on stage with her music playing to the loud chants and jeering of boos coming from the crowd, more are mocking her for being on her losing streak that has since past twenty losses already and others think maybe more than that right now.

As she slides into the ring giving a glare to her opponent who is standing on the other side of the ring and even points at the woman with her finger, ‘Prepare to be defeated for tonight that blasted losing streak for tonight I will and crush you.’ she says while smirking, filled with confidence that she can beat her opponent and finally get a victory to her name.

Wyvern didn't immediately stand up as Luíza entered the ring, instead looking over her opponent's body and movements as the larger wrestler slid inside, trying to get a feel for how she might fight just from observation. Luíza's challenge finally provoked a visible response from the younger wrestler, which caused her to put her palms on her knees and push herself to her feet and away from the corner. As she tugged at her wraps one final time, her eyes narrowed into a glare as they locked onto Luíza's own. Wyvern kept moving forward, stopping less than a foot away from Luíza, needing to tilt her head up to maintain eye contact with the taller woman. Squaring up, she moves into a modified Muay Thai stance before speaking.

"I won't stop you if you want to get a weapon before we start. I don't want this to be too easy."

In truth, Wyvern's words belied the level of caution she felt towards her opponent. Luíza was taller, stronger, and far more experienced than Wyvern was, even if age was likely catching up to her. Her pride was clearly smarting, though, and that might make her easy to rile up. Wyvern didn't taunt her to try to trick her into making a mistake, though; she just wanted her opponent going full force right from the start. This was her first hardcore match in Japan. She wanted to savor it.

Luiza's mouth would drop at the disrespect she feels she is getting from her opponent, who had the nerve to say something like that to her face. Almost as if her opponent feels that she has no chance of beating her unless she gets a weapon just rubs her the wrong way, as she stalks forward and getting face to face with Wyvern and slaps the younger woman in the face for that insult that she feels is being shown to her for that which keeps happening to her.

‘ How dare you assume that I need a weapon to beat you... You cocky bitch is going to learn that I don’t need one to defeat you.’ She says with her hand on her hip. Before raising her hand up to give her opponent another slap to the face since the match has already started, and she herself is being very cocky and overconfident in her skills.

Despite already being in a stance well-suited to blocking, Wyvern doesn't even attempt to block Luíza's strike. Taking the slap full on across the mouth, Wyvern doesn't even flinch or make any exclamation of pain as her head is forced to the side. Instead, as she lazily turns her head back to look at Luíza again, the older wrestler can see that her face has split open into a thin, small smile, exposing the barest hint of some teeth. She makes no immediate attempt to retaliate, letting Luíza say her piece and prepare another blow without any overt reaction beyond a slight working of her jaw. Losing streak or no, the slap had packed considerable power behind it.

The moment Luíza commits to the second slap, however, Wyvern launches herself into action. Instead of dodging or blocking, she steps forward, moving far enough into Luíza's reach that the slap cannot properly connect. Ducking under the swing as she moves, Wyvern throws a punch forward, trying drive her fist into Luíza's solar plexus. Despite the extremely short range and Wyvern's slender frame, the blow packs a shocking amount of force behind it. Immediately pulling back to create space, Wyvern follows up by throwing a low kick at Luíza's knee, intending to begin the process of chopping her opponent down to size.

Luiza was hoping that her opponent would take the second slap to the face and not try to fight back against her. But not to the surprise of anyone who has seen a Luiza match would know what about happening to the big woman, as Wyvern would duck underneath her arm and land a punch to the older woman's stomach.

The impact forces her to bend over and spit to leave her mouth as she coughs and gags from the punch, but that just left her open to get kicked in the knee by the other woman that lands as well forcing Luiza to stumble backwards in pain after just two moves.

Wyvern wasn't expecting her attacks to be nearly so effective this early in the match, especially against such a large and heavily muscled opponent. For a moment, she considered the possibility it was all a bluff, but then she remembered Luíza's match history. Disappointing. Not giving her opponent time to fully recover, Wyvern pressed forward and launched herself off of her feet, attempting to hit Luíza head on with a Front Dropkick forcefully enough to knock her into the ropes. If this succeeds, Wyvern kips up to her feet, then runs backwards to rebound off of the top ropes. Speeding straight towards Luíza, Wyvern leaps into the air and attempts to use a Sling Blade to drag herself and her opponent over the top ropes and onto the outside!

Luiza was already in trouble and the older woman knew it... Hell, everybody knew it as soon as those two punches landed in her mid-section that forced her to bend over. But the woman refuses to believe that she is washed up or yesterday's news, as she forces herself up to meet her opponent head on again, but by that time Wyvern was already moving and in the air at this point.

‘Ugh’ Luiza would cry out. As she was sent into the ring ropes leaning against them, dazed and stunned, but that was all her opponent needed as the other woman at this point had kipped back up to her feet and was heading her way again.

As she is sent over the top rope and slams back first to the padded floor on the outside of the ring from taking Wyvern sling blade clotheslines that knocked her for a loop.

While not graceful enough to land on her feet, Wyvern still hit the outside of the ring with far less force than Luíza due to her overall control of the fall. Standing with little delay, Wyvern looked down at the larger wrestler. Rather than immediately going on the offensive, as she might have normally, Wyvern stopped and regarded Luíza with an unreadable expression. After a few moments, she sighed, then turned away and knelt down next to the ring. Sliding her hand under the skirt, she felt around for a few moments before withdrawing a metal folding chair. Rather than immediately taking advantage of the retrieved object to further swing the match in her favor, Wyvern instead opened the chair up and set it down facing away from Luíza's prone form. Dropping into a reverse seat on the chair, Wyvern folded her arms on the chair's back and rested her chin on them, impassively staring down at Luíza as she waits for the older wrestler to recover herself.

Stunned, but not enough as the fans would want due to Luiza being able to take a lot of pain. She would slowly push herself up to her feet glaring at the woman who is treating her like she is nothing but gum on the bottom of her boots, ‘Don’t you mock me like that you bitch...’ she says on her feet and lunges at Wyvern trying to go for a drop kick to the other woman's face again.

Hoping that this time she can land a move on her opponent and not get shown up by someone who looks like she is just started wrestling compared to her.
