Ryu Hiroshi vs Misaki Toyoda - Japanese Pride II

Despite her valiant effort, Misaki was being pushed back by her male opponent. Slowly but surely, it seemed as if victory was going to be his in this grapple battle when suddenly Misaki would twist to the side and exchange their position to use his momentum against him. Ryu gasped in surprised when he found himself switched places with his opponent. With a firm push, the Dragon was now cornered and had his back pressed up against the turnbuckle.

"Guuuuugh!" he suddenly cried out when her knee rammed up into his gut to drive the wind right out of him. Ryu would slump over and lean onto Misaki for support as he was breathless and was struggling to stay on his feet from the harsh knee strike.

After driving her knee into Ryu's gut, Misaki could tell that she was on the lead here. Grabbing Ryu's body, Misaki would prepare herself for her next move as she would then fall back and roll her lower body up, bringing her feet right onto Ryu's midsection before she attempted to flip her opponent over with a monkey flip.

The crowd would become animated by the dynamic movements of Misaki, and after executing the monkey flip, she would immediately get herself on her knees before popping herself back up onto her feet, turning around so that she could see her opponent after monkey flipping him. She was certain that the move could at least render her opponent stunned a little.

The Japanese male wrestler let out a loud grunt as her knee struck his abdomen, forcing him to double over a bit while struggling to catch his breath. He leaned onto Misaki who would push him back up against the turnbuckle. The Ace would then roll her lower body up, bringing her feet into his mid-section and grabbing his shoulders before letting gravity do its thing causing her to fall back down onto her back while dragging Ryu with her. With the use of her legs against his body she would flip him up and over her back to the middle of the ring executing a perfect monkey flip.

The crowd went into a frenzy watching Ryu's back slam hard against the mat. He would howl in pain as he shifted up to a seated position, clutching his back in pain while kicking the mats wildly.

Flipping Ryu over with a monkey flip, Misaki pushed herself up and looked at her opponent's direction. Seeing him to be in pain, Misaki would make her way towards him, grabbing him by his head before putting herself behind him in a seated position. From there, she would try to put him into a rear naked choke and a body scissor, choking him from behind while squeezing his midsection with her powerful legs.

"You should give up on this one," Misaki informed him as she squeezed him as hard as she could with the submission hold.

Clutching his back in pain from being tossed to the mats via the monkey flip, Ryu would roll over and shift up to a seated position which allowed the Ace to make her way towards him and grab his head to keep him there and wrap her arm around his neck while taking a seat behind him. The Ace would trap him in a sleeperhold submission before her legs would wrap around his midsection too for a body scissor. Ryu gasped and struggled, trapped in a painful dual submission hold. His hands raised up in the air, flailing about before he fell down to his side.

"Gugh! Nrghhh oww" he moaned quickly grabbing her arms to try and pry them off his neck. Ryu would begin to roll left and right, doing everything he could to try and weaken her grip. "Teishutsu o kyohi shimasu {I refuse to submit}" he said while struggling to breathe. He would try to reach out towards the ring ropes, looking to roll towards them and try to grab onto them.

Despite Misaki's effort, Ryu refused to submit, and he started rolling left and right before he tried to reach the ropes. Misaki could tell that sooner or later, she would lose her grip on him, and that was proven true when Ryu managed to slip away and make his way to the ropes. Grunting, Misaki would pick herself up and carefully watch her opponent to see what he would do next. She was planning that the moment Ryu had let go of the ropes, she would close in and grab him to pull him back to the center of the ring.

Ryu was struggling to breathe with Toyoda having trapped him in the sleeper and body scissor. He shifted to the left and to the right, doing his best to drag the two close to the ropes whereby he grabbed them to earn the rope break. Misaki would release the hold and stay close to the male wrestler while he held onto the ropes, slowly getting up onto his knees. It seemed Misaki did not want to wait and would grab him the moment he would release the ropes and grapple him back to the middle of the ring.

Ryu would break from the grapple and lower himself, looking to drive his shoulder into her abdomen to stun her. If that worked, he would tuck her head under his armpit and grab her wrestling briefs, looking to pull her up and over him vertically before crashing down on his back to drive her back first into the ring mat for a standard vertica suplex!

If everything went according to plan, he would go for a quick pinfall attempt.

When Misaki closed in and grabbed onto Ryu's body, Ryu managed to drive his shoulder into her midsection, causing her to gasp out in pain. "AGH!!" Then, her head was grabbed and then put into a front facelock before Ryu hoisted her up and threw her down onto the mat with a vertical suplex!

"AUGHH!!"

Laid out on the mat, Misaki was then pinned by Ryu, and the referee started counting.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

At the count of two, Misaki kicked out, breaking the pin, though the suplex had rendered her a little loopy.

Looking to cut down her momentum, Ryu allowed Misaki to drag him to the middle of the ring where he would suddenly drive his shoulder into her gut to knock the wind out of her and leave her doubled over, stunned in front of him. From there, he would trap her in a front facelock and quickly pull her up and over him, driving he down hard onto the mat for a standard suplex. Going for the pin, the tenacious brunette would kick out after the two count but she was left reeling and in pain.

Ryu would shrug his shoulders, reaching out to grab her head and pull her back up to her feet alongside with him. The Dragon would lean onto her, wrapping his arms around her waist to trap her in a crushing standing bearhug, squeezing the life out of the Ace of Berserk in an effort to make her submit.

"Give it up, there is a lot of time left so just give up now so you can last the whole match" he advised her.

Still reeling from the suplex, Misaki was in no shape to prepare herself for what was coming next as Ryu went to wrap his arms around her body, putting her into a bearhug. "AAAAHHHH!!" Misaki screamed out as she threw her head back, her face scrunching up in pain from having her body squeezed by Ryu's powerful arms.

She knew that she needed to conserve her energy somewhat due to this match being an ironman match. So, seeing that she she shouldn't wait until much later, Misaki reluctantly submitted to Ryu, tapping on his arm to signal her submission. From there, Ryu would get one score against her, putting her in disadvantage.
