Wrestle Angel Showdown: Toshimi Minami vs. Thunder Ryuko

"Oomph....arrrrgh!"

Ryuko struck Toshimi hard, but Toshimi came back woth two hard strikes of her own! Ryuko was not going to be outdone like this, not without a fight. Ryuko was in a bad way aftwr the hard shots but she still had some gas ledt in the tank. She howled as she stepped in and swung a hard uppercut at Toshimi's jaw!

Toshimi's strikes hit hard and true, but that didn't seem to slow down Ryuko Yoshida as the brunette came in and smacked her right in the jaw with a brutal uppercut, snapping the jaw of the raven haired girl shut as she was sent stumbling backwards, it looked for a moment as if Toshimi was going to fall backwards, but she managed to right herself into a proper standing position.

Looking fairly vulnerable for a second, she waited for Ryuko to move towards her before she would throw a quick kick straight into Ryuko's stomach. Trying to stun the woman, before attempting to throw her right arm upwards as the hopefully doubled over Ryuko, trying to catch her with a wild and powerful uppercut in payback, straight on the Thunder Ryuko's chin.

Ryuko kept hammering Toshimi, but Toshimi kept hitting her back twice over! This was a pace Ryuko couldn't keep up. She stumbled back and slumped down to a knee glaring at Toshimi. She had to do something, and now. Going for broke, Ryuko sprang up in an attempt to catch Toshimi off guard, rushing her and jumping forward trying to plant Toshimi with a running clothesline!

Toshimi wasn't going to shrug that one off provided it landed. Ryuko had enough of this woman and wanted to try to take her head from her shoulders to set up the end of this pesky submission specialist!

Toshimi's strikes were hitting hard and true as she drove punch after punch into Ryuko and then managed to hammer the Thundering one straight in her belly and then in the chin, sending Ryuko stumbling backwards as the raven haired one stood there panting out. Her eyes fixed on the lighting dragon before her, it would be a Herculean task to tame and make Thunder Ryuko submit....but she had done it before and she would do it again.

The Venus of Submission narrowed her eyes as she saw the black clad woman charge right at her. That arm stretched out as she came running in at the purple clad woman. Toshimi was quick and limber though, ducking in under the womans' arm and spinning on her heel to try and slip in behind Ryuko. Her arms would quickly try and latch around that head and neck and start to squeeze upon a brutally tight sleeper hold.

She raised her right boot off of the ground and would stomp it against the back of Ryuko's knee, trying to drive Ryuko down onto her knees and then fall backwards. Trying to get onto her back and pull Ryuko on top of her, where Toshimi's legs would try and slide down and slip around Ryuko's limbs, trying to spread them out a bit in a painful and embarrassing grapevine while trying to choke Ryuko out. " Sleep Empress....It's time for your nap."

Ryuko swung and missed, realizing entirely too late what a big mistake this was. Toshimi had her wrapped up in short order and Ryuko reached up, trying to pull on Toshimi's arms to pry them off. She didn't expect to escape this way, but any breathing room she could create bought her time to try to escape by any means necessary!

Ryuko felt her self slipping fast, and tried with all her might to roll hard to her side, hoping to keep the two of them rolling until they came to a rest against the ropes! It wasn't a glorious or overpowering escape, but any escape was a good one right now as far as Ryuko was concerned.

Toshimi Minami had Ryuko where she wanted her now and was spreading those legs out with her own while she was putting a nasty squeeze upon that throat and neck of the Thunder Empress. Feeling the tight frame of Ryuko grind against hers as the fierce brunette struggled wildly in her girp, managing to roll them over towards her their side.

The Second that Ryuko managed to roll them over onto her front, Toshimi sprung to action! As she quickly changed her hold. Her legs slipping off Ryuko's legs and instead both came to scissor the woman's right leg as her arms quickly shifted their grip to attempt and lock Ryuko into a quick but perfectly executed toe-hold crossface, which was the lethal Neo Sazan Cross-lock. One of Toshimi's deadly submission holds.

Ryuko cried out as her plan didn't quite work out! She was in a lot of pain bit in a position to try to continue her tortured crawl to freedom, literally.

Ryuko didnroll them once and was closer to the ropes. She was able to breathe although her body was wracked with agony. She tried to use what was left of her strength to crawl to the ropes, doing all she could to not tap out!

Toshimi Minami put a stop to the woman's plan as she stopped her from rolling any further and locked in her dangerous submission finisher. Or rather, one of them. The raven haired woman was confident that she would be able to get Ryuko to tap now, the woman was already short of breath and this would only help.

Besides, with the control of that leg she knew that Ryuko would have a hard time to crawl, and rolling wasn't an option anymore. She felt Ryuko try and crawl towards the ropes, they weren't far off, but they weren't close either. It would be a great struggle and Toshimi was going to make sure that it was a futile one. As she leaned back and up to make crawling forward hard and also put a more painful crank on the hold and squeeze around that neck. " You're finished....B-rate Ryuko..." Toshimi Minami whispered softly to Thunder Ryuko, right in her ear.

Ryuko cried out in pain, her progress agonizingly slow. She did her best, but her energy was fading fast and the pain mounting quickly. She tried to keep crawling, drawing closer but her progress was slow.

Ryuko cried out in pain, doing all she could to reach out but her hand fell short of the rope! She felt a snapping pain in her and the howl that escaped her mouth echoed throughout the arena as she began tapping! She held out as long as she could, but knew the snapping and popping coupled with the shooting pain possibly meant an injury. Stubborn pride was meaningless if a career got cut short. Humiliation flooded her as she tapped, but knowing that she could hopefully fight another day was better than being put on the shelf for months to recover.

Toshimi Minami would narrow her eyes as she saw Ryuko's arms reach out for those ropes, but she was just shy of reaching them...Toshimi wasn't going to allow that, she tightened her hold further and with it she could hear the snap crackle and pop of Ryuko's body going through as much pain as possible for the Thundering Wrestler.

Ryuko then wisely started to tap against the mat, which caused Toshimi to show a slight smirk on her face. Not one to revel in other's despair and humiliation for too long she was quick to release Ryuko. She didn't want to injure Ryuko Yoshida after all. She only wanted to beat her and teach Ryuko where her place was.

After releasing Ryuko she took a handful of that ponytail of Ryuko's to keep her face from falling into the canvas from the position. She would lay next to Ryuko, her bust pushing against Ryuko's side as she leaned in to Ryuko's ear. " You put up a valiant struggle, little dragon." Toshimi whispered in a cold manner to the black clad woman, " Yet as usual you fell short. Maybe next time you'll do better. For now though...you'll remain a B-grade wrestler." Toshimi Minami let out in soft cold whispers to Ryuko as she would slowly lower her rival's head down and place her forehead against the canvas. The Venus of submission would rise up towards her feet and let out a huff of air. Her body was sweaty and rather hurt from the match with the fellow Wrestle Angel veteran, she got her hand raised by the referee and a rather mixed reaction from the crowd. She looked as if she didn't care as she simply looked down at Ryuko for a moment, wondering how the Rising Dragon would take her words.
