Corey Sniper got herself a match in the yearly We Are LAW PPV, and this time, the match would be an Apex qualifier match. Always ready to face whoever it was so that she could show off more of her stuff later down the line, the former Wrestle Angel was prepared for the match. Clad in her signature wrestling outfit, Corey would then make her entrance as her name was announced, which earned her quite a pop from the crowd as she made her way down the ramp.

Also, for this occasion, Corey was followed by her sister, Lily Sniper. They weren't teaming up with each other, no, but she was there as an entourage, accompanying her for the match. Corey seemed happy to have her sister joining in, even though she wouldn't be fighting alongside her in this match.

Entering the ring, Corey climbed up the turnbuckle to get the crowd invested in the match. Meanwhile, Lily remained at the apron, watching her younger sister getting the crowd cheering for her. Corey wanted her to join her in order to give her extra motivation for this match.

From what Corey had heard, she would be facing someone named Emaline in this match. Whoever she was, Corey was ready to take her on and defeat her so that she could qualify herself for the Apex Event somewhere down the line. After hopping off the turnbuckle, she would wait for her opponent to show herself as she leaned against the turnbuckle, draping her arms over the ropes as her eyes were directed at the entrance. As for Lily, she had a neutral expression as she waited at the apron near to the turnbuckle where Corey was leaning on, waiting for this Emaline to show up.

Emaline along with the rest of the Emerald Enclave congregated within the locker rooms. However, her priority lay not with her own stablemates but instead her own appearance; she spent her time in front of the mirror combing her hair and appraising her outfit, an ostentatious neon green two-piece with pink accents that matched her vibrant hair. The instance she confirmed the silkiness of her hair to match her high standards and her appearance was impeccable, she turned her attention towards her friends.

"May I rest assured that you both fully comprehend and appreciate the importance of this match." She asked imperiously.
"Yup!" Yoro chirped happily.
"Y-yes..." Shira seconded tenatively.

A thin grin formed on the Viper's lips upon hearing an affirmative from both women. And right on queue, a LAW official arrived and summoned her to the ring. With a mere inclination of her head, she ordered the stable to move out. Invariably, she lead the group as they left for the arena.

Entrance Theme

Her music resounded throughout the arena to herald her arrival alongside the rest of the Enclave. As per usual, a vile cocktail of urbane grace and malicious arrogance characterised Emaline's stride while she strutted down the ramp. Moreover, her presence evoked the typical round of boos as well as the odd couple cheers from the audience. She paid neither much mind. Instead, she preferred to cast the crowds a cursory dismissive glance paired with her conceited grin.

On the other hand, Yoro cheerfully jogged about, high-fiving audience members along the way. Whatever hate may have been directed at the pinkette dissipated in the face of Yoyo and her happy-go-lucky attitude. In contrast to both ladies, Shira nervously followed nervously behind them, mustering a slight smile and small wave at those who noticed her.

Much like Lily, both Enclave members stayed grounded while Emaline ascended the ring apron. From there, she grabbed onto the top ropes and slowly yet elgantly backflipped into the ring. She then placed her hands behind her back and sauntered closer to her opponent. However, she remained silent and merely smirked at Corey, leaving her to open the conversation.

Both the Sniper sisters watched Emaline and her entourages making their entrance. Both of them weren't sure what to think of them, though Corey seemed determined to win this. Meanwhile, Lily had an unreadable expression on her face as she studied the woman that her younger sister would face next. Seeing the grim look on her older sister's face, Corey asked her, "What's the matter, sis?"

"It's nothing..." Lily said coolly. "It's just... the girl you're gonna face... she somehow pisses me off..." she said. Corey let out a laugh upon hearing that from Lily. "Well, I'm gonna stay outside. I'm not gonna help you win this match, but if they try to do anything dirty, I'll make sure to stop 'em." Lily told her younger sister.

"Alright. Well, just watch me win this match, okay?" Corey grinned as she prepared herself for the match. As Lily stayed at the corner, Corey walked towards the center of the ring, meeting Emaline. Noting the smirk on her face, Corey showed her own confident smile. "So, what's your deal? I hope that cocksure attitude isn't just for show. That'd be disappointing if you're so easy to beat." She told Emaline as she waited for the match to begin.

"~Hmm?~" Emaline hummed in a confused yet sing-song fashion in response to Corey's question. "Excuse me but mentioning my apparent 'cocksure attitude' may be a tad hypocritical." The Viper replied in such an excessively polite manner that she came off as patronising. Her smirk softened but persisted nonetheless. "You, yourself highlighted your own hubris when you told your sister to 'watch you win'." She paused to snicker. "I shall enjoy putting your delusions to rest."

When the bell rung, she presented both of her hands to her opponent. "Very well, I suppose a demonstration of my wrestling prowess would be prudent." Her grin grew wider while she issued her challenge. "Come, face me in a test of strength." However, the test of strength offer was little more than a ploy. Should Corey lock hands with Emaline, she would hop upwards and snap her thighs shut around her foe for a crushing bodyscissors.

Corey just laughed upon hearing Emaline's response to her words. Well, now it was time to focus on the match. As soon as the bell rung, Corey looked at Emaline who offered a test of strength. Not giving this much thought, Corey would accept the test, but as soon as she went for the test of strength, Corey suddenly got her opponent's legs around her waist in a bodyscissor!

"Nnghh!!"

Wincing from the sudden pressure around her waist, Corey took a few seconds to regain her bearing. Clicking her tongue, Corey would try to get her hands free, planning to use them to strike at Emaline. But those legs around her waist was distracting, and she needed some time to focus on what to do to her opponent.

Seeing Corey try to wrench her hands free of Emaline's grasp, she reacted accordingly and tightened her grip. At the same time, she exerted more of her leg strength, squeezing her opponent's abdomen even harder. "Hmph." She scoffed contempteously as a malicious grin formed on her face. "Such an ill-thought-out attempt to escape. How hilariously pitiful." Without warning, she threw her head forwards for a heatbutt aimed at Corey's nose.

Despite her best effort, Corey failed to free her hands, and the hold around her waist had tightened even more, making it hard for her to think. "Ngghh... s-shut up!" She barked at Emaline. But before she could anything else, her opponent suddenly threw her head forward, hitting the younger Sniper sister with a headbutt!

"AWGHHH!!"

The force of the headbutt caused Corey to lose her footing and she fell down onto the mat. She was left reeling from it, and Emaline would have ample opportunity to continue with her dominance over her.

Both women collapsed to the canvas courtesy of Emaline's headbutt knocking Corey off balance, prompting the former to giggle at the latter's expense. "~Ohoho, my~"
"Woo! Go Ema!" Yoro cheered upon seeing her friend take the lead from the start of the match. Shira also cheered though she preferred to just clap her hands.

The Viper let go the redhead's left hand and fell to her side. With deft precision, Emaline transitioned from a bodyscissor to a cross armbar. She clamped her thighs around Corey's right bicep and yanked her wrist, pulling her right arm at an irregular angle. "I would very much appreciate it if you entertain my request." The pinkette resumed speaking in a mockingly urbane manner. "Please grace my ears with your screams."

Felled by the headbutt, Corey was left disoriented and reeling, and Emaline then transitioned her current hold into another one as she then subjected Corey into a cross armbar. When the hold was locked in, Corey's eyes widened as she then screamed out in pain. "NGYAAHHHHHH!!!" She tried her best to endure the hold, but she was always weak against submission holds, and while she had improved quite significantly these days, they still remained her bane.

So, in her desperation, she would use her free hand to hammer her fist right at one of Emaline's legs. She would make sure to clench her fist so that the referee wouldn't mistake it for tapping out. She would try to make it difficult for Emaline to maintain the hold as she would continue punching at her leg. She hoped that her endurance wouldn't run out, or things might get even worse for Corey.
