Training: how to be a badguy?

Sandra would look up and down Piper again. “yeah I really see the cheerleader in you…” she said half jokingly. “but yeah we really need to work on this power front of you, being fast and agile is great… but if your punches don´t hurt you won´t get far.” Sandra would lean in. “and don´t worry about the food… just eat a lot of broccoli, rice and fish and you will see results really fast!” Would Sandra say slapping piper on the back.
“and yeah how about plank, sit ups and pushups? How well can you do them?”

"Eep!" Yelping from Sandra's pat on the back the blonde had to resist the urge to give a glare at the woman as she looked up at her. "Planking is no problem for, and I can do about forty push ups and sit ups fairly easily. I can do more but then its difficult, probably no more than fifty though." Piper explained while walking and leaning against the side of the ring apron. "Also do you even know what a pescetarian is?" Piper asked sarcastically as she waited for Sandra's response on how they should proceed.

“hm yeah I think I do, aren´t you refusing to eat meat and other animal products but still eating fish?”, would Sandra say before she would slide out of the ring to the outside and walk along the ring. “hm 40 is okay for a starting point, I want you to try to do 100 push ups a day, odn´t have to be all at once just over the day. Same goes for sit ups, try to reach 100 a day.” She would wave the girl to come outside of the ring as well. “how about you give me 40 right now?” would she ask fully awear how worn out Piper was from the training but she was planning on pushing the girl to her limits.

Piper shot a snooty glare at Sandra as she managed to correctly describe her preference of diet which the blonde honestly didn't expect. "Lucky guess." The blonde said more to herself than anything as she focused on the woman who began to move out of the ring. Forcing herself up and following her Piper's eyes would widen slightly at what she said, surprised at what she said as far as how hard she should be pushing herself.

Opening her mouth Piper was about to unleash some choice words to Sandra up until she heard the back half of her words and that they didn't have to be all at once. Choosing to then just grumble to herself Piper nodded before giving the flattest of looks to the woman. "Seriously?" The blonde asked in exasperation before dropping it there and deciding to just do it, knowing at this point there was no point in arguing with Sandra. Getting onto her hands the blonde began to push herself up, doing as she requested by starting to do push ups.

After doing some more light exercises with the younger woman, Sandra would lean down to reach out her hand. “well done young one!” would she say teasing Sandra again. “your hate makes you strong!” she would offer the young girl to help her up. “lets call it for today, and hit the showers!” would Sandra say. She would wink the little girl and head ahead. When Piper entered the shower, Sandra was already naket with only a towel around her body and walking over to one of the shower cabins.

Piper groaned and grunted as she finished the last of the exorcise that Sandra had laid out for her. "Ugh.. Finally." Piper groaned as she stood up to her feet. Stretching her back and arms out a bit Piper slowly made her way over to the locker room, Sandra having already beaten her there with her head start. Opening the door and seeing Sandra in just a towel Piper would blink with a deadpan, having quickly gotten used to the woman's nude form given their... activities last night. So with a sigh she just stripped her work out clothes and kicked her shoes off before walking into the shower herself, sighing in relief as the hot water ran down her body.

Sandra would sneak up behind her new trainee and would slowly reach out with her hands before warping them around the midsection of piper. She would pull the small girl backwards and began to gently pet her belly. She would have her fingers gently run over the skin of Pipers midsection while rubbing her breasts over the back of the smaller woman, beginning to kiss her ear on the left side of Pipers head.
“time for my payment as your trainer!” would Sandra say with a small giggle. She would begin to gently push piper forwards against the wall of the shower. She would rub her body against the back of piper while moaning more.

Piper sighed softly feeling the warm embrace of the shower, not even noticing Sandra's absence until a second, abrupt embrace encircled around her. "Oof! Whoa what!?" Piper asked in surprise, jumping if she had the ability too were she not hauled up by the woman. But it soon became abundantly clear what Sandra had in mind when she began rubbing and grinding against the blonde. "Nghhhh whoaa.." Moaning softly in pleasure from the action Piper would blush softly as she was pushed up against the wet wall of the bathroom. "Nghhh aghhh." Moaning softly in response to the kisses to her ear as well as the rubbing and grinding to her backside there wasn't much of anything Piper could do but take it and dole out Sandra's payment as best she can.

Sandra would suddenly let go of the belly of her traine and grab her hips. With one intensive pull she tried to turn the girl around and push er back against the wall. She would lean over the girl as her hands wandered to her butt grabbing a good hold onto her cheeks and lifting her up into the air. She would pull Pipers body against her own and squash her against the wall at the same time to hold the small girl up at her butt. Sandra then pushed her face down into the face of Piper and began to kiss her intensively, in a French way. Shoving her tong into the mouth of the other girl she would begin to tong wrestle her.

Piper grunted and moaned softly as Sandra loomed over and pressed tightly against her from behind, forcing her face into the wall in the process. "Ngh... ah!" Piper moaned before yelping in surprise when she was suddenly turned around and lifted up by nothing but her ass and pressed back first into the wall. Looking into Sandra's eyes with a 'really?' Expression Piper would meet the red haired woman head on in a intense and fiery make out session, kissing and tonguing her with intensity and fervor, refusing to go down as easily as she had the other night!
