Cathy realises Katsumi is as good as at her mercy and its now or never - if she moves fast enough! She's already decided on one of her signature moves as she grabs her opponent around the torso, compressing both pairs of luscious boobs as she turns Katsumi upside-down while straining to move far enough away from the ropes to create enough space to deliver the full piledriver. Taking a halting step forward while balancing her inverted opponent's full weight in the air, Cathy needs to hurry as she can already feel Katsumi tensing, preparing to react.

Katsumi starts to move an arm to protest Cathy snatching her off the ropes, but said ropes stop it shot - her arms still draped. It slows her to the point of helplessness for the setup. She's grabbed around the waist and pulled in tight, popping loose of the ring's perimeter. Her perky breasts mash into Cathy's chest, bare, svelte belly against the cowgirl's toned stomach. The Punk Princess inhales sharply, her lips parted, but her voice catches in her throat. Vivid green eyes meet as she's compressed tight to the other girl.

Cathy doesn't freeze, though.

She suddenly finds herself inverted, not entirely unfamiliar with the position, but always of her own volition. "A-.. no..!" Realization hits her as hard as she fears her head will hit the mat soon. The position, in light of the tension she'd felt moments ago, isn't lost on her. But the trembling Cathy will start to feel in her foe isn't for that. Tense doesn't begin to describe her. Every muscle in her body is clenched, even her thighs tensed at either side of Cathy's neck.

"Nono..!" The girl's voice lacks that cocky edge she had early. Instead, it's small - terrified. "P-please don't!"

Katsumi has a special fear of one thing, and it's a thing piledrivers have a bad habit of doing: being knocked out. Her eyes squeeze shut, her breathing heavy and rapid, each inhale pressing her chest tighter into Cathy's stomach, each exhale shaky. The audience may not be able to see this exactly, and Cathy may not even be able to hear it. But the desperate way Katsumi latches onto her body may be a clue to just how much dread fills the Punk Princess.

Cathy feels Katsumi's breasts pressing pleasingly against her bare midriff as she squeezes the inverted woman to herself tightly. The punk princess finally seems to have cottoned on to what the plan is and pleads with her not to go ahead. Fat chance of that, Cathy thinks with glory suddenly beckoning! In any case, the crowd are eating it all up by now and baying for blood. The last thing the cowgirl wants to do is let them down at this early stage in her career at LAW. Getting ready to drop she can't resist one final barb, loud enough for the crowd to hear: "You've got to ask yourself one question. Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?" And then quietly (and more intimately:) "Hold tight and I won't hurt ya hon!"

Without waiting to hear the response, Cathy drops into a kneeling position, driving Katsumi head-first into the mat, calculating to use enough force to shock the other woman momentarily without actually stunning her. To the crowd, the fall would have looked more intense. All the same, Cathy notices remarkably little resistance as she moves on top, hooking her opponent's legs in a double cradle hold, hoping she has enough leverage now to hold Katsumi down for the first pinfall submission of the match.

'Oh god, she's gonna do it! Please god, don't do it...!'

The taunting earns a quiet whimper, her breathing hastening a little more. She's struggling to make peace with what's bound to be a horrific end to the first leg of their match. They've grappled, locked, slammed, and she's sure she would've been able to continue. But this... this, she doesn't think she'll bounce back from. And Cathy seems to be ruthless. And fuck that audience!

-wait, what did she say?

Katsumi has only a second to latch tighter, her fingers desperately digging into the westerner's waist. She bites back any trepidation and presses her face against her opponent's hips. The hit comes, and it hurts like Hell, the ring shaking beneath the sudden shock. But Katsumi remains conscious. She's allowed to drop, and she knows she'd be down for a while - at least a two-count. But the full three? She's still with it enough to struggle. She still feels strength in her body.

Cathy moves atop Katsumi and may, indeed, be surprised at how pliable her opponent is. Katsumi offers zero resistance. Her eyes rest shut, her head turned aside, lips parted, and panting raggedly. To the audience, she'd appear to have been knocked out cold. In truth, the breathing is more from the adrenaline rush and hyperventilating she'd been doing moments before. Her limp body? It's a hard struggle to not try to cradle her head, and thereby resist the cowgirl moving over her; it's a powerful test of will. But it's a test of will Katsumi wins.

Cathy chose to show her mercy, despite the audience, despite how much sass she'd been throwing her, despite how she no doubt would've loved a dramatic finish over her. Katsumi's a true-blue showman, she knows how it is. Cathy earned her place over her body for the first pinfall; maybe not by overpowering her, but by doing her a genuine, no-strings-attached favor. The peppy blonde has moved up in Katsumi's world in a considerable way. She's gone from a ridiculously attractive opponent, which she can respect in her own way, and weaseled her way into the girl's little punk heart. She likes her.

"ONE!," begins the referee-girl.

Katsumi lies complacently under Cathy in any way she chooses to pin her. Her long, smooth legs are hooked and restrained.

"TWO!," she continues, slapping the mat next to Katsumi's head; close enough to lightly ruffle her blueblack hair.

"ONE!," As the referee girl begins the count, Cathy milks the excitement in the crowd, nestling her butt lower as she arches back, almost theatrically, to stretch Katsumi's remarkably supple body in the pin. With so much of both women's bare, sweat-sheened skin in contact now the feeling is electrifying as the sudden compression causes the nubile contours of the punkette's chest to mould suggestively to Cathy's shapely butt.

"TWO!," the ref continues, slapping the mat as Cathy wonders about the lack of resistance in her opponent: surely she didn't KO her still, after taking all that care with the piledriver?

"THREE!" That's it! Cathy is already starting to release her opponent's smooth legs as the announcer alliterates into the mike:

"THE FIRST FALL, BY A PERFECT PINFALL PRECEDED BY A PUNISHING PILEDRIVER ... GOES TO.... CATHY JEFFERSON FROM MONTANA!!"

Katsumi bears it with quiet dignity - or indignity, what with being sat on. She tries to ignore it, and it isn't so difficult to do with the heavy, throbbing ache reverberating through her head and down her neck. But as soon as the pin is completed, she listens to the referee declare the specifics of her defeat, trying not to let it get to her.

She feels her legs release, and they drop limply to the mat. Her eyes peek open, then with a soft flutter, start to open more. She makes no effort to push Cathy off of her, though. Her arms instead move to wrap over the top of her head, trying to soothe the pain away. She can't say anything to Cathy without drawing attention to herself; not from this angle beneath her. She has to wait until her opponent deigns to relieve her of her backside. In the interim, Katsumi's powerful lungs easily help lift the country girl's weight with each heavy inhale, and lower her again with each exhale.

At last, the referee-girl leans in near Cathy. "Alright, let her up! We need to keep going!"

Even though the fall is won Cathy is in no hurry to get up. In fact she's positively enjoying the warm feeling as her surprisingly sensitive crotch continues to press down on her supine opponent's chest. "Guess we know who's top cat in this relationship, don't we Katsumi?!"

"Alright, let her up! We need to keep going!" The referee wants to get the show on the road again so, with a sigh, Cathy raises herself on her haunches, rises, and surprises even herself by offering a hand to help her opponent to her feet. But she is a face wrestler after all, so the crowd can't really see anything wrong in the gesture and one or two even break into spontaneous applause at the sporting gesture.

"Ready for Round 2?" She flashes a winsome smile over her shoulder at Katsumi as they head back to their respective corners.

Cathy's enjoying it far, far more than Katsumi. But despite the position being a humiliating one, she bears it to keep the sell going for the audience's sake. The audience gets to keep the illusion that Cathy committed fully to the piledriver and knocked her out. Cathy's going to get a talking-to later about it.

A mild groan escapes Katsumi at the taunting, her head turning aside. When the weight is finally lifted from her chest, she moves her arms from her head to look up at the cowgirl silhouetted in the light. Her hand is offered out, the audience applauding. An irritable look crosses her face and she slaps the hand away! Naturally, boos follow.

Katsumi rolls over onto her hands and knees, then gives her head a shake. Faked piledriver or not, the actual hit freakin' hurt. There's a steady throbbing now, and she's feeling a familiar sense of fatigue. Not the fatigue that comes with physical exertion - Katsumi is a champion when it comes to staying power - but fatigue of the body wanting to shut down and heal. She blinks her eyes and shakes her head again.

"Hnh," she grunts softly as she pushes herself back up to her feet. Cathy asks the question before even the referee gets a chance, and with a snort, the Punk Princess waves them both off with a hand. "First one's a fluke!," she shouts. "And now I'm not going easy on you!"

With a shrug, the referee signals the fighters to recommence!

Katsumi moves to the center of the ring, her stance widened and arms raised to invite a fresh lockup with her foe.

As her opponent approaches, arms raised in invitation, Cathy considers reprising the test of strength but rejects that option despite winning the last one hands down. Instead she moves forward rapidly, light on her toes, taking Katsumi into a more traditional collar and shoulder lockup. The cowgirl has already learned the hard way that her opponent is at her most dangerous when she is free to move around the ring with speed and agility, so she determines to lock Katsumi in close, where her size and strength give her the advantage. As they struggle, Cathy tries to wrap her arms around Katsumi. If she is successful she will lock her hands behind the punkette's bare back, squeezing her and shaking her from side to side as their well-defined abs press firmly together.

The two grapplers meet in the center of the ring, just as Katsumi intended. They lock up, Katsumi hoping to use that proximity to more discreetly talk to her opponent. But first, she needs to get the upper-hand. So Cathy meets resistance, the Punk Princess firmly engaged in the contest with her. The streamlined muscle along her arms and the toned definition of her stomach visibly tense and flex as she tries to overpower the blonde girl in a straight, by-the-books struggle.

It's Cathy who tries to change things up this go-around. The westerner's arms disengage from the lockup and loop around Katsumi's waist, and she suddenly finds herself yanked belly-to-belly with the blonde. Her arms hook the girl's neck, and she lets out a breathy yelp as the pressure sinks on. There's that body contact again, something Katsumi is otherwise intimately familiar with, thanks to her profession. But here, it earns a little hitch in her throat. Her stomach is slowly crushed against Cathy's, the Japanese girl's heated, moderately labored breaths beat against her lips.

Until the shaking starts, that is. Katsumi's upper-half is goggled around, disorienting the girl. "Aaah, stop!," she demands. Then, at a lower volume, she tries a little more directly: "S-stop a second, okay?" This might be her one chance to say something and it go unnoticed!
