Chris had expected a bit more venom to Veronika's words, not for her to kick the stall door in a childish tantrum. OK, maybe this was less about the broken arm than she thought. Was she going to be able to do anything here? Maybe not. But then again she did a halfway decent job with Molly when she talked to her at the Austrian Eagles Christmas party. So maybe there was something she could actually say here?

Only one way to find out."I literally told them off for what they said. Like I said, I don't agree with any of their comments. Even if you tried to end my career, embarrassed me, and were one of the biggest pains in the ass I ever met." OK, first words coming to mind were sounding a lot worse than she thought. "I won our little feud, yeah, but that's it. I hate your guts, but I never made fun of you. Just taunted like the crowd wanted. You're an asshole, but that's as far as any insulting or making fun of I'm ever doing." OK, a little better. She hoped, at least.

The sound of the Franco-Austrian's tears and weeping were the only sounds in the restroom, along with anymore her rival wished to say if any. Something was going on, even if Chris didn't know what. She just had to hope running her mouth worked in her favor. It went so well for her in their encounters before, after all. Heh heh heh. "Besides, if I was going to make fun of you, why would I come in here, lock the door so no one out there could see or hear this, and apologize while you throw a tantrum?" That was where her thoughts ended. Hopefully that would be enough.

Veronika grunted.
"Did someone ever told you that they shat in your head and did'nt flush?!", she snarled and banged against the door again.
"Oh, locked in a fucking shitter with you in a cheap english pub, thank you very much, that lifts my spirits! Just piss off and leave me alone! You did'nt care about me the last two months so why now? So fucking hate my guts! I don't care! Just fucking leave me you talentless heck! Go play your shittin your worthless songs while I go!", she ranted on and slammed her boots against the doors again,wrapping her arms around herself and looking on the wooden floor.
Was'nt she here to apolgize? And now she sat on the toilet, ranting away about the person she wanted to make up with.
She really was a nutcase...
"Are you still there, you annoying waste of time?", she said in a much calmer voice.

OK, harsh. But Chris did deserve some of that. No matter her excuses, it was her fault for not only breaking Veronika's arm, but also for not going to apologize to her. "I know my apology held no weight. After all this time. I just got really busy with my career. And then when I finally had time, I didn't think you'd want to hear it after the weeks finally passed. So it wasn't a lack of remorse." This was too much of a scene for Chris. She was at the end of her social rope now. What else was there she could even say as more insults were hurled at her?

After a few moments, when things calmed down a bit more, and her rival inquired to the air if she was still there. "Yeah, don't have anywhere to be." She said with a shrug, even if the woman couldn't see it. "Look, we both got heated. Me more so, I'll admit. But maybe... let's try just talking like adults? Instead of trying to settle things as we tear each other apart with all our hatred." There was probably a better, more eloquent way to put that together, but no way the rock star would be able to word it so. "And if not, we can just yell at each other while slamming back some good ass drinks. That way it wont be a total loss for either of us. What do you say?" Not exactly an olive branch, she thinks, but it wasn't a knife to stab the woman.

"Maman, why can't I play with the other girls? For the last time Veronika because you are better then them! But I feel so lonely, all I have are my stupid dolls. And they are more then enough, you don't need friends you only need people that you can use to get further. But Maman... No but's! Why did I get such an unthankful child. What have I done wrong? Veronika snapped out of another bad memory and whimpered.
And suddenly she felt isolated, alone, frightend.
Chris was still here.
She grunted and opened the door as she walked her by and grabbed her wrist.
"Your treat, Yukine!", she said and pulled her outside into the bar area again.
The patreons still looked at her with distain but she did'nt care as she walked up to a small table.
"Looks good enough, huh?", she said and took a seat.
"Well what? Sit down or do you want to stand the whole evening?"

Did she just hear a whimper? No, she probably just imagined it. Then again, Veronika was crying. Maybe it wasn't so farfetched? Not that the rocker was gonna bring it up when she finally came out.

Which was much sooner than she figured, honestly.

Soon the Franco-Austrian burst out of the stall and grabbed her by the wrist, pulling her from the bathroom and to a small table, away from everyone. There was a lot of hateful glares shot their way, specifically at her rival, but they seemed to be behaving after Chris' scolding. To be sure she gave them one last little glare as Veronika sat down, and many people did indeed turn their heads away.

"I'm sitting, I'm sitting," she said as she sat down across from her rival. She looked at her, and took a deep breath. This was a lot farther than she expected to get, honestly. "So, Veronika," Chris started, trying to figure out where to go next. "How long do you want to chew me out for? I think that's the least I owe you, after all." Yeaaaah, she was just gonna give control to the blond for now. Give her social battery a tiny recharge.

Veronika took a seat and took a deep breath.
She did'nt look at Chris but dived dirextly into the menu.

"Had'nt something to eat...", she murmured and did'nt even bother to answer any of Chris questions, making her rival more uncomfortable by the minute.

"Hmm...I dunno..all in this menu sounds so...gross. If I want to eat a bucket of lard I do so and don't hide it in burgers and fries. Hell even their salad has meat in it!, she said shaking her head and talked as if both were on a friendly date.

"Well...that sounds at least kinda appetizing...", she sighed and closed the menu.

George came strolling over and gave his usual sly fox smile as he walked up to the table.
"So, 'ave 'he ladies chosen?", he asked and Veronika nodded.
"Put everything on Miss Superstars tap. Sooo we are having a pitcher of this beer and I get..."

And suddenly Chris could be glad that at least her drinks were free. Appearently Veronika could eat more then her delicate dancer body would have you expect to believe as even George had to whistle.
"Woah, you are sure?", he asked and Veronika grunted.

"Do I look unsure? Now hurry, I am a hangry lady and you know this is how wars had started.", she said and George shrugged his shoulders.

"Fine by me 'hen..."
When he left Veronika finally turned to Chris.
"...you could at least have called.", the Blonde said with a slight redish shimmer over her nose and a cute pout as she glared at Chris from the side.

And she was ignored, instead having Veronika turn her attention to the menu. Whether it was intentional or not, it left Chris squirming while she spoke her mind. Like the two were just two friends hanging out, instead of two women who had spent weeks trying to tear each other limb from limb. If the rocker weren't on pins and needles, she'd probably have chuckled a little.

When George came around and took their orders, Chris was actually slack jawed by how much the woman had ordered. Given how lithe and defined the Franco-Austrian was she figured she would have much less food. Hopefully Veronika wasn't expecting desert. Chris also put in her own food order, nearly forgetting to due to the shock, and George was away.

And now she was finally addressed, broaching the subject Veronika most likely came for. Again, Chris was caught off guard. This time by the adorable pout and the tiny blush on her nose After all the harsh words between them, it was a little weird. She'd have to remembe it to tease the blond about this later.

"I know. I could have. I just... after it all I got a lot of offers to collab with some artists and interviews with some internet reporters. Things just the apology got pushed farther and farther back, making it feel too awkward to try and bring it up." That was what she'd say at least, as she averted her gaze. The truth was that while the broken arm haunted her and she felt bad about it, Chris still held some hate towards her rival. She still hadn't forgiven her for the sight she made of her, and even trying to end her wrestling career. And it played into her pushing the apology back farther and farther. "I know that's no excuse, but it is what happened."

The Franco-Austrian was hungry but if that idiot thought she would eat all of the gross stuff she ordered then she was even dumber then she thought.
This was just a jab to Chris, like always, that dumb broad said that she would pay, so she would pay.
Was'nt her problem if she was stuffed after one salad.
And given the relentlessly stupid excuses out of the shitheads mouth she did'nt feel guilty a bit.
"A-are you for real?", she asked as George brought the pitcher.
"What do I give about your damn career? YOU are a JOKE! How often must I tell you. I mean, what do you even..."
She shook her head an laughed.
"So pathetic...I thought you had learned from our second encounter. They only want to see your body, nothing more, not you stupid oufits, your mediocre song or the howling you call a voice.", she said now going all in.
She should hurt, hurt as she did hurt when her arm broke.
And then she went for the ultimate blow.
"You know what, maybe I should release the other pictures I held back to remind you of your place in the foodchain...", she said without an emotion, totally under control of the character her mother had built through discipline and abuse...

As the pitcher was placed before them, Chris looked back at her rival as she spat her words. For a second she expected things to be a bit civil between them. But no, the bitch just had to show her true colors. The usual jabs at her career, calling her pathetic, etc. etc. Chris tried to keep calm, even after the last hook was thrown.

"You can think what you want, Veronika. But we both know jokes don't win matches." /color] She glared as she spoke, pouring the beer into said woman's glass. "But know if you want to release those pictures, I'm more than happy to break your other arm. And this time, I likely won't regret it." And with her own low blow shot she out the pitcher down, waiting for whatever the bimbo wanted to say next.

Obviously there was no love between those two, not after 10 minutes of talking at least.
Veronikas eyes went wide as Chris threatned her.
"There, there you go! Do you hear yourself talking?!", she snarled and slammed her hand on the table, pulling forward and looking Chris
straight in the beautiful, purple eyes.
"Thats why I hate you so much. Fucking don't know where your place is!", she grunted and sat back into the bench before grabbing for her purse and pulling out a thick envelope and an usb stick.
"There..."
She sighed and looked away from Chris, don't want to see the stupid face of hers.
"This...is all...", she said.
"Do with it what you want, it is all cleaned. These are last photographic prooves of your terrible, terrible performance.", shes said and shook her head.
"So, no need to try and break something again...but thanks for that, really appreciated, when I come with the best intentions..."
Veronika was mystery and a contradiction all in itself.
Like a Kobra she first lulled you in before striking with poisened teeth.
But it seemed that Veronika came with the intention to give Chris the embarressing photographs of Chris awful evening.
Then the food came and soon the whole table was full.
